Chloe's Steak House absolutely delivers! The grilled octopus was 100/10! Cooked perfectly. Usually octopus can be chewy, but here it was almost crispy and one of the best we've ever had. The bread and butter were a great start, and the steak? Melted in my mouth, perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Everything we tried was top-notch. The interior decor and layout is balance sophistication with comfort. Perfect for all types of celebrations or a romantic dinner. Our server, I think her name was So? Was amazing! 5 star service.

Ok this is my final review and final visit to this restaurant. The first time we came here was a disaster. New restaurant opening jitters, but did go back in November. And pleasantly surprised that the service and food were better. Last night, night after Christmas and the place had only a few tables, at 6:30 and did not pick up as the night went on. Service again was slow, drinks again took forever to get. Again pitiful bread service with 3 pieces of bread for 3 people. Not 2 or 4 but exactly the number of people we had. Order the Christmas mistletoe margarita, if it had liquor I did not taste it. Ordered the lollipop chicken wings and the lollipop land chops as an app. We have had the lollipop chicken before and it did not taste the same. The sauce was different. Disappointing, consistency is key to a good restaurant. Ordered the short ribs, beet salad and the lobster mac. My sine had a ribeye and a filet rare , 6'4" muscle head. The filet was med well and the ribeye was medium. The short ribs were so salty could not eat it. The lobster mac and cheese was running and the beet salad was also very salty. This tells me these were previously cooked and recooked and the salt was accentuated by the concentration of cooking again. The beet salad had great flavor except is was very salty too. Sad to say I'm done. 3 strikes your out!

I visitors this place quite frequently when it was latin flavors. But now that they're under new ownership this was my first time visiting. So we decided to check it out on a sunday afternoon, For brunch. And I must say the food was definitely delicious. location, and the service staff is awesome. I can't wait to visit again. It's a 4 story building with something for the adults in mind. We had the pleasure of doing a tour of the building, and I must say, it is Well laid out from top to bottom. So if you're in the Winder area, please look up and try out Chioe's Steakhouse. You won't be disappointed

We had a great experience at Chloe's steakhouse. We reserved a table for four on a Friday evening at the end of April. We were greeted kindly at the front door by a host and taken to our table. The inside of the restaurant has beautiful blue decor, a large bar and a guitarist on Friday nights. We would honestly come back just to listen to the guitarist but the food, ambiance, service and company were all great too. The guitarist was fantastic though and it gave the restaurant such a rich ambience. Our server's name was Gracie. She was delightful. She took great care of us, explained the menu and gave us a few highlights. We ordered a couple of filets, a ribeye and the salmon. we ordered some cowboy butter for the ribeye, a side of brussels sprouts, and a Caesar salad. I would have to say the ribeye was the most flavorful. The salmon looked amazing also. The guys were very happy with their filet. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed ourselves and we are so happy to have a nice place so close to home! Chloe's is a great addition to downtown dining. We did walk upstairs to check out the rooftop bar and they had some music there as well and I believe they serve barfood-burgers, etc. We also walked down to the basement where they have the speakeasy. A big TV screen, pool tables and music. It looked like a fun hangout. I highly recommend Chloe's. I would order the ribeye again, but I will probably order the salmon the next time I go. Just want to try a variety of things. Put Chloe's on your list of places to go!

Great place with great service. A bit pricey but it's a custom cut steakhouse so it's to be expected for an upscale spot in a downtown area.

You know what they say fresh fish dies not smell. Decor has not changed. Started with a sangria and bread service. So many places are charging for bread but if you're going to charge me it better be good. Yall know I will pay for good food and service. When the bread came out there was 5 pieces of some sort of loaf bread that had been warmed. The menu said ciabatta bread and when I pointed it out to the waitress she said they didn't have it anymore. I said that's the only reason we ordered it was because it was a ciabatta bread. She just said sorry. Yall know if you follow my reviews I used to own a restaurant and it's misrepresented on the menu, What else is misrepresented? We ordered the wedge to share which was ok. I ordered the cod and my husband ordered the sirloin top cap and asked for it between med rare and med. My small piece of cod was overcooked, rice cold, plantains bitter and tortilla was hard and tasteless. My husbands sirloin was well and we think they mixed up the orders and it was TOUGH. Chewy and no salt. My cod was tasteless. We finished quickly to get out of there. 140.00 for a waste of a Saturday night. Could go anywhere better. We will no longer be back.

Not only is the steak amazing but the sides are outstanding as well. It's hard to find both good meats and great sides, however Cotton Calf over delivered on both. I was sad when I took my last bite, that's how good and flavorful everything was. Mannnnnnn Ordered the Cajun ribeye medium and sliced!! Mushroom risotto was incredible and the roasted broccoli! My goodness what a meal. The Cajun Ribeye should go in the hall of fame!

I…read moreloved the atmosphere and had a great time at the bar while waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. The bartender and drinks were amazing, and the bacon appetizer was incredible! We enjoyed the Pearberry which was light and delicious, as well as the Japanese Old Fashioned which my partner thoroughly enjoyed. Although the price for bacon seemed hefty, it's almost a slab instead of slice of bacon. It's a solid portion and very thick and deliciously coated in a sticky sweet sauce that we enjoyed. We were having a great time and were in great spirits but it took a turn once we were seated for the dining portion of the experience.. I think our experience came from the person manning the meats, who in our opinion doesn't know proper temp checks. We ordered multiple filets, ribeyes, and a tomahawk at our table of 5 and every single one was under. We asked for medium and medium rare throughout our table, but they all arrived severely underdone. The tomahawk was the biggest disappointment, when you pay a hefty price, you expect better results.. but it was raw, because rare doesn't even really describe it. We are not the type to make a fuss, so we just ate our steaks and asked for sauce to make them palatable. The flavor was there but it was very subtle, it could used a bit more seasoning. We relied heavily on the sides and our prior experience at the bar to keep spirits up. The reason this review isn't worse is because regardless of our dining experience, our bar experience was superior and I'd go back strictly for that. I would try it again to see if the cook has gotten better but not for a while.

As soon as you step through the doors into the corridor, it's like you're transported into the big city. It has an old Hollywood feel with gorgeous modern crystal light fixtures, the natural charm of wood paneling, and beautiful marble columns. A fully stocked bar sits behind the barista; I could only imagine the hustle and bustle of the restaurant at night as he took our order. And the wine vault is a true spectacle to behold: imagine a bank vault filled to the absolute brim full of the most delicious wine! We will have to go back for dinner for sure! Anyway, I'm veering off course! The man behind the counter was so friendly, and we ended up sharing a mutual love for carrot cake! I ordered a Dirty Chai Tea Latte, a carrot cake muffin, and a lemon poppyseed scone because when in Rome right?! The carrot cake muffin was pretty much the stuff of dreams. It tasted rich and delicious while still not being overly sweet. The lemon poppyseed was good, but I had trouble finding the lemon flavor. The dirty chai was absolute perfection though. The perfect balance of coffee with the slight sweetness of the chai. Plus it looked beautiful when it came out major bonus points! As you all know, the most important thing I look for when choosing a restaurant to eat at is its health score, and this place nails it because it currently has a 100 A! If you have a chance to visit the cafe, please do. You will not be disappointed. The service is top notch, and the food and drinks are delish! We will definitely be visiting during restaurant hours soon, and I'll make sure to update with my review! In the meantime, if you see me noshing on a pastry there, feel free to say hello!

We sat down to a "Cajun night" menu to which I inquired if that's like a weekly thing or what and was explained that they will occasionally do various themes and recently had done Italian. They had Cajun music playing and a full Cajun menu, it felt like we were in Louisiana which I am very familiar with, I have roots there. I think having themed nights is a very clever way to bring a variety of fine dining options to a small town that doesn't have a lot of restaurant options. Fully support! Love the concept! Having had frog legs before I didn't feel the need to explore again so didn't choose those. I instead opted for some more cozy comforts such as the Crawfish étouffée and Duck Andouille Gumbo. Both were delicious, my only gripe would be the presentation was quite lacking. Traditionally, for either of those dishes, the rice is served from a cup as a topper, not the gumbo or étouffée spooned atop the rice. But the flavor hit it out of the park. Hubby ordered the Blackened Redfish and this is where the chef's talents shine. This was the winning dish of the evening. Hubby hates okra, I love it, and I'd never had it grilled before though and I'll be using that cooking technique in the future, especially since hubby actually likes okra finally. But I don't want to focus on okra for a fish dish. The blackened redfish was so well seasoned and perfectly flaky, the pinto beans had great flavor as well. We finished our meal out with the beignets and coffees (hubby espresso and me a latte) which paired perfectly with the beignets. We ate them politely with the fork and knife provided though if you ain't covered in powdered sugar or accidentally proofing powdered sugar across the table when you take a bite are you even doing it right? ;) but they were delicious, everything was. Again the only suggestion I have is to consider presentation. The dishes looked a bit bland for the amount of flavor they packed. A slice of that grilled okra on top of my Gumbo or just anything simple would've gone a long way. Overall I'll give 5 stars. I have no complaints. The restaurant's vibe and decor are great, service was great, food was delicious. We had a great night!

A Winder Must-Visit: Outstanding Food, Legendary Service, and Unbeatable Local Vibe…read more If you are looking for an authentic local spot with personality, phenomenal food, and warm Southern hospitality, Casey's in downtown Winder is the place to go. From the classic hand-painted red brick mural on the outside ("Not the biggest... World-Class Service What really made our visit top-tier was Heather. She delivered incredible service from start to finish--attentive, friendly, and welcoming. She went above and beyond by treating Robert and me to a couple of sample bites: Smoked Chicken Salad: Rich, creamy, and packed with full-bodied smoked flavor and a Chili Vermont Cheese Hotdog: A loaded masterpiece topped with rich chili and shredded cheese that instantly makes you want to order a full one. The Main Event For the main meal, Robert and I both ordered the Pimento Cheese Bacon Burger with a side of fresh hand-cut fries: The Burger: Outstanding. The Fries: Perfectly golden, hot, salted, and served with just the right amount of crispiness. Casey's captures everything you want in a local burger joint: honest food made right, a cool community vibe, and standout service.
