Hello! I went on 3/28 at around 12pm. I ordered: 1 biscuit 1 parfait 1 latte Entering the building an employee opened the door for us and gave us menus, which I thought was nice. There was a fairly long line around the front of the restaurant but that gave us time to decide what we wanted. The ordering is similar to Noble Roman's if you've been there, where you order up front and get the food later. The waitress at the counter answered all my questions and gave us free water cups. The store itself is very clean and friendly and I adore the attention to detail in the decor. The food arrived very quickly for such a crowded restaurant. My biscuit was very large and absolutely delicious. I usually get butter and honey on my biscuit, and here they already had the two mixed at the "jam bar", which was very cool! All the toppings and condiments were at the bar which made things very organized. I was unable to finish my biscuit! Although, my parfait was almost forgotten, which was fixed with a quick reminder. I got the parfait a few minutes later. It had strawberries, blueberries and blackberries with a little bit of granola and cinnamon. I enjoyed it although for the price I would assume there would be more granola/fruit. Before leaving I used the restroom. There are two unisex stalls with locked signs which was useful. Came here on my birthday and had quite the wait before being seated, but man it was worth it. This place was still pretty new, so the line made sense. Thankfully it lived up to the hype because I enjoyed every bite of my biscuit. I had the Vicious and my husband had the Fat Boy. The hardest part about going here is deciding. While waiting in line, it only made it harder to decide as I kept considering all the options. I get the feeling nothing is a bad choice! That biscuit was so amazing with the crispy chicken and yummy gravy. Even my one year old son tore up his plain biscuit, so it seems to be toddler approved! Don't let the line out the door during busy times scare you - this place is an experience. After waiting around 35 minutes during the Sunday brunch rush, and getting some directions on how the line works, my group was at the checkout counter. Michael, the manager, entertained our line while also helping out the store, even being willing to clean tables. This is the 11th location and the original in South Carolina often has a 3 hour wait. Wowza! Basically you get a menu in the line to get an idea of what you want. Items are marked with symbols for spicy, fan favorite, and/of gluten free option available. There's fresh pressed OJ ($6, no ice as to not water it down, which I love), the machine is right behind the counter. While in line, an employee will ask how many are in your party and find you a table. He will put a number on it and come back to tell you what table you'll be at. Once you're at the counter, you order, pay, and provide your table number. Food is brought to your table. Water and silverware are self-service. There's also a jam bar with strawberry, wildberry, and blackberry jams, sweet potato, maple bourbon, and whipped honey butters, and apple butter. The food came out pretty quickly. I got the crab benny ($14), which was excellent, especially with the acidity from the fried green tomato. My husband got the flame thrower ($14). We got a plain original biscuit and cheddar jalapeño biscuit ($3.50/ea) to share, as well as the pimento grits, which are excellent grits with a scoop of pimento cheese on top. We liked everything but had to share with friends because you get STUFFED quickly on the food here. The staff was all great, not just Michael but our cashier Natalia, too. Just genuinely kind humans, excited about their jobs, which is not easy to stumble upon. Suggestion while they're busy: this isn't the place to stay for a long time due to the crowds and trying to get people in. We were not rushed out but were aware our table was needed so we didn't overstay our welcome, that's more what less busy places and coffee shops are for. Recommendations: prices aren't on the printed menu and this location isn't on the website yet so decided what all I wanted was tricky without prices (they're on the screens above the cash registers). I wish I knew sooner when to get a table and if someone isn't at the door, some people tried to walk in and accidentally cut, which was awkward. Maybe some signs? Also, more savory toppings for the savory cheddar jalapeño biscuit (which isn't spicy btw) at the jam bar. Overall a great place, great staff, okay pricing, funny sayings on the walls, okay parking if you use what's in the area, no waiting area (umbrellas available when it's raining, if you are okay waiting outside), and delicious (heavy, hearty, southern) food. My first experience at Vicious Biscuit. Two friends and I came for lunch. We had decided to come for lunch rather than breakfast because we thought it would be less busy, but the place was completely packed. There was only one empty table available after we placed our order at the counter. I ordered pimento cheese grits and a cheddar jalapeño biscuit. The grits were excellent, topped with a generous mound of pimento cheese. My biscuit was good as well, but I was disappointed that the famous "Jam Bar" was badly in need of attention. The regular butter was scraped all the way to the bottom and some of the jam was nearly empty too. The bar was fairly sticky and messy. Also, by the time I went to get silverware there were no knives available. Plenty of spoons but no knives which are necessary for buttering biscuits. Apparently the first person in our group to go to the bar got the last available knife so the three of us shared it.. And yes, we could have flagged down an employee to ask for knives but they were so busy delivering food that we didn't want to bother them. We all agreed that our food was excellent. The environment was very noisy, definitely not conversation-friendly. My friends and I frequently dine out for breakfast but we like to enjoy a leisurely meal with conversation. This is not an environment where it is comfortable to linger for a relaxing meal. I just tried Vicious Biscuit, located off 106th near the roundabout by I-69, and it's one of the newest spots in that growing development. They've only been open a short time, and the buzz is real--the line was winding all over the place. That said, the experience started strong. The greeter was calm, professional, and immediately offered us free coffee while we waited (major win). We were quoted about 25 minutes to reach the counter and another 15 for food--and I'll just say this now: 100% worth it. Honestly, you need that line time just to decide what to order. The menu is stacked with creative biscuit options, legit brunch cocktails, and the beignets were calling our name. My wife went with the Animal House biscuit--a fluffy biscuit loaded with egg, candied bacon, and white cheddar--and she loved it. I went with the Vicious Biscuit jalapeño cheddar biscuit: perfectly crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, topped with hot chicken, a bit of sausage gravy, candied jalapeños, and white cheddar. I'm getting hungry again just thinking about it. I love a good biscuit, but when biscuits are the main feature, they can sometimes be too big or too heavy. Vicious Biscuit has absolutely mastered the technique. Buttery, crispy outside, soft inside, and sturdy enough to pick up and eat without falling apart (depending on your sandwich--which is exactly how it should be). And yes... the beignets. Food and Drink: Freaking fantastic!!! We had the Flame Thrower and Fat Boy biscuits, sides of breakfast potatoes, and freshly squeezed OJ. I saw the sign for the app and in the app it said, order ahead and skip the line. So I figured it was like Chick-fil-a where you can order from the app and skip the line. The line was past their front door. I tried to mentor a worker that my food was for here, but they walked off to check on orders and I never had the chance. When my order came, I started to unpack it to eat. I was driving through Indy on a very windy day and was very tired. I discovered Vicious Biscuit down south and for the sake of my health, I'd hope they stay there. Vicious was delicious there and it's delicious here, too! I love The Fat Boy. They should potentially rename it the fat girl, as I'm helping it along.... great, flakey biscuits, tasty chicken, amazeballs pimento cheese. Dined in today, set up shop with the wi-fi, enjoyed a peaceful breakfast and caught up on work. Downloaded their app as well since I know I'm going to cave. I was greeted when I walked in. The restaurant was clean. Everyone was super friendly. I wish they offered a fried green tomato biscuit. I ended up having to make my own biscuit and doing it ala carte was probably more expensive than having it on the menu. The biscuit cut the roof of my mouth. Whenever I drive by this place, the parking lot is packed. Now I see why! Excellent food. I ordered the Vicious (cheddar jalapeño biscuit, crispy fried chicken, maple sausage gravy, cowboy candy, and maple syrup), but I got it without "cowboy candy" because it was just jalapenos. It was perfect. I also ordered Vicious Beignets (cinnamon cream cheese-filled pastries, strawberry jam, topped with whipped cream, fresh cut strawberries, and powdered sugar) and they might have been the best beignets I've ever had. It's better to get these to go because they put the whipped cream and strawberry jam in a separate cup, which is easier for dipping. If you order the beignets there, they spread everything out on a plate for presentation, which looks cute for Instagram photos, but it's harder for dipping. It took a while for them to make the beignets - almost 15 minutes. The service was dynamite. Everyone was really nice. They kept a busy restaurant spotless. read more

We tried Viscous Biscuit for the first time and it was awesome!!! We had the franks red hot chicken & biscuit with potatoes and side of gravy. The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned and tasted amazing! We enjoyed the condiment bar that had jelly and butter on it. The blood Mary was great very flavorful and we enjoyed the fixings that came with it. They have a friendly staff that are great at what they do. This should definitely be a must stop in Fishers I myself can't wait to come back!!! read more

Welcome to Fishers Vicious Biscuit! Had a great first experience. Long line but it moved fast! The owner was the one managing the line and he had a great attitude! The entire staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way from ordering, serving, and keeping the place clean. The food was great. Biscuits were fluffy and maple bacon was to die for. Loved the butter/jam bar, so many choices. Not usually a gravy fan but the Vicious's maple sausage gravy was creamy, cheesy and all around tasty. Will for sure be back soon to try other things on the menu. Apparently the owners favorite is the pancakes (too funny)!! read more
