For number two, and a plate of fried cheese curds, I chose the Fast Flyer Cream Ale. Absolutely delicious. We tried four different beers and enjoyed them all: Fast Flyer, Weston's Wit, Brasel Brown, and Riley's Irish Red Ale. I really appreciated the ability to order different sizes. Ordered pretzel bites with beer cheese as an app. They were fine. "Tried" to order entrees, but they no longer serve black bean burgers, but it's still on the menu. I'm vegetarian and I didn't want a basic salad for a meal. We ordered an additional app instead. The fried pickles were really good and not greasy nor too dilly. We added hot sauce to the ranch- I recommend. There were a few that were under-fried (don't eat the orange ones). Our server was fantastic and really on the ball. The other staff we encountered were all very friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The owners really need to investigate and solve the fly problem. Wow! My family and I stopped here for a fast bite. Going out with a 3 and 7 year old can be stressful most times. Not this time! Cute brewery in Braselton! They have a full food menu as well beer! The service was good, the ambiance was laid back, and they had inside and outside seating. Unfortunately, they didn't have any sours so I opted for the brewpub shandy. Probably wouldn't come back here due to not having any sours or ciders and those being my preferred drink types. They do have a few seltzers and also wine and sangria on the menu to accommodate a wide taste range. I stopped into Braselton Brewing Company after a long day in Atlanta, just looking to unwind with a good beer and dinner, and ended up having one of the most memorable experiences I've had at a brewery. I sat at the bar and got to chatting with a friendly couple next to me. Over the course of the evening, I learned they were actually the owners of the brewery. They were incredibly down-to-earth and passionate about what they do, and they shared some of the real behind-the-scenes ups and downs of running a local business. It made me appreciate this place even more. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One detail that really stuck with me was that my go-to beer, Riley's Irish Red Ale, was their own personal recipe, and it's named after their dog Riley, who sadly passed away not long after they opened. That level of heart and personal connection shows in everything here: the beer, the food, the atmosphere, and the people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We even joked about bringing back the bacon mac and cheese. My mom's all-time favorite entree from here. I told them she still talks about it to this day. Who knows, maybe we'll see it on the menu again someday! It's just a little better than "Just OK". I've been a handful of times and the experience is pretty consistent. The beer they brew is not my favourite, but not bad. The food is "Just OK", it could use a shake up and add some fresh and revolving seasonal items. Better yet, offer a galss of iced tea while we wait and even send over a southern micro brewery's version of an amuse bouche (AKA part of an appetiser) It's just that extra bit of front of house service which would have make a negative feeling turn to a big win. Can't believe I haven't written a review as this is right across the street from the restaurant I work at so we left work and came over for a beer sat at the bar. After nine hours on my feet working, that was the best beer I ever had in my life and just sitting down was also great! Wanna try some homemade beer, well this is the place to be! I would say that the food isn't all that great, could be better, especially the Margherita flatbread( it was soggy except for the end pieces). It was pretty busy on Saturday, so you may have to wait in order to be seated. Came in after looking for things to do in the area and I was left ready to come back again. Parking was a little hectic but I drove down to the parking garage that was just a short walk over. Braselton Brewing has indoor and outdoor seating I sat behind the bar outside so I was able to still see inside while enjoying the live music outside. Mackenzie (sorry if it's spelled wrong) but she served me and was awesome taking care of me while also having tables on the opposite side it was a really busy night but I didn't feel forgotten. I ordered a flight which came with 4 beers for$12 I highly recommend the government shut down with honey it was really good and also paired well with the brussel sprouts I ordered which were divine! The chips and beer cheese were a hit I even dipped a few Brussels in it lol. For dinner I had the fish and chips fries were fresh and fish was good but the breading was a little burnt. I'll definitely be back the atmosphere and people here were so warm and inviting. I even had the pleasure talking with the manager and Tim who makes the beer and gave some great advice on what to try next. If you're in town stop here! read more

We had some beers, and they were really good. I like that they offer different sizes to choose from. I had the chicken wings, and they were solid. My wife had the fried shrimp, which were just okay. We stan Braselton Brewing! From the apps to the flights to the burgers! While customer service isn't consistent and there are a lot of younger adults and teens working that can cause inconsistent service, we love it. You can sit anywhere and have a good time - outside patio, at the bar, bar patio or upstairs. Almost everywhere you sit is a outside inside vibe. The management staff is super nice and gets it! I recommend: drinks: a flight - their brews circulate, but if they have it get the coffee stout and/ or Bella ale. All their brews are brewed in house. Ordered the Cajun Chips w/ Beer Cheese. Cheese was okay, chips were cold and had no salt or seasoning on them. Not exactly a Cajun chip. Husband got a burger. We waited a long time to get it and the bun was burned! See photo. Buffalo Chicken flatbread was dry. There was no Buffalo sauce on the chicken. It was white and dry. Chicken appeared to have been grilled a long time before, diced, then thrown on a flatbread with a little cheese. Bacon on it was good. It was served with a choice of ranch or blue cheese. Wish just one thing came out good, or even acceptable, but it did not. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While not the restaurant's fault, the town gave a permit to three guys to set up a pop-up tent by the gazebo out front. They were playing loud, instrumental, base heavy music. Braselton Brewery managed two of those very well, and I felt they tried with the third one. During the meal the chef came out and asked about the meal, and he seemed generally interested. I had a pulled pork sandwich with fries and a Caesar salad. Terry had a flat bread. Both were delicious. I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich which was stuffed with well prepared pork. The fries were well seasoned and crisp, but not greasy. The flat bread, yes I had a bite, was also quite tasty. Really unique looking brewery in little downtown Braselton. Housed in a very old building that was modernized inside with a very industrial look. Heard that the building once was used as storage for cotton bales. Tried a flight of four of their brews, which was a bit steep at $10. They had about 20 brews to choose from. Tried a cream ale, logger, IPA, and a porter and all we're good to very good. Looking forward to coming back on a warmer day and taking advantage of their outside patio. read more

Great location to have a beer and hang out with friends. Staff was amazing. They made sure I had everything I needed during my visit. My beer glass was never empty. Food came right from the kitchen. Fried pickle are the brewery go to for me which taste delicious. I brought my dog along since the back patio is dog friendly. There's a small area for your dog to walk around on the grass. Atmosphere is awesome and I can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer. Beer was good, and the staff I encountered was friendly. Upon entering, the greeting was more like "the rules", something to the effect of "we're a brewery first, restaurant second" which gave me apprehension about the quality of the food, but the onion rings and chicken tenders were surprisingly really good. What I didn't like was the scattered sense of how one orders, but can't necessarily sit down, or that somebody else orders and we were put on a hand-written list, but told that one of us had to sit while the other waited in line (so what's the point of being on a list if I had to rush off to sit at a communal picnic table? No complaints about that though - drinking in a fun environment like that inspires conversation between the other patrons.) If intending to go there to dine, it would make more sense to sit at the bar and order food at your leisure (but that's all dependent on whether or not there's room at the bar), rather than wait in the peculiar line, only to have to go back to a kinda-sorta second line to pay the tab. I would rather any of the staff running food offer to bring a check to your table instead. But being assured that the primary purpose is being a brewery should make folks going in as a newbie may be their best approach. Shuffling in the strange line right by the front door was also a little awkward, but since the place is still so new, maybe they'll come up with a different system. read more

This is an update to me 5 stars I had originally given the brewery. It has definitely gone down hill in the past year. Even before the pandemic, they cut the menu down substantially. Which I understand dude to the size of the kitchen. But every few weeks they would change a menu item without actually changing the menu item. I.e they it would have the same description and price listed on the menu but drastically change what you actually got. I literally used to come here about once every two weeks, being somewhat affordable, having good beer, food and hours that were open past 6 all made it very attractive. But the food, took a tumble. So I haven't been back. Burgers are still a safe bet. They were usually good. A lot of the original appetizers they had were really good but don't exist anymore. Disappointing really. read more

Horrible place. We had a group of folks in town for a meeting. We came here for lunch and, as mentioned in other reviews, we were told we can't be served because our group was more than 11. The psuedo manager was a guy in a beard that was belligerent and rude. He sputtered some excuse about us being an "event" and that we couldn't sit together. He never mentioned the event charge that I saw in a few other bad reviews, but his general demeaner was unwelcoming and confusing. Ultimately, we were seated but not together, as we would have liked. We were perfectly willing to accommodate their server staff with our orders, and none of us understood the extraordinary way we were being treated. The place was practically empty! I sincerely hope it stays that way. I should add that once I finally ordered and received my barbeque sandwich, it was dry and tasted like grocery store barbecue. I didn't finish it. read more

Tried to come here after the Braselton Christmas parade. Waited 30 minutes for them to open just for them to begin seating larger parties that had just opened up. Apparently first come first served, which has served restaurants well for hundreds of years, means nothing here. They seat the larger parties first to get them to order more drinks and spend more money, not giving a damn about your or hungry kids. Avoid this terribly ran place. read more

Had the American burger with sweet potatoes that was super good and I highly recommend. The food - 3 The Beer - 2 The Staff - 1 (a 9ne due to the RUDE host/manager) The food is basic, what you find at local brews ... burgers, flat pizza, etc. Nothing to sing home about. The price point, for what you get, is high. You are better going to the Brew in Athens (Akademia) if you want good food. We ordered two burgers and the kids got flat bread pizza, everything was BASIC with little flavor. The beer is better elsewhere. While I appreciate the local brew attempt, they missed the mark. Their IPA was flat and their higher abv beer was also not a flavor I appreciate. Again, go to Athens. The staff is the main issue here. While our server was somewhat attentive, there was a "manager" (female, red hoodie), who was rude to us and our kids. Didn't visit the actual restaurant/brewery. Got a beer at the artisan festival on Saturday, 4/23/22 My spouse and I wanted a cold beer to spilt and we don't normally go for any craft type beer. But we decided to give this booth a try. We got the strawberry something or other beer. The beer itself was ok. It had a red color to it. The bad part was the staff working the booth. We ordered our one beer and the lady working the payment/order section of the booth decided to talk over me, and continue a conversation with other staff and someone that walked up. Didn't say one word to us. It's just rude and seriously unprofessional. If you are promoting your business at a festival, please be friendly and not over speak customers. This adorably dog-friendly brewery has a lot to offer. Front patio seating, indoor seating, and a back patio with grass for the dogs. You are given a table number and then proceed to order at the bar both food and drink requests. We ordered the flatbread and a salad and two flights of beer. I chose the three IPAs and the cream ale. The cream ale was definitely my favorite, as I found the IPAs to be a little bitter for my preferred taste. The salad was your basic side with lettuce, tomato, onions and balsamic vinaigrette. The flatbread was cut into four very tiny pieces, with about a half-dollar sized amount of toppings split between the four slices. I was a little disappointed. Every month they have a day dedicated to celebrating doggy birthdays for that month. We happened to be there on that day, and they had doggie birthday cakes for the pups! SO cute! There is lots of seating around the long wooden bar, but the indoor seating area can be a bit cramped. I recommend sitting out side either in the front or the back if you can find a spot. read more
