    Cornhole

We came here last minute on a Sunday after a bad experience at another restaurant. They were closing at 11pm and we walked in at 10:24pm and were told that we had 4 minutes if we wanted to order food. We sat at the bar and ordered right away. We played a game of cornhole as we waited for our food and it came out rather quickly. We enjoyed our meals and the bartender offered us a shot to do with a few other patrons who just turned 21, so that was nice!

Come hungry and wear an elastic waistband. It's a review and free advice all in one. The portions are huge, but so good you'll struggle stopping yourself from every last bite. While it sounded like it could be too sweet with marshmallow whiskey, chocolate liqueur, vanilla syrup, graham crackers & chocolate swirl, the S'mores cocktail was utterly perfect. It had me searching for a recipe to make my own marshmallow whiskey! Vice has a cool vibe and tons of seating options for singles, couples, third wheels, and groups.

We tried this place after a long day of travel and it did not disappoint! It's a busy place that offers an environment for a variety of occasions. We tried the brussel sprouts and they were incredible! The pizza was perfect for two people and it was the best pizza I had ever had. The service was super good!

This is near the entryway, where you pay for brunch.

I met a bunch of ladies for brunch today from the Gals that Brunch Buffalo group. I hadn't been to this venue before and their billing practices were a little weird. You pay the $25 (plus tax) ahead of time, if you're there for brunch. They take either cash or card. THEN, after you eat, you're charged for your drinks. Well, we had two tables of women. My table had seven and the other table had eight. The woman across from me had her card on file. Her card was charged for everyone at the table. We all had cash on hand, which was handy. The other table in our party didn't put everyone on the same bill. The food was really good at this buffet. They had yogurt, waffles, french toast, french fries, chicken fingers, bacon, eggs, breakfast pizza, and pizza with just cheese. I took a little bit of everything, except for the pizzas. The bacon was perfect. It was very crispy. I had some coffee and a small mimosa. Both were very good. The service here was very good. The staff were all nice. All in all, it was a good experience, and I wouldn't miss nd returning for brunch.

Located in an industrial area of town sits a fun, hip restaurant/lounge space. We were able to find a street parking space across the street that was free after 5 pm. Once we got inside, we had to wait about 15 min to see a hostess as they were very busy the evening we were there. Once we were seated, our server at the bar area was very friendly, and we got our orders in pretty quickly. Sadly, our food came out before our drinks arrived. I had the fried cod and sweet potato slivers with couscous while my friend had the BBQ bourbon chicken pizza. The food was good, but was nothing to write home about. This place has some improvements to work on buy they certainly have potential to be an excellent little establishment downtown. I liked the bocci courts at the front and I think it would be fun to come here with a group.

Vice when it's not crowded soooo much better than Vice when it's crowded I love their strawberry feta salad! The pecans and the vinaigrette are absolutely phenomenal. Such an impressive flavor combination. The wings could be fried a bit more crispy, but the drinks make up for it! I got the "Adios Pantalones" and it's sooo good! Perfect cocktail to pair with the salad. I like the quiet atmosphere here when it's not during the nightlife. Nice interior designs that you wouldn't normally notice.

Liza was great. She advised us with our order. The cocktails were yummy and the food was great. We had the crispy shrimp, the spicy arrancini and a sausage pizza. Would definitely come back again.

I have eaten at Neat and absolutely loved it, so it was a no-brained to try Vice. Much of the menu is the same with some items being individualized, so you can get that patented flavor in either location. I went with the rigatoni and chicken this time to try something new. It's touted to have homemade rigatoni, and I thought it has a good amount of bite. At points I got a lot of spice in my mouth, which I believe came from the chicken, but still it was a good dish. It was a Friday night, so naturally the restaurant got quite loud. It is a bar, so I'm not shocked by it, but you definitely will want to take the noise level into account if you want a quiet dinner on a weekend, as this may not be the place for that. But the owners and their staff did it again with delicious flavors and a very cool, unique setting.

Went for Sunday brunch with a friend and really enjoyed the food and the general vibe of the place. There was a DJ playing music and was spinning some really great tracks and it though it felt busy inside, the food came really quickly after ordering. We started with some fried shrimp as an appetizer, which were really delicious, and came with a great dipping sauce and both me and my friend ordered burgers. I had the brunch burger which had fried egg on it of course and they got the Vice burger came with caramelized onions. All the burgers cost $18 with the exception of the brunch burger being $18.50. The brunch burger came with home fries and the regular burger came with french fries of course. We also had mimosas, which were $5 dollars for a glass and unlike other places that charge the same or more for just a small flute, here you get a proper wine glass which was nice. We had a great server name, Stepf who was attentive and timely and overall really great too!

I was in Buffalo for a family member's birthday party and we all met for brunch at Vice on Sunday morning. The decor is nice and modern. Although not affiliated with the Aloft Hotel, it's right next to it. There are a few cool murals painted on the walls and a fun, colorful buffalo hanging from the ceiling. There was also a DJ mixing music, which I enjoyed. I will say the quality of the food did not match the thought that was put into the ambiance and decor. Upon arrival you pay the $25 + tax for the brunch buffet. For an additional $15 you can add bottomless mimosas. A single mimosa is just $5, so it's a good deal either way. One member of our party is a strict vegan and because there were no vegan options on the menu, she did not want to pay to get in, but did want to celebrate with the family. The hostess and manager made a big deal about it even though there were 30 people in our party, all paying $25 up front. Eventually, they decided to let her come in without paying and she didn't eat. There is a separate loft area up a few stairs which was nice for our large party, however it is not wheelchair accessible, so we had to move down to the main floor. The servers come by and take drink orders and you can head to the buffet at any time. The servers were nice and the mimosas were fine for the price. Now the food. The reason why I must give this place 3 stars is because the food was not great at all. The buffet was pretty much something you would find at an airport hotel's continental breakfast, included in the price of your room. They had waffles, pancakes, and French toast, however the better option was definitely the prepackaged muffins and pastries. There was yogurt with granola, but the fruit was frozen and after a while looked pretty gnarly because it had been sitting out. I was delighted to see turkey sausage, but one bite in, I almost spit it out. The sausage was boiled and had a very strange texture. There was a small saving grace, the breakfast pizzas. There was a steak and egg option that had a garlic sauce base, it was delicious. There was another spicy bacon and sausage option that was good as well. Honestly, it seemed like the only thing that was cooked fresh and in their kitchen were the pizzas. Every thing else on the buffet was lukewarm, flavorless and kind of sad. Overall the food was a let down, especially because the place looked cool and like it would be the perfect spot for a boozey Sunday brunch. Everyone was very kind, so I hate to be less than positive, but this is definitely a place you'd visit for the vibes, not the flavor.

I *rarely* give 5 stars…read more The bbq here is Ah-mazing!!! What a great local spot! Went in at the end of the night in the middle of the week. Still had all menu items available, and the food was fresh, tender, and super flavorful! Got the RBT family style platter it was more than enough food for four of us. Ribs were falling off the bone tender, had both smoked wings and buffalo style wings which were done perfectly, and their brisket is fantastic! Tried hamburger egg roll app, and a variety of sides. Customer service was stellar! Trevor made great suggestions helped us decide what to get for our small party and gave excellent service.... Super friendly, attentive service.

Buffalo is not exactly known for quality late night bites with the exception of a few solid spots. Roaming Bison has the product, location, and food truck right outside to meet an majorly underserved demographic. Also, it would be so cool to see a fish option on future visits. The catfish pics on Yelp look incredible and we were a little bummed it wasn't on the menu...although everything we did have was beyond. Ribs: sic. Brisket: beautiful bark. Sides: collard greens, mac & chz, corn cake...fantastic. We look forward to coming back to try the eggplant wings. Oh and the service was perfectly Buffalo.....authentic and warm hearted.

When I order short rib, I expect an actual short rib on the plate. Other than that, the experience was good. Server Josh was prompt and personable. Beer was in a deceiving small glass for tap beer. I came here for an early dinner and my oh my I have got to pay more attention. Go in, push the book case and plan to stay awhile! Cocktails outstanding, appetizers were plentiful, the entree was just ok, vibes were everything. I started with the hibiscus spritzer which was a little bit on the sweet side for me but very refreshing. The whipped feta plate (I cannot recalled the exact name) with a very large portion with whipped feta, pita bread, rye crisps and sweet peppers which was healthy and refreshing. For an entree we decided to share the short ribs. It was a very large portion that came with mashed potatoes and steamed carrots. The temperature was off like it wasn't fresh, it wasn't hot the short rib was dry the carrots were hots, the potatoes lukewarm, the plate hot, all very odd. I didn't care for it so I'm glad we shared it. My friend enjoyed it I didn't say anything. For dessert (there is no menu so they share the specials verbally) We selected what we were told was a strawberry cheesecake. It was not cheesecake. It was definitely a shortbreak with a way too sweet frosting. I was very disappointed in this because I would chosen the chocolate cake (or nothing). Just as we wrapped up the live music had started. This place is super cute, and perfect for drinks, dinner, a date, the live music, etc.
