The freezer aisles were also pretty small but still had a good selection of items. Always enjoyed Target's bakery items, and Starbucks inside of the Target are friendly. They have self check out but only 4, and when it gets busy, it takes forever. I decided to go through a cashier in the lanes, she was very quick and helpful. Overall, i'd recommend stopping by if you're in Bellevue but I definitely wish it was a bit bigger of a selection and space.

What a pleasure to find a sales team of low-pressure professionals taking all the time necessary to help me decide what big screen would be right for me. The purchase and install was slick and, as my current TV had totally failed, the delivery and removal of my old unit was considered an "emergency" was thereby scheduled for the next day (the installers were also great). Great Apple Store with a few bumps during this visit…read more I've upgraded my phone at this location a few times over the years and have usually had a great experience. Today, my fiancé and I came in to trade in our phones for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and he also picked up an Apple Watch SE 3. The only thing I'll always wish Apple would change is making more fun colors available for the Pro Max models. The lower model had a beautiful pink option that I absolutely loved, and I really wish that color was available for the Pro Max too. But thankfully, that's what cute cases are for! This visit started off a little differently than my previous experiences. We had a hard time initially finding someone to help. My fiancé first asked a group of employees for assistance and was directed back to someone at the front of the store. Since we had already seen her when we first walked in but weren't greeted or asked if we needed help, the whole situation just felt a little confusing. Thankfully, Richard completely turned our experience around. He was very kind, patient, genuinely helpful, and made sure we were taken care of. I really appreciate him stepping in and making our visit a much better one! I also appreciate that Apple gives you the option to come back later and drop off your old phone if you want extra time to make sure your photos and data are fully backed up. It takes away the pressure of having to rush through the transfer process while still letting you leave with your new device. Overall, we're still very happy with our purchase. I usually come here when I already know what I'm looking for, whether it's an upgrade, trade-in, or a new device, rather than just browsing. I do hope the customer service experience becomes a little more consistent, but I'm super thankful Richard was there and provided exceptional service!

Last week, we were told that when we brought the phone in, the repair would take about two hours. Today, we dropped it off, and it took five hours. Why? The store was almost empty. When I returned, I had already shown my ID to one employee, but another employee asked for it again. Then, while confirming my email address, I had to spell it using the standard letter examples used over the phone (for example, "M as in Mother"). Even with those examples, the employee still had difficulty understanding and entering it correctly. It turned a very simple task into a frustrating experience. Overall, the customer service felt indifferent rather than welcoming. This experience did not meet the standard I've come to expect from Apple, and I won't be returning to this location.

I wanted to get an extra wireless keyboard and mouse so I could have one at work and one at home and wouldn't have to carry them around. I asked about them in the store and was led to a plastic box that was filled with identical wireless keyboard mouse combos. I picked one out and asked where the chip was. This should have tipped off the clerk that I was not tech savvy. As I suspect many of there customers are not. She told me the toggle was under the mouse. I got the set home and did not see a toggle under the mouse (latter I found out she was saying dongle). I looked in the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and did not see it. I called the them and was told to check the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and once again I didn't see it. I was told that this would be a once in a lifetime that a chip was not with the keyboard. I brought the unit in and we looked in the keyboard battery area next. Then we looked we looked at the mouse and they pointed out a built in dongle compartment in the battery chamber of the mouse. I was never told there could be a built in compartment when I was in the store or later on the phone. I have since find some YouTube videos that explain where to find the dongle. This tells me I'm not that only one to have trouble finding it.
