    Fig, Pistachio, & Ricotta

Located in the Chateau Elan, Versailles is one of most beautiful restaurants I've been to. The ambiance and the friendliness of the servers alone already contribute to an amazing restaurant experience. I saw a lot of reviews saying the food took a long time to take out, but it wasn't too bad in my opinion. It gave us the chance to get up and take some pictures after we had gotten all dressed up! We ordered the Fig, pistachio, & ricotta - this dish was not worth it at all for me. For $25, you get two small pieces of bread with ricotta and figs. But it wasn't even the nice big juicy figs. The pistachios were practically nonexistent in the dish. And the taste itself of everything was relatively bland. Fried calamari - I would recommend this dish, however! The breading was so crispy and light, and the marinara sauce tasted really fresh. The complimentary rolls were warm and so soft, and had a slight sweetness to it. It was delicious even without the butter they provided. And I really appreciated that they gave us so much butter, so we could really slather it on there without restraint. Coq au vin - the chicken was more tender than I expected it to be, the mashed potatoes were really creamy, and I loved the cremini mushrooms. Braised butternut squash risotto - when this dish came out, it looked a lot less creamy than I expected, so I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did. The squash flavor is pretty subtle but it comes through so nicely. I liked that they held back on too much salt and pepper so that it could really shine through. But I heard some friends wishing there was more salt and pepper. Luckily, there's salt and pepper at the table, so you can always adjust to your taste. Notre D'ame - I was such a big fan of this drink! I'm not a big fan of alcohol, but this drink was very juice like and sweet!

The highlight of our dinner was our server Cenait. Excellent. Our disappointment came in the lack of choices on the menu. We expected a bigger selection. The escargot should have come with garlic butter. The Coq Au Vin came with stew airline chicken which was just a chicken leg. Nothing spectacular there. Excellent Caesar's salad. And when the hostess is ready for the next guest have them be proactive and say "next" instead of waiting for guests to get done playing on their phone. We stepped forward and said we are here for our 7:15 reservation. Then the phone girl steps up and the hostess (male) helps them only to realize only one member of their party is present. Don't do that. Complete the engagement with the guest in front of you especially when their whole party was there and ready to be seated. Additional training is needed.

Exceptional service makes all the difference. When the service is this good, it elevates the entire dining experience. Huge thanks to the woman with the braid, she was outstanding. She truly put the customer experience first, and honestly, she should be managing the entire place. Her attention and care made a real impact. My wife had the filet mignon, phenomenal. I went with the mussels and fries, and while the sauce was a bold choice, as a Frenchman, I absolutely loved it. The ambiance inside the large greenhouse-like space made everything feel even more special. Thank you for a memorable evening, we had a wonderful time.

Versailles Restaurant, it is one of the most beautiful hotel restaurants from soaring wood paneled bar, marble dotted with bright blue booths, and soaring atrium ceiling! This casual-ish spot serves up some tasty appetizers like a full-on meat and cheese plate, or decadent, smoky smoked salmon deviled eggs. We'd highly recommend the silky and melt in your mouth sea bass loaded with an earthy pea risotto and dousing of creamy white wine cream sauce. Or you can't go wrong with their rich and meaty lamb shank with mashed potatoes! Everything we had was very tasty. The one thing that I'd like to point out is that the main course food took quite a while to come out. I don't know if it was just the night we went but it dampened the mood a little because it is such a gorgeous spot, and the food and drinks are good. The service also was a little lacking. I'm giving it good because everything else was good.

I was at the winery, but I wanted to get something to eat so I came down to the restaurant. I didn't love the food in the winery. Didn't try it. It just didn't look appetizing. I walked in the restaurant. I think they were close and the staff were having a meeting. Al came to me right away, showed me to a table and took very good care of me. I ordered a burger instead of fries I wanted to Caesar salad I'm not good 6 o'clock.

I've been to Chateau Elan a few times and this restaurant is just the best!! The service, food, ambience, environment are just excellent each time. The wine selection is amazing and the service is always friendly and accommodating. The food at Versailles is sooooo good! The mango habanero and lemon pepper wings are awesome, the braised lamb and ribeye is just to live for!!! Also, check out the pork belly sliders. Loved date night here! The grounds also have little events they do like Smores over the fire, wine tastings & tours etc. Don't walk, run to go check this place out!!!

This restaurant has the most stunning building, with tables near a grand staircase, a ceiling that is windows, and banquet halls to each side. The food here was fantastic, but we were a little confused by the brunch menu since it wasn't a brunch menu but a normal lunch menu. The food was very good, and the wine was super nice to have along with it. We had a larger party so we were a little off to the side with a server helping our party. This place is a great place to stop if you are visiting the spa or the wine tasting room here at on sight. If you're staying in the hotel it is a perfect stop to eat.

The food here for brunch was super cute and fancy! The manager was so accommodating and just was very lux. The all you can eat brunch did it. They have a fresh waffle and pancake station, salmon nova lox w or without capers, brie cheese, all the bacon and sausages you would want, and just was so awesome. Thanks Versailles

We finally made it for dinner here and had an amazing time. Our server "Alyssa" was really sweet. The food was incredible along with the ambiance. It was quiet and laid back which was exactly what we needed after the long drive in.

Went for a weekend at the château and the restaurant was ok. The wine is fantastic. The food was ok, some things tasted better than others but nothing really stood out.

If you're staying at Chateau Elan, some of the overnight packages have breakfast included from here and it was pretty good! I would say it's on the pricer side, but it's super convenient as it's basically just outside the halls of where the hotel rooms are situated. Their nova lox was just the usual bagel, avacado, capers, tomato, onion, and smoked salmon. So nothing that super stands out, but it was good. Got their egg and hash (I think is what it's called), and it's your usual eggs (your style, we just got scrambled), potato wedges, peppers, and biscuit. Overall, service was super nice and food was good.

Food is decent but the service is slow and subpar. Given the restaurant is in Chateu Elan you would expect better.

Five stars for steak, sanity, and a much needed reset…read more We found ourselves at LongHorn in Braselton under less than ideal circumstances. My uncle is currently in the ICU at a nearby hospital, and my aunt has basically been running on fumes and hospital coffee. We convinced her to step away for a bit, get a real meal, and sit with family without the constant beeping of machines in the background. Close enough to feel comfortable, but just far enough to breathe. Enter LongHorn on a Saturday night, which apparently doubled as prom headquarters. The place was packed with teenagers in suits and dresses looking like they just discovered cologne for the first time. The wait was about 45 minutes, but honestly it worked in our favor. It gave us time to sit, talk, and let my aunt decompress a little. By the time our table was ready, she looked like a human again instead of someone running on pure adrenaline. Once seated, the food did not disappoint. The complimentary bread showed up warm and dangerous because you know you are about to ruin your appetite but you do it anyway. The fried onion starter disappeared faster than prom dates after curfew. We had a full spread of steak, shrimp, and chicken and everything hit exactly the way it needed to. No complaints, no notes, just solid, comforting food done right. Our waiter was attentive without hovering, which is a rare skill. Drinks stayed filled, food came out on point, and we never had to flag anyone down. The restaurant had a lively energy, but somehow it never felt overwhelming. For a couple of hours, we were able to laugh, eat well, and give my aunt a break from a really heavy situation. That alone makes this place worth five stars. The great food and service just sealed it. LongHorn delivered more than a meal tonight. It gave us a moment we really needed.

We chose our old Longhorn standby, because this location has always been good. Host was hiccuping (not covering his mouth) or removing himself from the host station. Then, he obviously was also fighting a stuffy nose.. both gross & out loud. Our server was curt & in a hurry. We quickly realized it was because they were understaffed. IT was only 4 o'clock & dining room wasn't even full! Steak arrived, medium rare versus medium well. Server was short when picking it back up and minced words with me. Customers should not be told "Ma'am, I have dirty dishes in my hand"! A better choice would have been. "I'm so sorry. I've got my hands full, & I'll be right back to take care of you". Never received our shrimp add-on. 10 more minutes later -we were told it was sent back because it was burnt . 10 more minutes later- it was delivered- so we sent it back. After our steak wasn't done right and we didn't receive our shrimp ( in a timely manner or while we were waiting for our re-done steak).... we really weren't interested in eating there anymore. A brand new plate with steak and fresh shrimp should have been delivered to our table. Probably won't be back to this location- mainly because of the service. We could've dealt with the food, if our server wasn't so salty.
