Rarely do I enjoy such expert advice and service at various businesses, but I am sending a huge…read moreshout out and recommendation for this store. Simple need: I have six recessed lightbulbs from a 9-year old kitchen remodel, and four of them were not working. Googled 'Lightbulbs' and Siri guided me to this place from my home in La Verne. Kind of confusing to find the entrance to 'Lightbulbs', but found a door and realized it's all one giant place. I questioned a very pleasant guy on a ladder about 'where do I go for lightbulbs?', and he immediately stepped down and accompanied me over to where he found the perfect replacement bulbs which were an absolute match, but a much lighter (weight wise) version. Info on the original LED bulb was barely readable, but he found what turned out to be perfect replacements. Upon arrival home, I replaced the non-working bulbs with the new ones which are an absolute match in brightness and look. Amazingly, the final bill was only $23.98 (including tax), which is just under $6 for each bulb. According to the box, these LED lights could last up to 22 years. I hope I'm around to see that when I'm 91 years old! Wait: There's more! This place is filled with every type and style of high-end lighting, so if you're in the mood to re-do any room or entry-way lighting, check out what they have. But again, I was so impressed with the expertise of the associate. I didn't catch his name, but his initials may be RM. On my receipt it lists the 'Writer' as RM.

The younger gentleman was willing to help, which I appreciated. However, another gentleman sitting down, wearing his hat backward, came across as extremely cocky and unwelcoming. I didn't catch his name, but his attitude immediately changed my impression of the business. I simply thanked the other gentleman and left. I'm sharing this because first impressions matter, especially when you have potential commercial customers bringing significant business. Unfortunately, that interaction may have cost your company a valuable opportunity. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously.

A small store overly stocked with all sorts of women's accessories such as purses, pins, hats, etc…read more It was fun kind of going through and browsing. I did buy a couple things such as a hat and some enamel pins. My pet peve for stores though is not having prices marked on items. It infuriates me actually. I don't like having to ask how much every single item I am looking at is. They have a cute assortment of what would be considered goth items besides mainstream. They said the store was on sale so the prices were good, not sure I would have paid their "regular" prices. They have a sister store a couple doors down and I'll leave a separate review for that.

Wise said it was the Circuit Board and he would send out a new one. I received the new one, it didn't fit. I contacted Wise, he apologized and sent out another one. It was the same circuit board sent out the first time. I contacted Wise, he apoligized and set out a third one. It was a package with the same circuit board he had sent previously and an additional circuit board. No directions how to install and there was no way it was going to fit both circuit boards in the housing. I again wrote to Customer Service and when I didn't hear back, I wrote stating I would work on a return through Wayfair. I then got a response from Wise, telling me about their great warranty and replacement policy and stating "We have offered assistance to correct and resolve the problem at hand.". Since he did nothing to resolve the problem, except send out the wrong replacement parts, I put in a call to the Manager listed on Yelp, Sandra H. Still waiting to hear back from her! IF YOU DON'T HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR YOUR FANS, HOW DO YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR WARRANTY!!! I will not buy anymore Carro Products.
