We've never had a bad experience at our local Wendy's. Usually one of our go to spots with the biggie bags being our favorites. Taking advantage of our points and online deals we always try to order through mobile and pick up through drive thru. Never a problem though usually a wait no matter what is ordered. Staff are most times very nice. Some times some are nicer than others but we've never had anyone so rude we can remember. Food is always made well. We did recently order a family sized chili just to see how big it was, and it was huge! Though not filled all the way =( We hardly go inside the establishment now a days but the few times we did it was always clean and well stocked. read more

We had a simple order- one single burger meal, one double burger meal and chicken nuggets. We had to repeat the order to the girl at the register four times for her to be able to key it in the correct way. I don't know what's wrong with her. Her processing speed is really really slow and she does not understand verbal communication well. I'm all for them hiring everyone, but maybe putting her on the register at dinner time was not the best idea. There are now 10 people behind us waiting to place the order. She's struggling with it all. None of the other employees were stepping in to help her. Never saw a manager. read more

Honestly this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. We ordered something simple like the 10 piece spicy garlic parm nuggets and when we got to the window they didn't even give them to us. So we had to wait for them to notice that we were still there and they said they "fixed it" but when we looked in the bag they gave us a 5 piece bbq nugget. So one, it's not even the same flavor that we ordered and two, they gave us 5 and not 10 like we paid for. Then finally I parked my car and walked in there to get it fixed AGAIN and we were told that "we didn't order that" meaning the employee told us that what WE ordered was wrong and they gave us the "right" stuff. They never fully fixed it, we were just given the 5 piece spicy garlic parm nuggets and left. DO NOT order from this location. They have no regard for their customers or their service. read more

Burger was cold, bun was soggy and cold, fries were salty and cold. Order taker Chelsea on Tuesday Feb 7 at around 3:45pm with the blue cast/ wrist wrap was vaping and taking orders. Disgusting food and sub par service on this day, I doubt telling customers "I can't hear a word you said" is the way to ask them to repeat their order. Won't be back. read more

Went through the drive through at around 10:00pm. Great service! The employees were super professional and the fries fresh and hot. This was our last resort for a late snack after IHOP and Taco Bell nightmares and we were pleasantly surprised. read more

Usually I go here for lunch and it's great. I don't have any issues. Yesterday morning I decided to go for breakfast. It was around 830 and I ordered a large drink and 2 breakfast burritos. What I got was a freaking mess. My "burritos" were wet and falling apart and I could barely eat them. I couldn't go back because I had to be at work but I don't think I'll get breakfast here again. Nasty lady at drive thru not wearing gloves or mask. Witness her dipping ice from the ice bin with the customers cups. I told the manager she needs to educate the employees and use the ice scoop. Noticed on the glass the the restaurant score is a 88 B. That's not good. The employees don't understand how they can spread diseases by not using proper sanitation procedures. No longer trust this location. I threw my food and drinks away and went to a cleaner restaurant. read more

Is this the new building model for Wendy's Hamburgers? IF so, get ready for a real treat. Fast food chains are often not review worthy, but this one might be of interest to you. The entire feel here is a departure from your traditional Wendy's. The exterior is sleek, using a variety of building materials and geometric patterns. They have incorporated a nice looking patio into the exterior design, complete with umbrellas and slate tile surface. Inside gets even better as they introduce a lounge seating area complimented with AMAZINGLY comfortable chairs, low tables, power outlets for electronic devices, a TV and a very contemporary looking mock fireplace. It's so realistic I actually didn't realize it was fake until after we sat down to eat! :-p Everything has been modernized from the digital menus to the stand alone soda dispensers. Service also appears to be different. While the cashier was taking our order, the cooking staff sprung into action, as if they were intently listening. This location has made it a practice to take your name, print it on your receipt and ask you to have a seat until you order is ready. As far as the dining room goes, I was totally drawn to the soaring indoor glass atrium area, but I couldn't resist those leather-like lounge chairs. I honestly don't think I will ever use the drive-thru here because I would much rather eat inside. I can't think of very many fast food chains I would say that about. THE VERDICT Needless to say I was impressed. It didn't feel like a newly opened fast food chain were the staff is fresh out of training and eager to mess up your order. No, this place was a well-oiled machine. It may over time turn out to be your typical fast food experience, but I truly don't think so. I think Wendy's has decided to change the game and this is only a prototype of what's to come... hopefully. Either that is true, or this franchise owner is ahead of his time. read more

We just left the local McDonald's restaurant in Bethlehem Georgia which is a complete joke and a waste of your time. We went across the street to the local Wendy's and had the most pleasant and fast service that you could expect for a late night drive-through order and they just blow McDonald's out of the water. Do yourself a favor and bypass McDonald's and go straight to Wendy's if you actually want to get food before the sun comes up. read more

Went through the drive thru, I was given two drinks and two frosties and had to ask for a drink tray the attendant spills one of the drinks and takes a napkin and wipes off the counter top and using the same napkin wipes off my drink, I had to ask for a new lid because of this his reaction was like he was paying for it. Then he grabs a couple of bags thrust them out the the window and saying nothing, so I asked if this was everything and getting a yeah response I drove forward out of the way of those behind me and checked my bags and no not everything, got out of my car to go inside doors locked sign reads "Dining room closed because of low staffing" so got back in my car and back into the drive thru. After again waiting my turn explain my order was short 2 cheeseburgers. This was about 6:45pm on this visit and not the first time shorted. read more

Drive thru service was slow and disorganized. We ordered four meals for our family. Brought them home and the entire order was wrong. Every burger was made with ALL ingredients, to spite asking for them to be 'made to order'. There was one sandwich made correctly. The fries were smalls, even though we ordered medium and there were no more than 7-8 per box. When I contacted the restaurant to speak with the manager for a refund, she asked that I return the food so they didn't waste it. I asked if they were planning to serve this food that we already brought home to the next customer and she realized what she revealed and said 'Um, no we just need it back to prove it was wrong'. Please know that Wendy's Bethlehem will gladly serve you food that has been in the hands of other customers. BE CAREFUL!! We will never return this location again! read more

YOU GOT TO TRY THE BREAKFAST. The breakfast baconator is awesome! It's a huge sandwich and you'll be pretty full afterwards. And they have these seasoned potatoes that come with every breakfast meal and they are awesome. This Wendy's is always on point. I've never had a wrong order yet. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a #2 med. Make sure that my burger and fries and are in the bag which they are. Never thought to check the burger itself. As busy as this location gets, you would expect the quality to drop. They are always prompt and the food is always hot.

This is by far, the nicest fast good restaurant I have ever been to. You walk in and are greeted right away. Shannon and Carol are who we dealt with and were very friendly. We are in Georgia on vacation from California. If we lived out here, we would be here more often (would try to get salads). The place is so clean and the employees are the best I've seen at a fast food restaurant. read more
