I'd been wanting to try vessel for a while, so I was super excited when my coworkers decided to go here for lunch. It is in a great location with mountain views. The inside is spacious with lots of seating. They have speciality bowls on the menu with premade creations. They also have the option to build a custom plate with 1 protein and 2 sides. It feels like meal prep. They also offer naan tacos. I got the Al pastor naan tacos, and they were really good. I also tried the sweet potato side. The tacos were really good with all the toppings. I think the sweet potatoes would be good in a dish, but they were a little bland without anything on them. They had cans of soda, so I was able to get a Diet Coke. We had a big group, and the girl helping was really patient and got everything right! I'll be back

Loved this place and while it looks like I ate the same thing a few days in a row I like what I like! Inside ambiance is great and loved the modern feel. Service as well was a 10 of 10 at this location. Food was really great and really enjoyed it and will for sure be back.

Really good option for healthy food! So many options to choose from and everything is very fresh. I got the lentil for protein, Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes. Very good and portions were perfect. This is a casual place where you order at the counter and it will be delivered to your table. Nice seating area and fast service.

The food here is so fresh & flavorful! Whenever I want something quick but also nutritious, I always go to vessel. The service is so so quick and the staff are always friendly. There are also plenty of places to sit in and outside at this location.

We were looking for something different to try and healthier to take a break from heavy food. The concept behind the place is great, but the staff didn't explain much. You can create a bowl or you can get a premade one. I ended up doing the Mediterranean bowl which was felafel and hummus with a variety of veggies and pita. The hummus was rosemary which was really good. The pickled veggies were a little vinegary for my liking. The pita was absolutely delicious with a soft interior and crunchy exterior. My friend got the custom bowl, but didn't have guidance in how to order. She liked everything, but would have been better if she knew what went well with the protein she wanted. Overall it was good, but not good enough for me to wanna go back for a while.

One of my fave chains! Always a solid go to for a nourishing meal at a fair price. I'll stop by in person or order via DoorDash and have never had a bad experience.

Vessel always hits the spot. It's a huge variety of interesting, delicious food for all tastes in a casual setting. I love the steelhead trout and the tuna- can't go wrong with either one, so much flavor! Other faves include the toasted Brussels sprouts, falafel, hummus, and avocado toast, and sweet potato hash. My husband loves the Mac and cheese, beef, and mashed potatoes (what he calls the "all American", haha!) I wish they hadn't changed their poke bowl ingredients this year, because the Thai carrot slaw and couscous was a perfect match with the tuna and avocado. But maybe they'll ultimately change it to something better next time. I always ask for cups with ice, since they don't have ice dispensers out, and the staff are very accommodating. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Vessel Kitchen has become one of my favorites. It's a quick service concept but instead of friend greasy heavy food, you get real food that is better. I love the chicken and grains with the spicy Peruvian sauce. Their hummus is also delicious and I also have to get some on the side. It's a perfect takeout spot.

Just called to place a to-go order for the trout dish, High Tide. The woman on the phone was super helpful. She let me know it was going to be a little extra time to prepare. It's totally worth it. She also explained the rewards program to me. I'm going to be coming in regularly, so it's nice to be rewarded for it. Usually I dine-in because I like how casual and clean it is inside. Definitely looking forward to getting my meal. I couldn't stop thinking about this particular dish so I'm going in to grab it now!

Her salad is always fresh and flavorful. We had avocado salad. It's not just a bed of mix green with avocado slices. There's apple slices, mixed green, every piece is lightly covered with rich and refreshing dressing. The pizza is not the usual pizza from pizzeria, she made it from scratch. It has its own texture. Pork lasagna is light! It is not the typical thick pasta layers. Everything is made from scratch. We love it. My friend said it's more northern Italian cooking. It's not loaded with red tomato sauce. The pasta is thinner, the ground pork is tender. Then comes my favorite short rib ravioli. I'm usually not a fan of ravioli, because they're always full of cheese and nothing else, but Susy's is full of short rib. Just meat, not trying to cheat with cheese or cream. So I think in talking to most of my friends I got a good view on the food, and presentation. I had a starter of Totchos, and the Beef Dipper for my entrée. Both were excellent, I shared my Totchos. These are tater tot nachos, they were excellent, normally I don't like cheese sauce on Nachos, but given the consistency and flavor of this sauce (house made, I'm guessing. Not canned) They were excellent. The Beef Dipper and Au Jus, also top notch! Generally in a French dip, there is a lot of fatty pieces, this was not that. Also at my table was the Chile Verde bowl, this one has a kick... but my friend having it really enjoyed it. The fish and chips was great, smelled fresh. Lets talk about the sides. Choice of Fries (appeared to be battered fries, always a favorite of mine.) Tots, or house made potato chips. I had the Potato Chips with mine, these were excellent, crisp and tender on the inside. The Athena (Lamb Burger) got rave reviews from one at the table The Service: Because we were in a large group they advised us they were going to be taking our orders as we came in so not to overwhelm the kitchen staff. Excellent communication throughout service given that we were a large group. I talked to one of the Owners, Laurie, I could tell she had a huge sense of pride in the place. Very friendly! The Restaurant: Great atmosphere, Fun artwork, best of all, VERY Clean, nothing sticky or no grease buildup on any surface. The glass ware on the wall behind the bar as all polished. In the bar area they stack their silver, tableware, condiments etc. in a cute little cozy box on the table, with the main dining area setup as a diner with the traditional paper napkin and silverware. For a diner motif to have shined silver and glassware is a nice touch! Summary: Eat here! The prices are reasonable, the food is excellent, when I looked at the menu online I was a little put off by no actual entrée's on the dinner menu, however the in house experience made up for that, it's a pub food vibe and they are doing it well!

There's also gelato on top which was weird because it made the oyster taste like it was partially frozen. I don't recommend this. The rolls tasted like biscuits. It was crumbly and it wasn't expected for a nice restaurant. The heirloom tomato pastry was my favorite dish of the night. The half sashimi trout was more like a stew in sweet sauce. The baby yellow potatoes were just added without any seasonings. Assuming it should soak in the sweet juices? I didn't care for it. Trout was good, but preferred that the skin was crispy, which was extremely soggy, drowned in the sauce. Server asked if I wanted bread to drink the sauce and sure. Why not. It may taste better with regular bread and it wasn't. You can also skip valet parking if you just walk an extra minute down the parking lot.
