Staff are most times very nice. Some times some are nicer than others but we've never had anyone so rude we can remember. Food is always made well. We did recently order a family sized chili just to see how big it was, and it was huge! Though not filled all the way =( We hardly go inside the establishment now a days but the few times we did it was always clean and well stocked.

Each time, I've had to stop and check every single item before leaving because there's no confidence that the order is accurate.
