Warning to anybody and everybody who is gonna order a drink from the Bethlehem friends Grill location when I brought it to the manager's attention, she acted like it wasn't a big deal and completely swept it under the rug essentially by just pouring that one out and getting a fresh one and her excuse was "oh the bottle was sitting" I will never be coming to this location ever again the other ones that I've been to like the one in Winder have been nothing but amazing but this one time I say OK, let's go to Bethlehem. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The food was fine, but the fact that the manager acted like it was nothing of significance and basically just tried to sweep it under the rug and left a really sour taste in my mouth. and to be completely honest, I'm really thinking about calling the health department. read more

I usually operate under the premise of "if you ain't got nothin' nice to say" but y'all.... The service was about as friendly as the temperature of the place, ice cold. I guess your money better have a different color to it to be deserving enough of a welcoming atmosphere .‍ I was trying to take my granny out for a fun afternoon of football and was "greeted" with nothing less than the feeling of being a nuisance. The decor was quirky and cute. Got seated immediately, Kaitlin was our waitress, excellent personality, very personable and friendly. I ordered potato soup and the pimento wontons. Both were excellent the pimento wontons had a red sauce on the wonton, it was sort of spicy. I would rather the sauce had been on the side. I took 3 home, wiped of the sauce and air fried them. I added mayonnaise for dipping. I like that better. My husband ordered a mushroom provolone burger and Offered me a bite, it was really good! The waiters here are great, and the food is consistently good as well. The restaurant itself does not have an attached smell, unlike the winder location. I love this place, but it does have a few issues as well. Ketchup bottles run out quite frequently, and if you value your life you shouldn't order the steak. The freshness of the food here really stands out. The burgers are fantastic. The boneless wings are actual breaded chicken and not frozen chicken nuggets. Great sauce too. The service was courteous and on-point. And best of all, they know how to make a club sandwich correctly! I will definitely be back. $5 specials guarantee you get a lot for your money. We visited, as a family with kids, a d the food took so long we almost just left. They were not even busy, maybe 4 tables there total. Plenty of employees walking around, yet no one to help us. Friends Grill in Bethlehem and maybe Winder has had a recent menu change. I've been to the Bethlehem Friends twice since the new menu came out this week. My second visit my bacon cheeseburger was very well cooked and very tasty. It had a very flavorful burbon jam that brought out another layer of flavorto the burger. It was cooked exactly how I ordered it. However the first time I came in to order my favorite of all things on the menu and that is the Bada Bing Shrimp appetizer. I was greatly disappointed in the change of this item. I order this almost every time I come to a Friends grill. The shrimp are much smaller and pre-breaded prior to cooking. In the past shrimp are always freshly breaded and cooked out the site. He left the shrimp for very little flavor, and I like it taste was the flower coating on the shrimp with no flavor at all. As long as this is the way it is now I will never order the side again and probably will not come into the friends grill as often as I had been doing. Please bring backthe side that was so delicious. They were two other people who sat with me at the table, ordered the same thing felt the same way. We usually come together as a group we may be looking for somewhere else to go. read more

This has got to be the last time choosing this place. Has continued to go downhill post pandemic. In early evening, place was practically empty. Waitress wanted us to sit at a booth, nice day out so we chose to sit at the bar table seating where the garage door is and was open. Waitress didn't seem to like us choosing our own seating. She tried to conceal her obvious attitude our entire visit. All the wait staff were female and congregated at a table near the kitchen chatting with eachother. Meanwhile, the table we chose and all surrounding tables and chairs were dirty full of dust etc. Waitress seemed to careless,(probably in part bc we were a party of six and she figured she was getting an automatic tip so why do her whole job)proceeded to seat us, we stood and stared at one another in disbelief. I decided to go to the restroom and retrieve soap/water paper towels to clean our table and chairs. Had to handle the menus carefully and minimally as they were dirty and stained with food. I ordered a 6 piece wing basket, chicken to be well done. Well no such luck. Could only eat one wing, several fries. The couple pieces of celery didn't seem fresh and could they spare them. Asked for a cup, had to end up getting up and getting it myself. Seems the waitress was most interested in the bill being paid. We're in the new normal of pay more, get less. read more

My wife and I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years now. Never once have we had to sit and feel like strangers. The staff has always been welcoming and prompt. Tonight my wife and I started at a different restaurant, which was supposed to be "nicer", holy crow were we wrong. So thankful we wound up at friends. Jan was incredible. My family and I love to get half off wings on Wednesday. We gave friends a try after the waiter at Johnny's pizza got confused with my order. Wings were good if more expensive at friends. We get our order to go and the waitress there warned us they weren't supposed to let us take them to go but would. Idk why that's a policy. My husband and I came here yesterday and it was bad experience after bad experience. We sat at the bar and our bartender Derion was extremely rude and didn't seem to care we or any other guests were there. Our food came out wrong and again, the bartender didn't seem to care to help. We had to ask more than once when our corrected food was going to be done. The corrected food was subpar at best and the experience made it even worse. Not worth the money at all.
