They never called out my drink and she lectured me about ordering creamer in advance. Normally I see creamer out by the napkin area unless sbux changed their polciy recently. No napkins as well since I had to take some coffee out to make room for creamer. Customer service is no bueno.

Price is similar to all other Targets in the area. My main complaint was not the amount of time I stood in line or the amount of customers. It was the way the closed line was handled. If a line is closed, there needs to be a sign or some indication that the line is closed. A customer should not have to stand in line for any period of time, only to be told it is closed. That's poor management, and customer service in my opinion. During the holidays, Hobby Lobby should have more cashiers. That place is always crowded, and it would be nice to know that you are not gonna be standing in a line for 30 min before you can return or purchase. I

I'm buying bottles of wine & dishes, picture frames - if I buy dishes and home decor at Macy's, I'm not required to buy a bag. It was always part of my Christmas tradition to make Cost Plus my first stop for gifts - but a couple of Christmases ago, I bought a whole cart full of wine & food gifts. I was not allowed to take the cart to my car, I had to leave the cart in the store and trust that the employee helping me wouldn't be pulled away by time I brought my car around. And it was raining by the way. Once upon a time, the store would reward members with a $10.00 birthday gift. That got changed to a discount.
