What could improve? Maybe hiring better attitude employees. Im sorry to say this, but as of 1:22pm PST on May 31, 2026, the fat female latina employee has the WORST ATTITUDE EVER. Why did I describe her? She wouldn't give her name. Beyond disrespectful, beyond unprofessional, beyond pathetic, beyond every negative thing. Came in for help, left with a sudden urge to reread every bill I've ever received. The employees especially the female with the short black hair, glasses, busted bbl, and the up-stuck attitude, here don't assist so much. Instead they aggressively audition for a commission-based pyramid scheme. Simple questions somehow turned into pressure to add lines, insurance, accessories, and services I "absolutely needed" but couldn't clearly explain. Funny how "optional" kept sounding like "required." When I hesitated, the attitude kicked in -- like I was personally ruining their sales quota by asking for clarification. Transparency was nonexistent, details were brushed over, and I was strongly encouraged to "just trust it." Hard pass. If you enjoy feeling upsold, rushed, and slightly confused about what you just agreed to, this is your spot. I ordered a phone. It said it was ready for pick up. The employee treated me so disrespectfully, telling me I was in the wrong store, insinuating I was lying. I obviously had my emails and account to show otherwise. Then, unbeknownst to me, he tells me my order was canceled. There's no documentation of that, but he tells me I need to get in line to re-order it. If I had to assume he just wanted commission off the sale. I will absolutely never go back to this store. Went in some sales associate a female stated the account didn't match the name on ID, I changed this over 5 years ago with them have never had an issue at another store called customer service and the rep on the phone said it had the correct name on the account I didn't get her name but she was heavier set and rude asf! I've been here a few times, the first two times my visit was very helpful and pleasant. This recent time I've been there I was assisted by an associate named Krystal. I got there by 5:30 pm so It was towards the end of the day but it was not busy. When I got in, I wasn't greeted right away they were just standing there like what did you want ? Krystal seemed like she hated her job and wasn't thorough when explaining as if she wanted to be done with me and then go back to standing and chit chatting it up with her colleagues. Didn't even bother to let me know how I'm suppose to trade in my old device, I had to make another stop back to the store. She said I was suppose to get a credit back she just told me it's going to be instantly, but failed to be thorough to let me know it would be credited back to my account or to my card. I was disgusted by the service, I was literally at Rowland heights before I went to this Verizon. Which I actually could've just placed my order at Rowland heights or just done it through their site, but when I made the visit to this store the night before the staff that helped me was very nice and helpful told me to come back in the store to do the order, so that's what I did but didn't expect that kind of service. read more

Omg! This is the BEST place ever. Why? My SIMS card went bad and they fixed it immediately, 5 minutes.

To say that our experiences dealing with this Verizon location have been exhausting, might be the understatement of the century. We visited this store 4 times in 4 weeks. We also visited 2 other locations in that amount of time, trying to fix the clerical issues/mistakes that were originally caused by this store. Total time spent trying to finalize our contract: 24 hours (and counting). So if your valuable time means anything to you, please steer clear of this Chino location at all costs. First off, I want to say that Dejon and Carl, the store associates, were very kind, welcoming, and seemed motivated to help us fix our issues. Despite all the concerns, they made us feel that we were heard. However, every single instance when we felt we were finally going to have our problems resolved, Manager Miguel stepped in and found a way to completely ruin our experience. Miguel the manger is, for lack of a better term, poorly fit for customer service. He hides in the back office, waiting for his associates to come to him with questions. He prefers to communicate with his customers through his associates, rather than just walking out and addressing their concerns head-on. Each time we came in, we had to beg for an associate to ask the manager to please come and speak with us. We were even told "the supervisor is busy" yet caught him standing in the lobby, holding an iPad and staring blankly off into space as we waited. Each time we finally spoke with him, Miguel was cold, did not seem empathetic to our concerns, was unwavering, and dismissive. He stamped out every ounce of hope we ever had for walking out of this Verizon store in a positive mood. We finally spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer service following another miserable visit to this store. After the phone conversation, they were able to do everything for us that Miguel said was impossible to do. I'm convinced he is running an absolutely abysmal customer service operation and hope that this feedback is addressed with corporate leadership, at the very least. I'd really love to be repaid for all the dozens of hours we have lost dealing with this horrible branch. I'll never recommend Verizon to anyone ever again. read more

They don't have employees that are helpful. I was told by Verizon customer service to go into a "company store" to turn in a phone that I had upgraded early . The store representative quickly dismissed my request even though my account had been noted I was directed to go into the store. "We don't do that here." That's all the help he provided; didn't bother to offer to call customer service to see why they sent me there. I was told when asking about a rebate, by an employee on a scooter, that "y'all buy these phones from third parties and want us to take care of it" I asked...if you don't want us to buy from third parties, why do you partner with them? A few weeks ago on a Sunday morning my phone froze on a screen I didn't know what it was...I go to Verizon and a young man greeted me and asked politely how can I help you? I showed him my phone and within minutes I was good to go. Fast forward to Tuesday I updated my phone and it changed the whole way my phone was set up. I went to the Verizon on Barranca because it was in my way home. The young guy looked at my phone and decided to tell me that's how my phone is and that there's nothing that can be done. So I chose to come back to this store. I walk in and see the the same young man from Sunday and ask if he's available to help me. He kindly said yes. Tell me what's going on. I explained and showed him my phone maybe 15 minutes later my phone was back to normal. I told him I requested him because kindness is important. I'm an older lady and patience and kindness is all I need. I don't want to be told I have to accept something because either you don't know or your to lazy to figure it out. I'm very thankful and impressed with the level of customer service I received from Kheli. My family signed up for a phone plan that was offered online but after spending many hours on the phone and on the chat with several online representatives, they couldn't complete the signup process. Thankfully, I met with Kheli the day before and she followed-up with me; and suggested I come into the store so she could provide assistance.
