Shipped my 2 x Klipsch RP 8000F in a protective packaging, both my floorstands came in perfect condition. Definitely would buy from them again for Klipsch products since they are authorized dealer. Unlike Amazon/Bestbuy that has shipped some units damaged.

UPSCALE Audio is not just the name of the business for the high-end audio parts and components, it reflects the high level of customer service you will receive too. While most new clients might associate Upscale Audio with the energetic and always enthusiastic company Founder, Kevin Deal, on Youtube reviewing components, the team of professionals he has assembled are just as knowledgeable or better. And to that point, Kat is beyond amazing in her knowledge of sound engineering and in particular, VPI turntables! She assisted me with configuring a system along with post sale set-up and support after I took it home. In fact, I learned about her from an east coast referral of her reputation before I even heard the name Upscale which is what brought me there. And if the sales and support team isn't fantastic, Upscale has a warehouse where the stock most of the components they have in the listening room which not all high-end audio dealers have. It's supper cool to not have to wait in many cases for the to order and receive it like my VPI Prime turntable in a walnut plenth finish. I highly recommend Upscale Audio. Give them a call. And if you arrive at the store and don't immediately see someone to help you, just poke your head in one of the two offices or two listening rooms, I never see them when they are not busy.

I found Audio Dreams through Yelp and decided to move forward with them since I had a positive interaction with Sam as I asked questions about the service and the pricing was more than fair. Among best of the businesses I contacted. I was able to make an appointment for the following Saturday at 10am for both my dad's car and for my car. The day before I called and asked if there was a seating area. They mentioned there are 2 chairs in the sales floor or an IHOP or Starbucks in the same plaza that their customers usually go to. That was helpful for me to plan my day. When we arrived Ferris welcomed us in. He was very nice and thorough with his explanation of the device and where they planned the placement. All sounds great. I left my number with Sam and Ferris, and my dad and went for breakfast at IHOP. I received a call from Sam in about an hour and a half that both cars were done. Wow that was so quick. We walked back over. When paying I saw that there was also a 1 year warrantee with the services. What a deal! Afterwards Randy, who I believe was the installer, showed us the devices in the car and helped us connect it to an app where we can see the front cam and back cam. The installation was very professional and tucked in strategic spots so they don't disrupt your view. It was hard wired in so I didn't need to plug it into the outlet/socket. Staff here is all so kind and helpful. They were very professional and patient with us throughout the whole experience. I would definitely come back in the future when I need their services and recommend Audio Dreams to anyone who needs speakers, sensors, security, gps tracking and of course the dash cams.

I have never given a review for a Target, but this one is exceptional…read more My mom and I were buying all sorts of different things and we didn't know where the heck we were going. I asked a lady by customer service where something was. I found it. Then we went back there and asked her where the next thing was, she told us, and we went and found, it so on and so forth. She told us when we are ready to check out to go to customer service and would allow us to bypass the long lines. My mom uses a walker, so it was greatly appreciated. Turns out she was the store manager... super nice lady! It's worth it to pay a little more than Walmart. Place is pretty nice inside.

Typically I'm just doing normal shopping, but today I decided to grab some food as well. Unfortunately, my experience at the Pizza Hut/food counter was really disappointing. The employee working, Jesus, was noticeably rude from the start. A mom and her daughter were ahead of us, and when she asked for popcorn, he abruptly told her to wait. When she tried to add a cheese pizza for her daughter, he responded with, "grab it and put it down then." They ended up apologizing to him before leaving, which was honestly surprising given his tone. When my boyfriend stepped up and greeted him politely, asking how he was doing, he replied, "doesn't even matter." He quickly scanned our breadsticks and gave us the total, but when we asked to add a couple more items, he said something along the lines of, "oh great, you guys aren't going to make my life any easier." He then tossed our food on the counter and told us to "have an okay f%#ing day." This was honestly shocking and not at all the level of service I've come to expect from this location. I hope this is addressed, because it really put a damper on an otherwise positive place I've trusted for years.
