All I can say is wow. I had problems with my iPhone. So I made an appointment at Laverne Verizon store. They have had an upgrade of the decoration and the decor of that location. When you walk into this location, it has vibes of an Apple Store. I had an appointment with Chris to go over my Apple phone. Chris was not pushy. He listened to my needs. He listened that I need to keep the cost about the same. He gave me a better plan for a little bit cheaper. I appreciate the honesty. I appreciate him working with me on these things. If you want a new iPhone, a new Samsung phone or just help with any questions you have. The Verizon Laverne store is your place. I learned the hard way that there's a VERY BIG difference between a Verizon authorized store and a Verizon corporate store. THIS IS a Verizon authorized store which means it DOES NOT accept returns after 14 days compared to the 30 days Verizon gives you when ordering directly online and at corporate stores. Try returning past 14 days and you'll get mixed messages from everyone including different information from customer service phone number. Authorized stores also charge for SIM cards whereas they're free at corporate stores. I paid $20 at this store for one. Customer service is poor too, to top it all off. No follow up. No suggestions for assistance. read more

Excellent service here. I had to activate my phone number onto a different phone and Dulce was very friendly and efficient with the process. It is a hit or miss whether there are other customers waiting, but I waited like 10 minutes. Not too bad. Some kid who sounded like he hasn't gone through puberty answered the phone when I called today and was acting a complete fool. Sounded like he was eating and talking at the same time. You could hear a bag of chips being opened and then you could hear him chewing. Barely was paying attention and heard him having a conversation in the background. Very rude and not helpful whatsoever. Didn't catch the young lad's name but trust me Verizon La Verne nowadays are hiring unqualified employees. I always loved the store five years ago because of all the helpful employees and great help they provided but I guess that's to much to ask for nowadays. read more

Horrible location!! I was a big fan of Verizon but I will never go back to this location. Not only was the service terrible but the sales associate lied saying he would be giving us a specific amount for our phone trade in and afterwards never gave us the discount on our plan. We question it and were told they would fix it just wait until the next bill to receive it. We were told that for 3 months finally I just gave up! What a liar!! Verizon has their employees so restricted you no longer receive any decent svc when entering their satellite stores. Yes we hv COVID , but you still need to assist seniors if they require assistance.... Verizon emp's can't physically touch or look at your phone..... If this is such a concern all stores should be closed... if I was going to purchase a $ 1.500 phone would gne emp assist me ??? OK well, going to keep this short and sweet. Been a customer for over 15 years, and was flat out lied to, by the company, over an insurance claim, and they backed out and what they said they would do. I just cannot believe that people would be so dishonorable and lie straight through their teeth. Verizon is a decent company but their overall customer relations probably could be improved because of the fact that they lie and they tell you what you want to hear and then they do not follow through. No other phone company is as good but it'd be nice when you're paying a big fat bill for over two decades that they have a little respect for you as a customer and Verizon does not do this. They'd rather you be upset with them then them be able to help you out. I'd give negative stars if possible. In this day and age being a person of your word and not being a liar is still held high. This version is one of the worst I have never had any problems with any other location expect this one. I came in to get a new phone because mine is broken there were 3 women standing there none could greet me two of them were too busy talking trash about a customer they just had. How bad does that look a new customer is coming in and you are talking bad about customers. Run! Awful service, completely unhelpful! They were not able to assist with anything. Wasted hours of my time. I don't know if they need better training or a manager on duty, but save yourself the headache!! My advice is to do as much as you can over the phone and go to a corporate store.. which would be Glendora or Montclair. I ended up having to call Verizon myself and fix the issue. It's obvious she has issues and she goes in to pay her bill and they sell her new plans and items. I have paid off over 1k worth of non sense. I hate this store. I always have excellent service at this location, but today it was a different story for an unknown customer. I watched how a customer got very upset as the clerk who stated that was assistant manager (GARCIA) was unable to assist him.I was surprised to see that neither one of the three workers try to de-escalate the situation. The gentleman(older) was trying to make a payment to his account in cash. It is so heartbraking to watch how he was told to go make a payment in other store, as clerk (manager) got frustrated (He threated to call and complaint corporate office). He asked where is another store" reply from Ms. Garcia: google it!, he said what are you 22 years old and her reply no I am 27!. For the owner of store, please train staff to be a bit more patient as there are a lot of older folks in the area that are not computer savy and are set on old fashion ways like "Paying in person" and not giving too much information for being afraid of their identity being stolen. I wish one of the other two workers would have to assist the gentleman. I do not condone that he lost his patience and throw a pen toward Ms. Garcia before exiting store but it leaves a sour feeling to witness this. Horrible service. I asked both manager and sales associate to please stop selling stuff to my mom. She has alzheimers and the store has been notified by me to please stop selling her stuff. They say I'm not on the bill so I have no say so. The sales man, michael, remembered me but still sold her a new $500 phone. Raised her bill by $30 per month after I paid off old phone just a month ago. He offered up an upgrade for a 1 year old phone and he said it was still in great condition. This is just to take advantage of her. It is unreal that a store would do this. Don't use this store or Verizon. read more

I've been doing business with this store for about a year now. I have bought 2 phones and have been inside numerous times for questions about my service, phones, accessories etc. I have had nothing but absolute wonderful customer service each time I have been inside. Not only from the manager but each employee I have dealt with. Staff seems to be well trained and works quickly even with a lot of people in the store. Would definitely recommend A++ read more
