1/2 Order of Biscuit Beignets and Cajun Shrimp & Crawfish Omelette
Elaine F.

One of my favorite Sunday brunch spot's. The beignets are a special treat, served with orange marmalade and just the right amount of powered sugar. The staff and service is always great especially Corina who ensures customers have a good experience. The Shrimp and Crawfish Omelette served with a side of city grits were really good. Check them out!

Side of fruit - A small bowl of mixed fresh fruit including pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, and blackberries, accompanied by whipped cream and caramel sauce on a white plate.

This is a solid breakfast place! They have a gluten free menu! They have great dishes! We sat at the bar and watched the very busy barista/bar keep, Ashley! She was kind to all and was keeping her cool! If you sign-up for their newsletter, you will get a free beignet dish! Now, the beignet dish is good. The beignets are made earlier in the day. So, not pippin fresh. They are served with an orange marmalade. Fresh orange in the marmalade. Very sweet but very tasty! I ordered the huevos rancheros! This dish was done very well! The tortillas are homemade and the eggs were cooked to perfection! A very good dish!!' My spouse ordered gluten free pancakes with chocolate chips. She said that she would give them a 4.5/5 and thought the batter was corn based. Overall, very solid breakfast! We will return!

Strawberry Pound Cake French Toast with potatoes and bacon!

I ordered the strawberry poundcake French toast which comes with 2 sides - I got potatoes and bacon! It was soo delicious! Absolutely will come back to try this again :) It is a small restaurant that is busy busy busy so I recommend setting yourself on the waitlist before showing up which you can do online! They do have great service and are quick! There's also free street parking and parking garages. Very good place to eat!

Looking for a brunchie spot on the north side??? I was hesitant bc Southern seafood and just coming back from the Gulf, I was not thrilled to try Midwest seafood... but who knew?!?! Located right off Municipal Dr in Fishers, plenty of accessible parking w a garage across the street and parking in the square. Little iron tables outside would be perfect for a spring/ summer day! An extensive menu w NA and 1/2 price mimosas (12-2) EVERYDAY! Roberto was incredibly kind, offering biscuits beignets w a marmalade which was tasty!!! The crispy ends were delicious! Snagged the crab cake Benedict and the seasonal Maple spice NA!!! I recommend !!! We will be back! Hope our server, Roberto will be there too!

I recently tried another broken egg cafe. We ordered pancakes, waffles, beignets with side of eggs, bacon and sausage. The server was nice and friendly, it was quick and efficient. The ambiance was calm and family friendly. Would recommend this establishment if you are around the area.

My husband, sister, and brother-in-law stopped in here for a late breakfast after spending a couple of hours at Top Golf a few weekends ago. We had a bit of a wait to be seated on a Sunday afternoon, but it was worth it! It was packed and they were efficiently moving customers in and out. There is a small waiting area inside, but it was raining when we first arrived and the inside was too full, so we did have to hangout in the rain a bit because there isn't an awning to stand under. We were seated in a roomy, comfortable booth and our drinks came out fast. Their Columbian blend coffee was great. My sister really enjoyed her seasonal iced latte, but I cannot remember what it was called. And you can never go wrong with a mimosa! Our food came out and was fresh and delicious. We all shared the bourbon street pancakes as a little sweet treat since we all chose savory entrees. It is a delightful little breakfast spot in a cute shopping area of Fishers with little shops. The area is very walkable, but it looked like a lot of nearby places were closed since it was a Sunday, so it would probably be more fun to visit the area on a Saturday. We would all come back here again.

I had high hopes for Another Broken Egg Cafe, but spending $30 on a single, subpar meal was not what I expected. In true Yelp Elite fashion, I previewed the menu before coming in for breakfast, and I knew I wanted to try one of the cafe's signature mocktails. I was planning on getting the strawberry spritzer, but at the last minute, I changed my mind and ordered the seasonal blackberry smash. I definitely should've stuck with my first choice, because while the blackberry mocktail looked pretty, it was extremely sour and not refreshing at all. It was supposed to be mixed with ginger ale, but my drink was flat. Definitely not worth the $5.99 price tag. For breakfast, I ordered the strawberry pound cake French toast, and what I was served looked nothing like the photo on the website. I was disappointed because my food was cold and the French toast was very bland. It was served with a side of cheesy scrambled eggs and 2 bacon strips, which made the $14.99 price tag a little more reasonable. However, I could get pretty much the exact same meal at Perkins for a fraction of the price. My friend got the shrimp and grits, and for a restaurant that's supposed to be known for southern-style dishes, the shrimp and grits was a total let down. It was served like a stew in a brown broth, and there was so much melted cheese that it completely overpowered the dish. This is another item on the menu that is not worth the money. In the end, my breakfast came out to $30.29 (including tip) for ONE plate of French toast and ONE drink. This is absurdly expensive, and quite frankly, not worth the money, and I do not think I will be returning to Another Broken Egg Cafe.

My friends and I met here for brunch and we were impressed! The food was absolutely delicious. We all loved what we ordered! I had the Lemon Blueberry pancakes and they were sooo good. Like melt in your mouth good! There are a ton of great options. We will definitely be back!

Stopped here for breakfast one day after a trail walk with my dog. I called first to make sure she'd be allowed outside on the patio. The tables and patio space were clean and well shaded. Our waitress was attentive and overall the coffee and food were good. Our pancakes were really dry though, so the waitress was kind enough to have them removed from the bill.

Bloody Mary - beautiful - A Bloody Mary cocktail served in a mason jar with celery, bacon, and vegetable garnishes, placed on a restaurant table.

We had a large group, but they got us seated within 30 minutes on a busy late Saturday morning. Our server had only been there for a week, but she was fantastic. I got the strawberry pound cake French toast! Crazy good. I could only eat 1 piece of the 4 pieces of cake/"french toast". I would get it again but only if someone would share it!

Sunrise Spinach Scrambler
Laura P.

The food and service are unmatched here! Our server was very accommodating and was helpful in ordering. She gave us recommendations and was patient as we ordered. The food was SO good. I had a spinach scrambler. Eggs with spinach, onion, bacon, and cheese. The perfect combo. The cheese was perfectly melted and the spinach was cooked well. It also came with a bread choice and a side. I had the breakfast potatoes which were perfectly crispy! The only down side is that their coffee is not free refills! I had an iced coffee (just drip coffee...which was a very small cup filled to the brim with ice). It ended up being $5 for that. I had ordered another one since drip coffee is typically free refills at a breakfast place and it wasn't. I definitely wouldn't have ordered had I known, which I felt was a little misleading and pricey for what I was actually receiving.

Cinnamon Roll French Toast

Delicious food and friendly service. The cinnamon roll French toast is very rich and comes with eggs and a meat. Breakfast for two cost us about $40 total.

hashbrown eggs benedict with potatoes, side of bacon, 2 sides of fresh fruit, buttermilk pancakes, and veggie delite omelet no goat cheese
Giovanna G.

We were greeted and seated quickly. Our waitress, Lucy, was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our order was delivered hot and fresh in less than 20 minutes. The coffee was excellent and full-bodied. My husband had the hashbrown benedict and I had the veggie delite omelette but substituted the goat cheese for jack cheese. The fruit was fresh- not from a jar, and the pancakes were light, fluffy, and tasted like vanilla. The portions were big so we took half home and finished it for lunch. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and even offers outdoor seating. 5 stars, we'll definitely go back.

The coffee is strong, fresh, and exactly what you need to start the day. So...we ordered carryout (onlyb1 person had to get dressed...lol). Everything was packaged well in aluminum foil bowl with the plastic covers. There were 4 orders, but only 2 sets of plastic ware (just a note, not a reason for 4 stars not 5) The food was delicious. I shared my crispy potatoes with my cousin because they forgot hers (first reason for 4 stars not 5) with the order. My veggie omelette was light and fluffy. I added cheese, which was melted on top instead of being incorporated with the veggies (another reason for 4 stars not 5). The pancakes were good, too...light and fluffy. My cousins enjoyed their meals as well - one of the bowls (Portuguese, I think), steak and eggs, chilequilles. The only complaint was that it wasn't clear while ordering that the meat shown in the photo of the chilequilles was not included, so my cousin was disappointed when it was missing (3rd reason for 4 stars not 5). I definitely recommend this restaurant, just make sure to check your carryout order before leaving to make sure everything you expected was i there.

Stopped in for lunch. Downtown Fortville. It never looks like there is a lot of parking…read moredowntown, but I've always been able to find a spot fairly close to my destination. I love the small town feel!! The restaurant vibe reflects the town. Everyone is very welcoming. I didn't catch bartenders name, but she was very friendly to everyone at her bar. She told us her favorites on the menu. I appreciated her knowledge about the restaurant and the menu. The bar area seemed a little dark, but that actually enhanced the experience of an old bar. We only sat in the bar area, I believe there is additional seating in another room, but I didn't look. I opted for a grilled tenderloin and a cup of beer cheddar jalapeño cheese soup. The sandwich's are Ala carte. The sandwich was bigger than I expected, that would have been enough for lunch. The trick with grilled tenderloin is that many times it is over cooked, so it is dry. This was cooked to perfection; cooked but still moist. The sandwich, with the "garden" was awesome. Now to the soup. I think she said they use wee Mac as the beer. The jalapeño was puréed. There was crispy bacon crumbled on top; I did not care for the bacon. The soup was odd to me as I was eating it. Because of the texture, it reminded me of corn chowder. There was a little spice/flavor from the jalapeño. What was odd to me, was it didn't wow me like I thought it would, but I kept eating it. So in the end, I think I really liked it bc I ate all of it!!! The menu is not large, but has a good variety for its size. The desserts were impressive, I just didn't have room for it. I could easily become a regular there!!

Not only here, but with an awesome server who was also from Michigan and was so funny! The serve yourself coffee bar was a really nice touch as well. A few different types of coffee, different creamers, sugars, and syrups. I could only have so much coffee but I did get to try a few different combinations. I got this amazing breakfast sandwich too. Michael playfully shamed me for wanting the sauce on the side along with tons of other banter at the table throughout or visit here. The odds of running into someone in Indiana that now lives here from Michigan is pretty lucky so we capitalized on that and had a great time. This place is very good for breakfast/brunch! Our server was nice and joked with us the whole time. When we were first seated, though, he advised us to help ourselves to coffee (at the self-serve coffee station) before we even had our menus. The phrasing suggested that it was complimentary but after checking the menu it is not (just fyi!) The majority of us ordered lattes so it took awhile to get our drinks but they were soooo good. I had a hot vanilla latte with oat milk and it had a very robust flavor and wasn't overly sweet. I ordered the vegan crepe and a side of breakfast potatoes. The crepe was pretty good and very fresh tasting, loaded with veggies, hummus, avocado, and seeds - the texture was great! One of my colleagues ordered the avocado toast which I will probably opt for next time - it looked so light and delicious. Everyone else really enjoyed what they ordered and we were happy with the service level and the food. Looking forward to coming back!

He loves a good diner, so I was excited to try them out and possibly have a new go-to spot for our Sunday morning outings. The fact that they are also in some way linked to Sahm's set my expectations rather high (even though I've never eaten at Sahm's, I've heard good things). The service felt a bit rushed. I don't believe that our server/waitress ever introduced herself and orders were taken from other tables that arrived after us before ours were. We ordered the Burrata & Melon "snack", which was on the "fancier" end of their offerings, and we both ordered The Sunrise breakfast. I ordered mine with scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon - crispy, wheat toast - buttered, and the hashbrown casserole. My eggs came out without cheese and pretty sure that they just piled another 2 eggs with cheese atop the original uncheesed eggs because I had a mountain o' eggs! I could tell that the toast was buttered on one of those little wheelie-doo-dads because it was like - barely there. The bacon was crisp, which made me happy and the hashbrown casserole had good flavor and a creamy texture. My husband ordered his eggs over medium, and they got those right. He asked for his bacon soft, but his came crispy as well. He was also disappointed in the degree of butteriness (or lack thereof) on the toast, and he didn't touch his hashbrowns. He asked for butter and was brought out a few packets of cold, hard butter that he tried warming underneath his coffee mug. It sort of worked, but not really. Both of us noticed that the servers don't really use trays and instead use the plate overlapping method along the length of one's arm. I get it...it's a diner, but we don't like that. The use of a tray is much more sanitary and efficient (in my opinion). Nobody wants your thumb in their eggs.
