LOVE this PIZZA! Enough said... but really, it always hits the spot and I lost my job recently due to the state of the nation and my family has limited going out to eat until I land another position. But I was having a procedure done that I had procrastinated on and treated myself. Of course my #1 pick was the nearest Via 313! It was take out and absolutely delish!

First time at this location, we really enjoyed it! Our pizza was delicious and made exactly like we wanted. Scott, our server was very attentive and friendly, and we enjoyed him also. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a great bar to sit at if you want a drink.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We will be back!

I'm a big fan of Via! Love the Detroiter! [[HIGHLIGHT]]My family went together and everyone enjoyed it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The server was super friendly and kind last Monday night (May 12). [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's an easygoing atmosphere and something for all.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

At the bar Style pizza with sausage, pepperoni and pickled jalapenos. Just to write them on the spice

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Via 313 absolutely one of my favorite after work spots for a quick party into socialize.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Shawn, cole, zach, and all the rest. Always make you feel like you're part of the family. The food is absolutely amazing as expected.

Our usual 313 is the Oak Hill location but considering Bee Cave is much closer we thought we'd give it a go. We had 313 delivered & the first bite into my pizza I chomped down on METAL. We were offered a refund but haven't received it, yet. Though a refund doesn't really seem adequate to finding metal in your food. Super disappointed & will continue to drive the extra mile to the Oak Hill location.

This place is legit if you are craving amazing Detroit style pizza. I am a fan of Detroit pizza since it is a hybrid of deep dish but still keeps that crispy bottom and soft center. The toppings were plentiful, not stingy at all. The tomato sauce is perfectly seasoned, not overly sweet. We had the Detroiter and Omnivore. The detroiter had plenty of pepperoni and they had the crispy edges. The omnivore comes with pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, onion and green pepper with the tomato sauce on top. Both excellent choices and extremely filling. We also started with a Caesar salad. Classically dressed with crunchy croutons and a delicious Parmesan crisp twill! Service was great and the meal was filling. Looking forward to coming back to try some of the drink specials as they looked and sounded great but it's hard for me to eat and have drinks and I couldn't pass up the food as the smells were too enticing.

We visited on their opening weekend and the place was packed, as expected! All employees were hustling to keep up with the crowd. They are known for their Detroit style pizzas, and that's also what I'd recommend. The ambassador bridge pizza came out hot with melty cheese and ricotta made in house. It was fresh and delicious. You can't go wrong with the carnivore pizza if you like meats. Even the small pizzas are a big portion so we always have plenty leftover. The cinnamon sticks were surprisingly good. They arrived hot and gooey. The only thing we didn't care for was the broccoli and cauliflower starter. It needed more time in the oven and more flavor. Sitting at the bar, we observed bartenders churning out cocktails, but there was little consistency in the drinks. The same cocktails looked quite different from one order to the next. The pours were too low as well, meaning they either didn't make enough or they needed a bigger ice cube to fill the space but they used a small cube instead, especially with the old fashioned. I'm sure with it being the opening weekend, they'll work this out quickly. Overall, friendly service and good food! We'll be back.

This is an Austin chain of Detroit-style pizza restaurants that has been growing aggressively, and this new Bee Cave location is brand new. It's not too big, but it has a bar serving mixed drinks under a TV on the left side, then a dining room with three rows of booths and tables, and then a separate entrance for the take out orders, which seems like a good idea. I dearly wanted to take off stars for the loud aggressive music and the rather ugly industrial interior design, but when my food arrived I forgot about all that. The vegetarian pizza I ordered was phenomenal and it's rare for me to go without meat on a pizza, so this was doubly surprising. The Detroit style is also excellent with two layers of pepperoni and of course sauce on top in their regional twist. The dough is excellent with a slightly chewy feel that gives the perfect body for the ingredients Since this is inspired by Detroit you'll also get a chance to try other Midwest treats like the Superman ice cream for dessert that is a colorful trio of flavors that is never seen here together usually. Also treat yourself to a glass bottle of Faygo, the regional soda that makes a brilliant Rock & Rye non-alcoholic soda that may become one of your favorites like it is for me. I can see this getting crowded once people find out it's open, but there's always take-out and you still get the same great food. The employees were friendly and even when there's a wait I have no doubt you'll be taken care of.

    Interesting cocktails !

I love that Via 313 has finally arrived in Bee Cave/Lakeway! It's been a while since we visited other Austin locations, but it never disappointed us. So it was quite by accident that we stumbled upon the soft launch this past Sat. We were treated to a free box of pepperoni breadsticks and cinnamon breadsticks and it inspired us to return today (early) to check out the bar. Super glad we did! Note: The pizza's are always good at Via313 and I'm sure others will review them. This review is only about my bar experience. The liquor options were small, but well curated. Check out my pict of a few specialty drink options. Nice creative riff's on some classics. Several local beers are on tap, as well as a Cider but there is limited wine (which is ok unless your a wine connoisseur). On to the drinking experience! First I tried the Hibiscus Margarita which was well balanced and surprisingly not too sweet. If I order it again I'd just ask for a dash extra lime since I tend to prefer a slightly more tart marg. Next up I was curious about the Metro Man Hat, which you can imagine is a riff on a Manhattan. I do like Amaro based cocktails and the addition of Amaro Nonino and Peach Bitters were very apparent. This is one that I will likely replicate at home - if I can find the Amaro Nonino! It's a grappa based amaro that lends so many diff layers to the drink, but be warned! It also adds a slight hotness to the finish that may need taming for some. Just allow that beautiful clear ice cube to melt a bit and that should do it. Finally - let's talk service. We arrived just before 5, and there was ample seating. Over the course of the hourish we were there, it filled up and eventually there was a wait for tables and bar seats. Go early if you can! Staff was very friendly and service was good but not outstanding. I'm happy to overlook this given they just opened and I suspect it's more about folks getting into their grove in a new bar arrangement. In general, if you flagged them for something, you were taken care of, but they weren't always observant of others who patiently waited for the bar staff to ask. Overall - I super happy to have this Austin favorite in a location close to home. It will def be a place we visit often (and they are dog friendly!!)

If you like deep dish Detroit style pizza, this place is great. Pizza is thick and delicious. They have the smaller thin crust, round pizzas as well but we didn't try those on this trip. Excellent mix of ingredients and options to choose from including options for Vegans, yay!! Delivery is not an option yet but if you call ahead, pickup is usually ready in 30 mins or so. Service was friendly.

    Mmmmmmm pure de-lish-ous-ness!!!

1/5 -- COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. WE WILL NOT BE BACK…read more We should have left the moment they seated us upstairs. At 7:00 p.m., it was 100 degrees outside in Austin. When we finally walked out of the restaurant, IT FELT COOLER OUTSIDE THAN IT DID IN THE UPSTAIRS DINING ROOM. That is not an exaggeration. It was like eating in a sauna. Who wants to sit and eat a meal in a sauna? We were drenched in sweat. I am extremely cold-natured -- I am normally the person who is freezing in restaurants -- and I was soaked. It became so unbearably hot that we couldn't even finish our meal. We ate what we could, packed up the rest, paid our bill, and left. There appears to be ONE table upstairs near the AC where the temperature is tolerable. The rest of the upstairs dining area was unbelievably hot. There were no auxiliary AC units and not even a fan in the area where we were seated. What made me especially angry was seeing babies and small children being seated up there. One infant in a carrier near us had a very red face from the heat. We saw other small children with red faces as well. If grown adults are drenched in sweat simply sitting at a table, that is not an appropriate environment for babies, children, senior citizens, or anyone particularly vulnerable to excessive heat. When we finally got downstairs, it became even more frustrating. Downstairs was pleasant, and I saw an auxiliary AC unit running. So clearly supplemental cooling was available and being used elsewhere in the restaurant. As we were leaving, I specifically told the hostess, "You should not be seating ANYONE upstairs, especially babies." To be clear, the hostess was polite. She wasn't rude or argumentative. But she also seemed completely unsurprised by what I was telling her. Her response was essentially, "We're sorry, it's just the way it is." That response made the situation even more unacceptable to me. If this is "just the way it is," then the restaurant KNOWS how hot it gets upstairs. Yet NO ONE WARNED US. Nobody told us before taking us upstairs, "It's extremely hot up there." Nobody gave us the option of waiting for a downstairs table. We were simply seated in an area that was so hot we ultimately couldn't tolerate staying long enough to finish our food. There was even a young woman standing behind the hostess holding a fan. I told her she should take that fan upstairs for the baby. After all of this, there was no discount or adjustment to our bill. We paid for a meal we couldn't even stay and finish because the dining room was unbearably hot. This is Texas. Of course restaurants have to deal with extreme heat. But if you KNOW an area of your restaurant cannot be adequately cooled, you don't shrug your shoulders and continue seating people there. CLOSE THE UPSTAIRS. Or properly cool it. At the absolute minimum, WARN CUSTOMERS BEFORE TAKING THEM UP THERE and allow them to decide whether they want to sit there. It was like sitting in a sauna trying to eat dinner. We were soaked in sweat. At 7:00 p.m., we walked outside into 100-degree weather and the outside air felt COOLER. That is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. We will not be back.

We had the pizza delivered so our experience is based upon that. Out of all the pizza selections they had, we ordered two custom pizzas. For the first pizza we tried to do a veggie pizza. It was surprising how they offer a "Garden Veggie" pizza that comes with zucchini but you cannot order the zucchini when you build your own. And while they do offer tomatoes, also surprised they do not offer sundried tomatoes. So, we did the white garlic sauce with artichoke, red onion, black olive and mushroom. This was certainly the better of the two but the sauce and cheese were quite scarce. For the other build your own, we did pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and jalapeno. Again, the sauce and cheese was very scant. As already mentioned, the veggie was the better pizza and I would order with more sauce. The traditional pizza with the meats fails the "cheese pull" test. When you take a slice of the pizza and pull it from the pie, there was no visible cheese. Another odd thing is the slices are incredible small. They slice the pizza into way to many slices. Instead of a slice, it's almost like a bread stick. I worked in a pizza place throughout high school and the owner used to tell me the most expensive thing on the pizza was the cheese So, I kind of get being careful when they put cheese on the pizza, but sauce is one of the cheapest parts of the pizza so why do they need to be so scarce with sauce? I know I can order "extra" sauce, but it seems I would paying more just to get a normal amount of sauce. The same goes for the cheese. I would have to order extra cheese just to get the normal amount of cheese. Overall, the pizza is okay. But it's disappointing you cannot order something like zucchini as an additional item on a custom pizza when they offer it for other pizzas. Lack of sauce/cheese also makes this a place I wouldn't regularly go to. Last, the price. We knew how much the pizzas were going to be when we ordered, but them but for the price, these pizzas should have had much more sauce/cheese.

Oh wow, this was a nice surprised. No idea they were in this location. You can't see it from 620…read moreroad. But I'm so glad I know about it now. Came by after work. Was craving pizza. Ordered the West Coast. Pizza had sun dried tomatoes. Artichoke, olives, and spinach. The crust was outstanding. Lightly golden and light crisp. I wanted to order wings, but they were out. So I got the mozzarella sticks instead. They were okay. The dinning area is nice. Their patio is epic. Really big, and the view is outstanding. I wish I knew of this place when it was a little warmer. That patio looks like the place to be in the spring, summer, and fall time. I we will be back for sure

I was very surprised by how small rhe place was when I walked in, but the staff by the bar were really friendly'. you do have to order up front at the registar, and they do have a big menu on the wall. I went with the chicken wings, I'm a bit of a chicken wing enthusiast and the wings were fantastic not too spicy, just perfect. I also had the chicken Alfredo and a Greek salad. Alfredo is definitely americanized but still really good and the Greek salad was huge even the small size. Overall, I was super happy with the meal the staff the food all of it period. Just note parking can be tight since it stays busy, but I went on a Sunday when it was calmer period I'll definitely be back! Happy yelping!
