I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others based on my experience…read more I ordered a laptop because I needed it to prepare for school. Instead of receiving my order, I was informed that my package was "lost" before it ever arrived. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. When I contacted the company for help, Salman Nasir was extremely rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice at me and spoke to me disrespectfully, despite the fact that I was simply trying to find out where my order was. As the customer, I did nothing to deserve being treated that way. After looking through other reviews, I noticed similar complaints regarding shipping issues, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. My experience appears to be consistent with what others have reported, which is very concerning. If you're ordering something time-sensitive--especially for school or work--I would strongly recommend using a different seller. My order never arrived, I lost valuable time preparing for school, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I hope the company improves its customer service and shipping practices because no customer should have this experience.

Think twice before coming here!!!…read more I always try to resolve the issue with the business before posting to give them a fair chance but the owner was not budging on his bad business practices so here's the review. Came a couple months ago and talked with David to update my son's MacBook and was told it would be done in a day with an agreed upon price. Came back to the store after no call to get an update or hopefully pick up the laptop and it wasn't ready. Called in a couple times and more excuses on why it had not been done yet. Fast forward to over a month later and visited the store to see what the hold-up was and got the owner. First he could not find not only the paperwork or my information in the system but he also could not find the laptop till I described it. It was in the "unclaimed pile" as he said. Turned it on and it had not been updated, no work had been done! He apologized and offered to do it himself. Before finishing up the paperwork I asked to confirm the price of doing the update. He quoted me 3x's more than originally agreed upon. When I expressed that it was not the price David had given me he said "sorry but that is not what we charge and he'd talk with his employee" with no other option to make it right. Long story short, he kept my laptop for months, did not do the work, lost my paperwork and misplaced my laptop then did not honor the price his employee gave. I am not upset with the business owner for his employee but I am upset that he as a business owner in our community would not make this right. Choose for yourself where you want to spend your money but there are other options not far down the road. I will not be coming back and will make sure they are never recommended from me. I'm just glad I got the laptop back. No paperwork, no info in the system, easily could have claimed I was never there.

I can't say enough good things about Joseph at All Electronics in Upland. I'm a professional…read morephotographer and business owner, and my cameras are literally part of my livelihood. I shoot everything from movie sets and red-carpet events to other professional photography jobs, so when my equipment goes down, I need someone I can trust. I brought Joseph two Canon R6 camera bodies, one that I normally use with my 24-70mm and the other with my 70-200mm. Both cameras had loose hot shoe mounts, which was causing my flashes to lose connection. I was having to physically hold the flash down just to get it to fire. As you can imagine, trying to hold a flash down while zooming, shooting, and working a live event made my job extremely difficult, and I was getting dark images whenever the flash lost connection. I found Joseph through Google, explained my situation, and told him how important these cameras are to my business and that I needed them back ASAP. Joseph came through big time. He took care of BOTH cameras and had them fixed within a matter of hours, the SAME DAY. Beyond the repair itself, what stood out to me was how Joseph treated me. He was professional, respectful, kind, and genuinely seemed to understand how important my equipment was to me. That kind of customer service is hard to find. You definitely earned my business, and I would recommend you to other photographers who need their equipment repaired.
