Amongst the three of us - our selections: Elder Daughter ordered the Brussels Sprouts Caesar & she really liked the pickled onions addition. Younger Daughter ordered the Pan Roasted Branzino, a seared Mediterranean Sea Bass. She enjoyed the fish itself yet didn't care for the different add-ins on top of the fish. We made a lunch reservation here after a couples massage at the Chateau Elan spa for our anniversary and it was so perfect. Most guests are in their spa robes, service was great, and food was healthy and delicious. I loved their menu which was all light and nourishing. I really enjoyed the Brussel sprout salad with added branzino (it was much better than the cauliflower rice bowl, in case anyone is on the fence between those options). The bread bowl was also so, so good- I asked for extra! They also give every guest a cute chocolate as a complimentary dessert. I will definitely be back to try their other items. read more

Came here before getting a spa treatment. Our service was amazing! The waitress was outstanding, very attentive and gave great recommendations. I ordered the avocado toast which has the fluffiest egg white on top. You have to order this. It's light yet still filling. You need a reservation for most places at the resort but because we came at a time where they weren't busy, they were able to accommodate us. If you are getting a spa treatment you should treat yourself either before or after. Most people came in their robes after getting a treatment. Highly recommend this place! read more

This restaurant is located in the spa building of Chateau Elan. I highly recommend making a reservation. We ate breakfast here at 8 AM before our spa treatments. The service was a little slow and the food was quite expensive but it was great quality food and was a nice experience. I will be back in September to check out the breakfast again and see if I get the same experience as before. I would recommend this if you're doing a spa day. I would work this into your day for either a breakfast or light lunch. You can also dine in your spa robe which is very convenient. Parking is limited and free so if you get there early you'll be able to find a spot. If not you can park in their normal parking and get a shuttle down or walk down. read more

To start we get a pastry basket and let me tell you I could've only eaten pastries for breakfast and would've been perfectly content. The Croissants were our favorite- light and buttery on the inside and crisp and flaky on the outside. - Incredible Breakfast food. My husband ordered the Shrimp and Grits and I ordered the Egg-White Frittata- both were made to perfection! Neither dishes were too salty, and the ingredients were fresh. I appreciate that the breakfast menu was short, it makes picking a dish easier. - The view! Oh my word, my husband and I were beyond grateful when we were seated at the best table at the restaurant. Located right at the center of a large glass window overlooking the lake on the property. There is no view comparable at any other restaurant throughout the Chateau Elan campus. - Service was perfect. Our waiter Hasan was the best! He was so friendly and helpful. Even with a mask on I could tell he had a smile on his face. I appreciate how attentive he was the whole time. - Location is tricky- The restaurant is located inside the same building as the Spa. Decided to have lunch here with my god mom and was pretty pleased with the experience. We aren't wine drinkers but I heard Chateau Elan is pretty so I wanted to treat her somewhere with a nice view. Since Fleur is located inside their spa building, it would've actually been perfect to do a spa day and eat here! We saw spa guests dining in their robes and we thought they looked so comfy. Fleur has the best lunch menu in Chateau Elan. It was hard to choose since all options were perfect healthy creative picks, but we narrowed it down to three things. Their soup of the day was a light savory tortilla-like broth filled with delicious crab meat, small tomato chunks, and corn. I highly recommend this, they don't skimp on the crab! It was the best lunch soup I've ever had. We shared the frittata Bianca and thank goodness we did cause that fish is HUGE! Enough for two or even four as just a starter dish. I wish the ingredients inside were more equally dispersed. I cut it into 4 quarters, but my god mom had a piece filled with only red Fresno chili, and I had a piece with just tomatoes. All the ingredients are lovely, but would have been better if we got a taste of it all together! Still satisfying though, the burrata baked into this quiche type omelette was genius. The spa signature crab cakes are divine. Whole lumps of yummy crab meat in every bite with lemon aioli, fresh lemon tossed micro greens and warm peaches to compliment. Best crab cakes I've ever had! This dish was super filling but it's great to share with another person. For dessert we opted for their key lime semifreddo which was basically a deconstructed key lime pie with chopped up raspberries! This tangy dessert was great in presentation and taste, but not so much in texture... The key lime pie needed more time to defrost. It wasn't mousse or pie-like at all. Kind of weird. Food is a 5 star for sure wow really good. We were very impressed. My husband travels and eats at some of the best restaurants and he was like this was very very good. Only issue is there's only one waitress and she is also the hostess. So service is slow. They also didn't tell us this but they charged a 20% service fee which luckily I noticed, it was for the tip, the receipt had line for tip to be added and total as if tip wasn't already added that felt deceitful to us. We will return but we thought people should be aware of this. I would've still given her 20% she can't help the staffing issues. read more

My favorite spa day lunch! I have had almost everything on the menu and love it all. Even the bread basket brought to munch on has the best variety. We can never pass up the peanut hummus to share. The Bibb salad with prosciutto, pears, and goat cheese is my absolute favorite! And the crab cakes are amazing.
