My husband and I stopped by for a quick sandwich on our way back from a doctor's appointment so I stayed in the car while he went in to get the food. I started eating my sandwich on the way home and with the first bite I realized it was full of crushed glass. This happened in January and I'm just recently seeing a dentist. I went in this restaurant last week and a fellow named Chris made my sandwiches. I was greeted/welcomed and he took the order attentively. He was polite, complimented my attire and you could just tell he was going to do a good job. He put together some great looking sandwiches and everything on the line was fresh. That's a big deal nowadays. Chris thanked me for my business and sincerely asked that I come back again. He was knowledgeable about the menu and the pricing. If I was running a restaurant (and I have) , I would hope I could hire ten employees just like him. The food was great. read more

This is our favorite sub place. Always clean and everyone's nice. Meat's cut in front of you and the toppings are fresh. Red pepper relish is a must for a little spice! Usually pretty quick but if we go when we know it'll be busy we order on the app so it's ready when we get there. Great choice for a good sub. read more

Was coming here weekly, never any issues. However last week was terrible. On a weekday, not busy at all. Staff barely said hello, not friendly at all. Subs weren't that good- barely any condiments. Husband had to go back to counter and ask for more. My mini had one half piece of bacon- usually it's two full pieces. Girl at counter was very rude when I inquired why the change. Said it's always been policy- even tho I get the same thing every week. No consistency. Paid over $30 and it wasn't worth it. Won't be back. read more

This is the best service I've ever had. The food was hot and delicious. There was three employees that stuck out with outstanding service. Isaias working the slicer was fast and very friendly. Kristopher has the most amazing personality and made the topping process fun and even explained to me what "Mikes Way" means. I was checked out by Nicolas and he was so polite and friendly and was so careful and precise with our family's food . So impressed by these wonderful young men. This is the only sub shop I will go to. I looked at some of the other reviews and I am not sure how they gave poor reviews. Jersey mikes is not a fast food establishment , if you are patient you will get great food and wonderful service.. keep up the good work! Way to go Jersey Mikes.. Excellent !!!! read more

We made an online order 30 minutes before getting to the store. It still wasn't ready. I watched people come in wait in line and get there food before us. A friend and I walk in, three to four employees working there it was 730 and nobody in line. We were ignored like the plague. Is this place prejudice? Issah the Manager could not explain why his employees would not wait on us. We waited and waited as they just walked back and forth with their heads down. No hello, no hold on a sec and they were not doing anything at all. Publix and Subway were glad to serve my friend and I and I would suggest anyone else to go there instead of here. I ordered a giant sandwich for my son, they made a regular size. I took it back, they remade it, but they put peppers on it. My sandwich was supposed to be no oil or mayo, and of course, it had oil and mayo on it. The store was crowded, and over half the customers waiting, did not have a mask on. The kid taking money was also touching the food, without washing his hands or sanitizing. And they don't answer their phone. I will not be going back to this location. read more

Gave 3 stars for the quality of the sub. I chose the day to visit this location for the first time because they were donating all proceeds to Charity. They were busy, lots of people in line. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Person slicing meats was abrupt to customers, but not rude. Hot sandwiches were taking 30 mins. Most people in line changed to a cold sub. I asked what Charity they were donating to. A man walked behind the slicing guy and made a smart comment that the ad was on the TV. The TV ad didn't say anything about the Bethlehem, GA location, the TV ad didn't say what their Charity was, and the TV ad didn't indicate if this location was participating in the Charity donation. I didn't want to make a scene, so I just let the Smart A-- remark go. With the number of people working this day, they were very unorganized. Service was lacking. I was actually excited for a Jersey Mike's to open in this location. I've never had a bad experience at one, until this place opened up. They don't seem to be very personable and overall experience is just not great. I'm going to stay away from this location for a while. Might give it shot in a few months. Maybe the staff might change or improve. read more
