The name is fitting, the lemon is caramelized and some of the sugar granules could be found on the bottom of the plate. Something I haven't really seen in the area before is freshly sliced ginger served with the sushi, definitely appreciated that since it is much more flavorful and a better palate cleanser that what you typically find a most sushi restaurants. They also offer freshly grated wasabi, so if you've been wanting to try the real thing this is the place to do it. We got their Ube cheesecake which was probably the only disappointing part of the meal. Ube flavor was not very strong so it was mostly just a regular cheesecake which is fine. One of the raspberries was starting to mold but so keep an eye on out of season fruit. Restaurant ambiance and decoration is great, low light and intimate. Service was also great, very attentive. Didn't see an alcohol menu but they do have a bar so sure they have a signature cocktail menu. Their mocktail menu actually looked pretty good and reasonably priced, would probably try it next time.
