Taking advantage of our points and online deals we always try to order through mobile and pick up through drive thru. Never a problem though usually a wait no matter what is ordered. Staff are most times very nice. Some times some are nicer than others but we've never had anyone so rude we can remember. Food is always made well. We did recently order a family sized chili just to see how big it was, and it was huge! Though not filled all the way =( We hardly go inside the establishment now a days but the few times we did it was always clean and well stocked.

The taco burger was fine but no cheese. The chili cheese dog was a bust as there was very little chili and I asked for onions but had to go back to have them added. Which got me a look like what do you mean interrupting my day! On the funny side their microphone at the order pickup station was not working and I watched the same employee grab the microphone enthusiastically and announce order after order number that only he could hear. I guess he had his ear buds turned up drowning out what was happening. It was funny because he could not figure out why people were not coming to pick up their orders. This is the second time I've come through the drive-thru and my order has been completely wrong. Items are either missing, rung up incorrectly, or I'm handed an entirely different order. Each time, I've had to stop and check every single item before leaving because there's no confidence that the order is accurate. As a customer using the drive-thru for convenience, this defeats the purpose. It turns what should be a quick stop into a stressful process of double-checking everything before pulling away. I hope the team can improve their order accuracy because the repeated mistakes make it difficult to rely on this location.
