Definitely depends on the day and who is working. For sure always check your food before leaving. I've had times where I didn't have everything. Like missing more than a couple items. Once I had 4 items missing. Called, was given the okay to go back to pick up. Went there, got my food, reconfirmed with the employee it was everything, they said yes, I left. Turns out it wasn't even the food that I was missing. But by the time I got back home they were about to close. That was the last time I went there. Recently my husband was craving so we actually went back. TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW. The first night we ordered through mobile. Spent about $40 -.-' We had to wait a bit but the guys were super nice. We saw there was only two people working so we weren't upset or in a rush. We got everything we wanted and everything was made great! Which is why we ended up going the next day.. The next day we did another mobile order. $30 Whole different group of people. Whole different attitude. We got our food after waiting as well BUT none of our food were in the boxes they're supposed to be in. Everything was in ONE bag. I had to sit there and check before leaving because I was already in a sour mood from their energy. You really just don't know what you're going to get, or not get, here. LOL read more

Ordered about $60 worth through GrubHub. Half the order was missing. The burritos were literally a third the size that they should be and everything else looked like it was prepared by a 5 year old. I tried to call the store directly and there was a loud buzzing sound where you could not hear the employee. Calling back they connected it a fax machine! Lol. What a train wreck. Seemed like a good time to quinch my chalupa cravings, the kiosk here was the only way to order. I made a few remarks about no one taking orders. Once I looked around and seen only 3 people who were working their tails off, to keep up with drive thru, lobby, cooking and preparing. I realized I had made a very bad call on my part, They were doing a really good job. Got our food quicker than I thought and it was great and accurate. They were very apologetic about the wait. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and I've been to some nasty ones. They ran out of chicken tonight and potatoes. I ordered 2 steak quesadillas and two other things. Look into the bag and there's only one quesadilla. So I wait to tell her and she didn't ring me up for the two so gave me one. I pay $5.00 something for it to only hear they ran out of steak lol. This is my local Taco Bell. It has never been consistent. You may come at 1:00pm and they'll tell you that they're not taking orders for 20 minutes. It may be 11:45 and they haven't opened yet. I've experienced both at this location. Why they're so short staffed when chic fil a which is 1/4 mile away can have a full staff is beyond reason. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I don't know how I haven't learned my lesson yet with this Taco Bell. They're terrible. I have never had a good experience here. I will order a vegetarian version of a burrito get home and it'll have meat in it about 95% of the time. They're never friendly and have very inconsistent hours of operation. read more

I went to get breakfast there this morning and I went through the drive thru. The drive thru menu had no breakfast items displayed on there menu just lunch and dinner. I told them that I only see lunch items and no breakfast items on their menu and they started listing off all the items of what they sell for breakfast. I asked why can't you display the breakfast menu and they said said they didn't have one. So why would they sell breakfast but not display what they sell on their menu. Had a order over 60.00 for my family that I picked up through drive thru. Drink was forgotten and we had to ask for it. One of the nachos was missing. Food was just thrown in bags. Food was awful. Called to get a refund for item missing. Just received argument from the supposedly manager " Jay". She was rude and refused to give information and a refund. If a person has a manager position. Multiple times I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but the last time ever the manager had an attitude and was just awful. I had a bad experience with this Taco Bell about 9 months ago but I though I would go again and see if it had gotten better...NOPE. I ordered at the drive thru and when I went to the window there were 5 or 6 kids just standing around talking to each other. They all had their pants half way down, thought that was unusual. The girl at the window took my money and then asked me to pull around and she would bring the food out. I thought that was odd seeing that I was the only customer there, no one was inside either. I parked and then went inside to get some fire sauce since the girl forgot to ask me what kind I wanted. The dining room was a mess. Half the tables had stuff on them, and the ice machine had been overflowed with a bunch of ice and water all over the floor (should have done a slip and fall). I started out in the Drive thru and it wasn't moving, so I drove around and went inside to order. I was the only customer inside except for one person eating. No one spoke to me. I wanted to place my order with them because I don't like having to use the machines. But I couldn't get anyone to wait on me. Only one person was fixing the food. The other lady was screaming on the food so loudly that I couldn't get her attention and it happened to be the manager. She kept repeating that she was leaving at 5 no matter what and that she was done. Still no one have even acknowledged me. After the phone call, she finally helped out the one employee that was working and yelled and complained to her. I'm standing counter and went ahead and placed my order for 2 tacos at the machine. But I should have left. I was there 15 mins for 2 tacos and the only one in there. She, I guess the manager, threw my sack on the counter. I said mam, I would have hoped you would have apologized for the wait or atleast have spoken to me. She started yelling at me that she was done. She was very very rude. How can she even be an employee much less a manager. My taco's didn't even have the I ordered and I was trying to get her attention and she wouldn't even turn around. The tacos should have been called lettuce tacos. I will never go back. Manager needs to find a different line of business. I really want my money back. I was respectful to her but she was so disrespectful toward me like we were out in the street somewhere. My daughter works at Chick-fil-A and I'm so glad because they are taught respect.
