Cute brewery in Braselton! They have a full food menu as well beer! The service was good, the ambiance was laid back, and they had inside and outside seating. Unfortunately, they didn't have any sours so I opted for the brewpub shandy. Probably wouldn't come back here due to not having any sours or ciders and those being my preferred drink types. They do have a few seltzers and also wine and sangria on the menu to accommodate a wide taste range. We tried the sweet potato fries and the Brussel sprouts which were good to snack on while drinking!

Wanna try some homemade beer, well this is the place to be! I would say that the food isn't all that great, could be better, especially the Margherita flatbread( it was soggy except for the end pieces). It was pretty busy on Saturday, so you may have to wait in order to be seated. They have an outdoor seating area, limited indoor seating and a bar area. They have live music/ musicians playing which is a plus. Our waiter could have done better in recommendations on the choice of beer or food selection for first time customers.

Another Follow Up- I continue to give this place a 4 star strictly based on the beer. Additionally, the place is got a good vibe & nice outside area. However, the food is really not good! I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but this time I can't do it; the food is complete crap, if you come here plan on eating before or after, the food he is only if you're drunk and desperate for something to eat. Completely sad, low grade crap, obviously thrown to together by someone who's an unskilled cook and doesn't give a shit about quality etc. This is my last post for this establishment.

Came in after looking for things to do in the area and I was left ready to come back again. Parking was a little hectic but I drove down to the parking garage that was just a short walk over. Braselton Brewing has indoor and outdoor seating I sat behind the bar outside so I was able to still see inside while enjoying the live music outside. Mackenzie (sorry if it's spelled wrong) but she served me and was awesome taking care of me while also having tables on the opposite side it was a really busy night but I didn't feel forgotten. I ordered a flight which came with 4 beers for$12 I highly recommend the government shut down with honey it was really good and also paired well with the brussel sprouts I ordered which were divine! The chips and beer cheese were a hit I even dipped a few Brussels in it lol. For dinner I had the fish and chips fries were fresh and fish was good but the breading was a little burnt. I'll definitely be back the atmosphere and people here were so warm and inviting. I even had the pleasure talking with the manager and Tim who makes the beer and gave some great advice on what to try next. If you're in town stop here!

Ordered the Cajun Chips w/ Beer Cheese. Cheese was okay, chips were cold and had no salt or seasoning on them. Not exactly a Cajun chip. Husband got a burger. We waited a long time to get it and the bun was burned! See photo. Buffalo Chicken flatbread was dry. There was no Buffalo sauce on the chicken. It was white and dry. Chicken appeared to have been grilled a long time before, diced, then thrown on a flatbread with a little cheese. Bacon on it was good. It was served with a choice of ranch or blue cheese. Wish just one thing came out good, or even acceptable, but it did not. While not the restaurant's fault, the town gave a permit to three guys to set up a pop-up tent by the gazebo out front. They were playing loud, instrumental, base heavy music. It competed with the music at the brewery and was pretty awful. Cotton Calf had closed their patio. After going to BB, we knew why. Bad music was too loud. Overall, not an enjoyable experience. I understand the brew pub is a place for cheap food and drink that is family friendly, but even expecting average pub food, this was still a disappointment.

We stan Braselton Brewing! From the apps to the flights to the burgers! While customer service isn't consistent and there are a lot of younger adults and teens working that can cause inconsistent service, we love it. You can sit anywhere and have a good time - outside patio, at the bar, bar patio or upstairs. Almost everywhere you sit is a outside inside vibe. The management staff is super nice and gets it! I recommend: drinks: a flight - their brews circulate, but if they have it get the coffee stout and/ or Bella ale. All their brews are brewed in house. Food: Pretzel bits and the shrimp jammers apps Patty melt with their signature fries or the flat bread pizza. Just go and have fun!

Pretzel "not" Bites lol. Expect this level when not ordering beer.

Cool little brewery with solid beverages, but don't come for the food. The Good: Service, beer, building, location The Challenges: Food is a second thought here and prepared with little to no pride in our experience. The pretzel bites were full size pretzel, just cut into pieces. The pulled pork was dry and tough. The mac and cheese was a sloppy mess. The burger was forgettable. Good food hasn't made its way this far out of the city yet. It is not like there is much for better options in the area. 20 min south and there are some spots.

The drinks were pretty good. Our food? My BLT was very dry. They forgot my Mayo. Bottom piece of bread was burned. Husbands burger was over cooked. We ordered our drinks and they were forgot a couple of different times. Sangria was good. The others liked their beers. Service was lacking. Our server was quite rude actually. We wouldn't go back for food.

Ambiance makes this place so great. Beer is def delish. Only have sat at the bar and the bartender has been attentive. Food is good. I had the California burger it was good. My husband had the Mac and cheese which could have been better. It was made with beer cheese vs a blend of cheeses. We will definitely go back to try more items on the menu.

Really unique looking brewery in little downtown Braselton. Housed in a very old building that was modernized inside with a very industrial look. Heard that the building once was used as storage for cotton bales. Tried a flight of four of their brews, which was a bit steep at $10. They had about 20 brews to choose from. Tried a cream ale, logger, IPA, and a porter and all we're good to very good. Looking forward to coming back on a warmer day and taking advantage of their outside patio.

Great location to have a beer and hang out with friends. Staff was amazing. They made sure I had everything I needed during my visit. My beer glass was never empty. Food came right from the kitchen. Fried pickle are the brewery go to for me which taste delicious. I brought my dog along since the back patio is dog friendly. There's a small area for your dog to walk around on the grass. Ordering the beer flight was the best thing for me to decide what I'm wanted to drink. All of the beers were great! See you guys next time.

The food is nothing to write home about! Good service with the ambiance lacking. Beer could be much colder!

That went very well so we wanted to check out the space and food at Versailles as a possible wedding venue. Walking through the hotel there were no greetings from concierge. With possible wedding guests staying on the grounds that was a red flag. The "restaurant" itself was giving food court. The host standing at a stand in the middle of the room was weird and probably uncomfortable for the actual host. She was also the only "professional" one there during our visit. Wait staff was not put together at all, as well as the possible person in charge. I'm talking sloppy, questionable hygiene, and under the influence of somethings. Food was cooked well for the most part. My risotto was definitely undercooked and when I notified the gentleman (manager?) he asked me if I wanted to keep the fish and just have the risotto redone. We tried to scoop the fish onto a plate at the table but he ended up just taking the whole plate. That whole thing was odd. New remade dish was the exact same. I honestly started questioning my palate. But no, it was undercooked. I love an al dente pasta but like that pasta was hard and sticking to my teeth type undercooked. Grateful for my sealants. LOL The rest of our food was cooked very well. We ordered a bottle of wine. Received a cheaper wine that server opened at the table. She changed it out. We paid, left, no farewells from any staff. The whole experience was an experience. We did not choose Chateau as the wedding venue.

AMBIANCE: 5/5 The views are exquisite, with chic mid-century modern decor, natural sunlight beaming down from the glass ceiling above, and just overall upscale feel of the entire property. SERVICE: 5/5 On this day, we were informed by the hostess that there would just be a buffet offered. We accepted and were promptly seated at a cozy booth. Our friendly and kind southern charm of awaitress brought us coffees and was attentive in making sure we were having a nice morning. FOOD: 3.5/5 The buffet items were visually appetizing, with an assortment of sweet and savory items. Constructively, I feel that the tastes were just average with most breakfast buffets around. It needed a little more oomph to be considered stellar. The mini croissants were flaky and tasty, along with the jams. This was probably my favorite item. The waffles were yummy, but I would've expected pure maple syrup instead of corn syrup artificial pancake syrup, at a place like this. Scrambled eggs were okay--I should've gone with a customizable omelette from the chef station. I feel like they were missing more dishes--it almost felt sparse despite the several stations. Still, over all, we enjoyed our tastings. Other than my somewhat harsh critique that I hope gets taken as helpful rather than hurtful, we really enjoyed our morning here. It was a special trip we won't forget. We hope to come back again soon!

My uncle is currently in the ICU at a nearby hospital, and my aunt has basically been running on fumes and hospital coffee. We convinced her to step away for a bit, get a real meal, and sit with family without the constant beeping of machines in the background. Close enough to feel comfortable, but just far enough to breathe. Enter LongHorn on a Saturday night, which apparently doubled as prom headquarters. The place was packed with teenagers in suits and dresses looking like they just discovered cologne for the first time. The wait was about 45 minutes, but honestly it worked in our favor. It gave us time to sit, talk, and let my aunt decompress a little. By the time our table was ready, she looked like a human again instead of someone running on pure adrenaline. Once seated, the food did not disappoint. The complimentary bread showed up warm and dangerous because you know you are about to ruin your appetite but you do it anyway. The fried onion starter disappeared faster than prom dates after curfew. We had a full spread of steak, shrimp, and chicken and everything hit exactly the way it needed to. No complaints, no notes, just solid, comforting food done right. Our waiter was attentive without hovering, which is a rare skill. Drinks stayed filled, food came out on point, and we never had to flag anyone down. The restaurant had a lively energy, but somehow it never felt overwhelming. For a couple of hours, we were able to laugh, eat well, and give my aunt a break from a really heavy situation. That alone makes this place worth five stars. The great food and service just sealed it. LongHorn delivered more than a meal tonight. It gave us a moment we really needed.

We chose our old Longhorn standby, because this location has always been good. Host was hiccuping (not covering his mouth) or removing himself from the host station. Then, he obviously was also fighting a stuffy nose.. both gross & out loud. Our server was curt & in a hurry. We quickly realized it was because they were understaffed. IT was only 4 o'clock & dining room wasn't even full! Steak arrived, medium rare versus medium well. Server was short when picking it back up and minced words with me. Customers should not be told "Ma'am, I have dirty dishes in my hand"! A better choice would have been. "I'm so sorry. I've got my hands full, & I'll be right back to take care of you". Never received our shrimp add-on. 10 more minutes later -we were told it was sent back because it was burnt . 10 more minutes later- it was delivered- so we sent it back. After our steak wasn't done right and we didn't receive our shrimp ( in a timely manner or while we were waiting for our re-done steak).... we really weren't interested in eating there anymore. A brand new plate with steak and fresh shrimp should have been delivered to our table. Probably won't be back to this location- mainly because of the service. We could've dealt with the food, if our server wasn't so salty.
