And it's not like I spent my small budget overnight, it took months for me to identify the right speakers, and another year to save up for and pick out the right receiver and amps. Yes, it was a very big deal to me, and even though it seemingly shouldn't have been for them, they made me feel important and they were always eager to share their insight and advice. Or the best part, demo products at their insanely cool showroom! To top it off, they went above and beyond and hand-delivered my equipment and still treated me with 100% respect when I changed my mind on the amp after taking delivery. The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.
