My husband and I came in on a Tuesday evening, and we were 1 of probably 4 tables. Wasn't packed at all. The decor was nice, and our server was very efficient with drinks and the bread. We also ordered Calamari as an appetizer. My husband ordered the lemon chicken with capers, with mashed potatoes, and I ordered the seafood risotto. I loved it, really flavorful and filling. My husband gave rave reviews about his dish as well. We finished with Tiramisu, which was also very good. Overall, not a bad experience. We enjoyed our night together, and got our food pretty quickly. This place is a great upscale option for special occasions and dinner parties of 6 or less. I recommend getting a reservation before. It is pricey but the food is good! You get complementary bread and butter as an appetizer. The caesar salad, lobster bisque, filet, New York strip, and prime rib are great options. I recommend upgrading your side of mashed potatoes to a premium side because it's very plain (tastes like instant potatoes from a box) and the portion size is small. Mac and cheese and baked potato are solid upgrades. I highly recommend the cowboy butter addition to your steak. It adds great flavor and is an extra $4. Their cocktails are pretty good too. I've had the espresso martini and another fruity one. They aren't very strong but taste good. The presentation of the meal is always beautiful. They plate the food with flowers. Chloe's Steak House absolutely delivers! The grilled octopus was 100/10! Cooked perfectly. Usually octopus can be chewy, but here it was almost crispy and one of the best we've ever had. The bread and butter were a great start, and the steak? Melted in my mouth, perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Everything we tried was top-notch. The interior decor and layout is balance sophistication with comfort. Perfect for all types of celebrations or a romantic dinner. Our server, I think her name was So? Ok this is my final review and final visit to this restaurant. The first time we came here was a disaster. New restaurant opening jitters, but did go back in November. And pleasantly surprised that the service and food were better. Last night, night after Christmas and the place had only a few tables, at 6:30 and did not pick up as the night went on. Service again was slow, drinks again took forever to get. Again pitiful bread service with 3 pieces of bread for 3 people. Not 2 or 4 but exactly the number of people we had. Order the Christmas mistletoe margarita, if it had liquor I did not taste it. Ordered the lollipop chicken wings and the lollipop land chops as an app. We have had the lollipop chicken before and it did not taste the same. The sauce was different. Disappointing, consistency is key to a good restaurant. Ordered the short ribs, beet salad and the lobster mac. My sine had a ribeye and a filet rare , 6'4" muscle head. The filet was med well and the ribeye was medium. The short ribs were so salty could not eat it. The lobster mac and cheese was running and the beet salad was also very salty. This tells me these were previously cooked and recooked and the salt was accentuated by the concentration of cooking again. The beet salad had great flavor except is was very salty too. I visitors this place quite frequently when it was latin flavors. But now that they're under new ownership this was my first time visiting. So we decided to check it out on a sunday afternoon, For brunch. And I must say the food was definitely delicious. location, and the service staff is awesome. I can't wait to visit again. We had a great experience at Chloe's steakhouse. We reserved a table for four on a Friday evening at the end of April. We were greeted kindly at the front door by a host and taken to our table. The inside of the restaurant has beautiful blue decor, a large bar and a guitarist on Friday nights. We would honestly come back just to listen to the guitarist but the food, ambiance, service and company were all great too. The guitarist was fantastic though and it gave the restaurant such a rich ambience. Our server's name was Gracie. She was delightful. She took great care of us, explained the menu and gave us a few highlights. We ordered a couple of filets, a ribeye and the salmon. we ordered some cowboy butter for the ribeye, a side of brussels sprouts, and a Caesar salad. I would have to say the ribeye was the most flavorful. The salmon looked amazing also. The guys were very happy with their filet. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed ourselves and we are so happy to have a nice place so close to home! Chloe's is a great addition to downtown dining. We did walk upstairs to check out the rooftop bar and they had some music there as well and I believe they serve barfood-burgers, etc. We also walked down to the basement where they have the speakeasy. A big TV screen, pool tables and music. It looked like a fun hangout. I highly recommend Chloe's. I would order the ribeye again, but I will probably order the salmon the next time I go. Very enjoyable experience. Made a reservation, was seated promptly. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, table seats comfortable. Not too noisy, you could carry on a convesation very easily. Our server Yvonne was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, but not intrusive. The Lobster Bisque is the BOMB!!! OMG soooo delicious! Chunks of Lobster Meat, its a must have! Mom had the Salmon, I had the Pork Chop, very tasty! The only negative is the fact they were out of Red Snapper, which was Mom's 1st Choice. I get it was a busy day, but IMHO you should prepare for that knowing its a "special" day (Mother's Day) and have extra on hand. Yes its pricy, but in reality you could spend almost as much just going to Texas Roadhouse. It won't be an every week or every month place, but for special occasions most definitely we will be back! I love the fact that Chloe's offered a Free Glass of Wine or Dessert for the Mom's. Since we do not drink, Mom got the Chocolate Tort. Very creamy and delish! read more

Well, I don't know where to start. When we arrived even though we had reservations our table wasn't set up and we had to wait about fifteen minutes to be seated. I felt sorry for the waitress, she was overwhelmed trying to serve to many tables, so as you can imagine the service was pretty bad. Eventually after about ten minutes we got our drink order. We ordered two steaks with baked potatoes with sour cream butter and chives, the waitress returned to inform us that they ONLY HAD ONE POTATO, and would we order another side, rite here, I need to tell you the baked potato that I was served in my opinion was at least TWO DAYS OLD! It was dried up and the center had turned brown, it was presented in a bowl swimming in some kind of unknown liquid, with out the sour cream butter and chives we had asked for. We tried Chloe's for the first time this evening. First, the good: 1. The place is nice; about as nice as one could ever hope to find in Winder, GA. 2. Our server Megan was awesome. Friendly and attentive. 3. Mixed drinks were pretty good. 4. Nice music at an appropriate volume. 5. My wife's salmon and broccolini were great. I don't like salmon or broccolini, so I'll have to take her word on that. Now, the disappointing part: 1. The meager bread service of 3 smallish slices of bread was served with this greenish whipped butter concoction that was so heavily laden with fresh garlic and possibly green onions and/or chives that it was an assault upon the taste buds and nostrils. I've brushed my teeth twice since returning home and can still taste it! 2. I ordered the $39 New York strip. While the presentation was nice, the steak was just horrid. I suspect it was a cheaper cut of meat that had been soaked in meat tenderizer for a good while. If you've ever experienced that sort of steak, you know it instantly when you encounter it again. At first glance, it looked good, but the texture and flavor were off, and the steak had a lot of gristle and gelatinous fat. I dissected it quite a bit trying to find a few decent bites, but I gave up wrestling with it about halfway through. Very disappointing. 3. My steak was accompanied by a rather uninspired dollop of mashed potatoes that I suspect might have been instant. I didn't finish the potatoes, either. Megan discounted the steak for us since I couldn't choke down another bite of it. So, here's my take on the situation; a place called "Chloe's Steakhouse" should have excellent steaks. At the very worst, they should have just OK/acceptable steaks. A place calling themselves a steakhouse should not be serving subpar, inedible cuts of steak like the one I was served this evening. This is a nice place with great service and a decent bar, so it definitely has potential. Hopefully my experience this evening can be attributed to growing pains. But, until I see some evidence that they've stepped up their steak game, I think I'll skip having dinner here. It might be a good place to stop in for a drink or dessert for now, though. read more

We tried Chloe's tonight We went to the original Latin Flavors 20-30 times before they downgraded to Latin flavors light Chloe's is same as Latin flavors light No prime steaks Not even ANY high end tequila for margaritas. Only cheap stuff in supposed fine dining restaurant. I can get just as good if not better steak AND 2 sides at Longhorn or Outback for what we paid for steaks alone at Chloe's If I wasn't comparing to original prime beef Latin flavors it would be good. We go to Chloe's about 8 pm on a Saturday evening, no reservation, just me and my husband, they still take my info (very polite) and seat us immediately which I was surprised since it was prime dinner time. I had told the hostess it was my husband's birthday and there is several open tables for two but seats us next to the bar, next to a trash can where the servers are going in and out. Mistake 1. So thankfully I have brought my jacket because our waitress thinks this is the Kentucky Derby and is sprinting around our table to the bar, hiking up 45 mile an hour winds, causing an already unpleasant chill in the air as I sit next to this ugly area of the restaurant like my husband and I are lepars (I promise we are a nice looking couple out on a date). Our waitress goes over the specials and we choose our options, I choose the Red Snapper special and choose to sub green beans for the asparagus that comes with it and ask how the fish is cooked, she says pan seared and then blackened for flavor, making sure that it was not fried. I asked to add a lobster tail. My husband orders the ribeye special which also came with green beans. He also orders a side of the lobster mac and cheese - she has to check is there is even lobster - she does, we can order it and the tail. The food takes a while to come, I get my food, fish is not blackened and asparagus on the plate and apparently didn't read the menu (my own fault) because the lobster tail I added was the most heavily breaded fried lobster tail ever... who does that? At a steakhouse? He was so disappointed in the lobster mac and cheese - the reason why we came - just noodles with lobster chunks. Our 14 year old could make it better. The Red Snapper is just bland. Thats about it. The asparagus is the best thing on the plate and the waitress is asking us before I try all of this if we want salt and pepper before she leaves to go have the cooks make us the green beans they have forgotten (there is no way a chef is cooking) and there is no salt or pepper on the table or a table nearby so I am sitting in misery because I did not know to say yes to her before she leaves us because one would assume at a steakhouse your food comes out tasting amazing, but no, it's all just blah, bland, no flavor, no seasoning, and we are forced to sit and stare at our bland food as we wait longer for her and our green beans and salt and pepper. Thankfully being next to the bar has its perks because the bar tender sees us waiting and is slow so she asks us what we need and brings us the clear containers of seasoning. We can eat. My husband's steak - cooked great, thin as heck. Longhorns does a thicker cut, ya'll and for cheaper. I do surgery to remove the beautiful unseasoned lobster from his heavy breaded fried shell and season him. He's okay. The green beans come, rushed so very undercooked, garlic thrown on them and seasoned. At this point, it is 2 hours past the point of when my husband and I came in and we are ready to exit. They offer to box our meal which we accept. The server offers my husband a choice of three free complimentary dessert choices: raspberry cheesecake, brownie with ice cream, or creme brûlé. I was surprised when he chose the creme brûlé. I have had this many times - Maggianos makes the best if you need to compare notes. So, this restaurant takes vanilla pudding and hardens the top. Like what? It was so bad. It was pudding! So bad. Moral to the story - I spent $150 on an overpriced dinner for two that was NOT high end. We did not get alcohol. Our waitress was very pleasant and sweet. If they want to continue to claim to be "upscale", they need to add flavor to their food and be better than their competitors who ARE high end. Didn't want to completely trash the place in the post on Facebook because we aren't the people who typically like to complain about food and stuff.. but when we first got there i had reservations set and they sat us and we thought it was actually pretty professional for winder. But from there we sat for 10 minutes with no waiter coming by for water drinks etc The waiter came up apologizing saying she didn't know we were with her (which still wasn't really a issue) but then we ordered our cocktails and waited saw all the other tables got bread but we didn't see it as an option to buy it so i asked the waiter if it was a add on for bread then she said oh sorry yeah you guys were supposed to get that in the beginning! Then we get our food out steaks were like rocks they were super tough, burnt and we both got medium. And we ordered a shareable side of asparagus with our meal and they brought us green beans and said he's the asparagus ‍ So we were like sorry that's not asparagus when she came back and they forgot both our cowboy butters which is a extra $4 per butter, then at this point the manager or gm came by to apologize and we told him about all the issue and his first remark was "i thought we were out of green beans" we were like well we hate to be those people but if we are paying quality steak restaurant prices we would like a quality steak. And at first he still didn't want to remake them he brought our asparagus and cowboy butters out and walked away we had to waive him down again because at that point the steaks were cold and hard so not much the butter would've done anyways. And we told him the experience just hasn't been great for our first trip we were hoping for it to be good but we asked if we could just pay for our tab and leave because at that point we were already there an hour and a half and we had my parents watching the kids so we figured we'd just walk down to the taco social and get a quick bite and drink before we went back and he got an attitude and walked away and then came back and said we just covered the entire bill and walked off like we were a problem.. told the waiter it wasn't her fault and still gave her $20 and we left very unprofessional on the manager the waiter thought he handled it to remake our plates the first time after she told them about them being cold and dry.. read more
