    THE UTAH BOWL (D, S, E, SE) HASH HASH (D, S, E)

The food here is so fresh & flavorful! Whenever I want something quick but also nutritious, I always go to vessel. The service is so so quick and the staff are always friendly. There are also plenty of places to sit in and outside at this location.

We were looking for something different to try and healthier to take a break from heavy food. The concept behind the place is great, but the staff didn't explain much. You can create a bowl or you can get a premade one. I ended up doing the Mediterranean bowl which was felafel and hummus with a variety of veggies and pita. The hummus was rosemary which was really good. The pickled veggies were a little vinegary for my liking. The pita was absolutely delicious with a soft interior and crunchy exterior. My friend got the custom bowl, but didn't have guidance in how to order. She liked everything, but would have been better if she knew what went well with the protein she wanted. Overall it was good, but not good enough for me to wanna go back for a while.

One of my fave chains! Always a solid go to for a nourishing meal at a fair price. I'll stop by in person or order via DoorDash and have never had a bad experience.

Vessel always hits the spot. It's a huge variety of interesting, delicious food for all tastes in a casual setting. I love the steelhead trout and the tuna- can't go wrong with either one, so much flavor! Other faves include the toasted Brussels sprouts, falafel, hummus, and avocado toast, and sweet potato hash. My husband loves the Mac and cheese, beef, and mashed potatoes (what he calls the "all American", haha!) I wish they hadn't changed their poke bowl ingredients this year, because the Thai carrot slaw and couscous was a perfect match with the tuna and avocado. But maybe they'll ultimately change it to something better next time. I always ask for cups with ice, since they don't have ice dispensers out, and the staff are very accommodating. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Vessel Kitchen has become one of my favorites. It's a quick service concept but instead of friend greasy heavy food, you get real food that is better. I love the chicken and grains with the spicy Peruvian sauce. Their hummus is also delicious and I also have to get some on the side. It's a perfect takeout spot.

Just called to place a to-go order for the trout dish, High Tide. The woman on the phone was super helpful. She let me know it was going to be a little extra time to prepare. It's totally worth it. She also explained the rewards program to me. I'm going to be coming in regularly, so it's nice to be rewarded for it. Usually I dine-in because I like how casual and clean it is inside. Definitely looking forward to getting my meal. I couldn't stop thinking about this particular dish so I'm going in to grab it now!

This beef Hash Hash dish was really flavorful. It had a little spiciness to it, I'd put it at a medium level. I went late evening, the service was fast and friendly. It seemed like a good selection on menu, I'll be returning to try other dishes.

Pita chips with hummus. A must try.

The watermelon tomato salad is refreshing. The butter nut squash is good and the chicken adobo and pork was flavorful.

I've been wanting to try Ramblin Roads since it is close to my work, and it did not disappoint. When I walked in I was greeted by a kind host. He sat me immediately and was very friendly. The vibe inside was nice. My server, Brittany, came and got my drink order right away. The Diet Coke brew was REALLY good. Super crisp and good flavor. Also loved the pebble ice with it. It is $4 tho so you're def paying for it. I looked over the whole menu, and there are SO MANY good options. I def want to go back and try more. As soon as I set the menu down, Brittany was back at my table ready to take my order. I decided on the pulled pork sandwich special. It was delicious. The bread was super soft. The pork was cooked amazingly. It also came with onions and coleslaw that added both crunch and flavor. Really yummy!! The French fries were also they kind with like the breading on them which are one of my favorite types of fries. Delish!!! Everything here was great! I also thought the valentines menu they had posted looked amazing. I will def be back to try more.

The food is great, but for a Saturday morning it was surprisingly empty. I'd go here over many other breakfast options in town. We started going to the Bountiful location, not knowing there were multiple locations of this gem.

I would however, avoid the seafood . I ordered salmon that was very overcooked ( in all fairness this isn't a seafood restaurant). The ambiance is fitting for a German inspired eatery. It's very warm and inviting. The staff have always been friendly. My only negative would be, they should take reservations. The wait is often too long. For many years they occupied a detached building facing 7200 south. But a couple of years ago, they moved into the strip mall directly to the south of their original location. Their spice levels can be off the charts so I'd advise starting with a level 2 of spice. Otherwise the food can be overly spicy. I recently tried their Swai Choo Chee, a white fish in the catfish family. It was really flavorful and the curry in which it was served was a change from the usual green curry I typically order. The staff is friendly and very polite and being Thai natives, they know how to make the food correctly.
