What could improve? Maybe hiring better attitude employees. Im sorry to say this, but as of 1:22pm PST on May 31, 2026, the fat female latina employee has the WORST ATTITUDE EVER. Why did I describe her? She wouldn't give her name. Beyond disrespectful, beyond unprofessional, beyond pathetic, beyond every negative thing. She instructed her other associates to not talk to us as we currently wait to be attended to. Seriously, watch the attitude and maybe your sugar levels. Negative stars if possible. read more

Krystal was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very respectful of my time and met all of my needs. I would gladly refer her to anyone that I know. read more

Came in for help, left with a sudden urge to reread every bill I've ever received. The employees especially the female with the short black hair, glasses, busted bbl, and the up-stuck attitude, here don't assist so much. Instead they aggressively audition for a commission-based pyramid scheme. Simple questions somehow turned into pressure to add lines, insurance, accessories, and services I "absolutely needed" but couldn't clearly explain. Funny how "optional" kept sounding like "required." When I hesitated, the attitude kicked in -- like I was personally ruining their sales quota by asking for clarification. Transparency was nonexistent, details were brushed over, and I was strongly encouraged to "just trust it." Hard pass. If you enjoy feeling upsold, rushed, and slightly confused about what you just agreed to, this is your spot. Otherwise, protect your wallet and visit another Verizon location... or bring a lawyer and a calculator. read more

Like a bad breakup, Verizon has no interest to help once you are no longer a customer. I came in to ask for my final statement and to pay my balance. I was told that I messed up and should have gotten it before leaving. Ok Verizon. Here's to your future... read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Worse customer service. I'm a new customer and had a few questions and the girl on duty was very dismissive and just wanted to go back to scrolling on her phone!! What a way to welcome customers. read more

As a customer of 25 years, this company is not worth your time. Find another phone company. They changed my husband's phone number without even asking me and gave me a new number and has a different name on it and I was just using my husband's phone as a backup because he has passed away and now they've released they're trying to get rid of his life for me and I am not happy with Verizon and I'm thinking of leaving them to go somewhere else. This is a terrible terrible way to treat a customer and they will not reconnect my husband's number to the phone that I have for him very very upset read more

Went with my partner to help her setup a new phone plan after some... extenuating circumstances with her parent. Johnathan helped us almost immediately. He was super friendly and understanding. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Definitely recommend this store. Their staff is amazing and are knowledgeable and genuinely there to help! Keep up the great work guys! read more

This Verizon store and its employees are the absolute least helpful I've ever encountered. It's definitely a store culture as the company itself os overall good. Please don't waste your time with this store, they are as unhelpful as they come. read more

In a world where it's so easy to only share all the negative things about a business on here, I want to do the opposite! Tonight I had a great experience at Verizon! What started as a dreaded visit to upgrade some phones, ended with the funnest upgrade experience I've ever had, bc Krystal was super cool! Krystal was knowledgeable, professional yet personable, knew the most efficient way to get what I needed done, asked the right questions, was patient, and I could tell her quiet confidence came from her wealth of knowledge about all things Verizon! So I knew I was in good hands! This experience completely changed how I view going to Verizon now. I left feeling so thankful and 'glad' for the authentic experience I had, and I felt blessed to have gotten Krystal! read more

I ordered a phone. It said it was ready for pick up. The employee treated me so disrespectfully, telling me I was in the wrong store, insinuating I was lying. I obviously had my emails and account to show otherwise. Then, unbeknownst to me, he tells me my order was canceled. There's no documentation of that, but he tells me I need to get in line to re-order it. If I had to assume he just wanted commission off the sale. I will absolutely never go back to this store. What a way to treat people. read more

I been there many times before and everytime I dread going in (the closest one to my house, that's the only reason I go here). Trust me when I say don't go to this store, waste of time; they don't have time to do customer service work here. They only care about getting their sale goals. When you want to get a line or upgrade... they will help but when you try to get the last month statement print out of a close account... sorry we can't do anything for you. Because you don't have an active account... LOL. Well, guess what... your company policy said you can with a SSN. But they are too focus on sales goals that they don't have the time in the world to do that. Well, I finally found a store in Brea that help me get into my account and help print my last month statement. If I ever go back to Verizon, I know where I will be going to open my account. read more

Horrible customer service! Went in some sales associate a female stated the account didn't match the name on ID, I changed this over 5 years ago with them have never had an issue at another store called customer service and the rep on the phone said it had the correct name on the account I didn't get her name but she was heavier set and rude asf! Like girl if you don't like your job you don't have to be there. read more

Had an amazing experience at Verizon today thanks to Dejon! We switched over from AT&T, purchased a new phone, traded in my old phone, and bundled everything with an internet plan. Dejon made the whole process super fast and stress-free. He was very friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He really made sure we left happy and satisfied with everything. Excellent customer service from start to finish -- highly recommend asking for Dejon if you visit Verizon! read more

I was instructed by three Verizon representatives to drop off my old phones to this specific location after switching providers. However, the representative here was rude and unprofessional (young, black-haired Latina with glasses). Even while trying to explain my situation regarding dropping off the phone, she didn't bother listening and just cut me off. Great job, Verizon, got yourself a one star. Whoever is in charge should evaluate that rep because she sucks at customer service! read more

I've been here a few times, the first two times my visit was very helpful and pleasant. This recent time I've been there I was assisted by an associate named Krystal. I got there by 5:30 pm so It was towards the end of the day but it was not busy. When I got in, I wasn't greeted right away they were just standing there like what did you want ? Krystal seemed like she hated her job and wasn't thorough when explaining as if she wanted to be done with me and then go back to standing and chit chatting it up with her colleagues. Didn't even bother to let me know how I'm suppose to trade in my old device, I had to make another stop back to the store. She said I was suppose to get a credit back she just told me it's going to be instantly, but failed to be thorough to let me know it would be credited back to my account or to my card. I was disgusted by the service, I was literally at Rowland heights before I went to this Verizon. Which I actually could've just placed my order at Rowland heights or just done it through their site, but when I made the visit to this store the night before the staff that helped me was very nice and helpful told me to come back in the store to do the order, so that's what I did but didn't expect that kind of service. read more

I walked in and Sofie quickly helped to resolve my question in 5 minutes. Best service I have ever had. 5 stars

Don't go here. They will sign you up for the insurance on the phone and then when you submit a claim they will deny it. They'll leave you with a broken phone unless you have the over $1k to get a new one! Luckily we did but not everyone does. Extremely sketchy location. read more

The man that helped me was very kind and patient however I overheard an elderly couple next to me who were struggling with English. The woman (whose name I could not get) was extremely rude and no help whatsoever. She kept sighing and telling them "well the directions are RIGHT THERE" even though they made it clear they were struggling to understand. This elderly couple was treated horribly and embarrassed by something that is not their fault. read more

Omg! This is the BEST place ever. Why? My SIMS card went bad and they fixed it immediately, 5 minutes.

To say that our experiences dealing with this Verizon location have been exhausting, might be the understatement of the century. We visited this store 4 times in 4 weeks. We also visited 2 other locations in that amount of time, trying to fix the clerical issues/mistakes that were originally caused by this store. Total time spent trying to finalize our contract: 24 hours (and counting). So if your valuable time means anything to you, please steer clear of this Chino location at all costs. First off, I want to say that Dejon and Carl, the store associates, were very kind, welcoming, and seemed motivated to help us fix our issues. Despite all the concerns, they made us feel that we were heard. However, every single instance when we felt we were finally going to have our problems resolved, Manager Miguel stepped in and found a way to completely ruin our experience. Miguel the manger is, for lack of a better term, poorly fit for customer service. He hides in the back office, waiting for his associates to come to him with questions. He prefers to communicate with his customers through his associates, rather than just walking out and addressing their concerns head-on. Each time we came in, we had to beg for an associate to ask the manager to please come and speak with us. We were even told "the supervisor is busy" yet caught him standing in the lobby, holding an iPad and staring blankly off into space as we waited. Each time we finally spoke with him, Miguel was cold, did not seem empathetic to our concerns, was unwavering, and dismissive. He stamped out every ounce of hope we ever had for walking out of this Verizon store in a positive mood. We finally spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer service following another miserable visit to this store. After the phone conversation, they were able to do everything for us that Miguel said was impossible to do. I'm convinced he is running an absolutely abysmal customer service operation and hope that this feedback is addressed with corporate leadership, at the very least. I'd really love to be repaid for all the dozens of hours we have lost dealing with this horrible branch. I'll never recommend Verizon to anyone ever again. read more

They don't have employees that are helpful. I was told by Verizon customer service to go into a "company store" to turn in a phone that I had upgraded early . The store representative quickly dismissed my request even though my account had been noted I was directed to go into the store. "We don't do that here." That's all the help he provided; didn't bother to offer to call customer service to see why they sent me there. Verizon is a great service that I've had for 27 yrs, but will never go into one of their stores again. read more

I was told when asking about a rebate, by an employee on a scooter, that "y'all buy these phones from third parties and want us to take care of it" I asked...if you don't want us to buy from third parties, why do you partner with them? She said "it's a free country, you can do what you want... then she ROLLED AWAY! I was later told by another employee...we don't get commission on third party sales so we don't like to deal with those customers. read more

Carl or Earl whatever his name is ruined my whole business account and I never even signed an agreement! Trying to speak to someone on the phone does not exist!! I needed to activate my phone. I went to this store in Chino, hoping for a better service, contrary to the service I've been getting online through chats and over the phone. Instead of empathizing with me with what I've gone through for the last 2 days, their manager, Gabe, was very rude to me. This person does not deserve to be a manager serving customers. I've been a customer with Verizon for 29 years and he treated me badly. If you have a choice, do not go to this store. They do not deserve your business!!! read more

Krystal was great! She was very helpful! She helped me and my family get new phones and plans.

A few weeks ago on a Sunday morning my phone froze on a screen I didn't know what it was...I go to Verizon and a young man greeted me and asked politely how can I help you? I showed him my phone and within minutes I was good to go. Fast forward to Tuesday I updated my phone and it changed the whole way my phone was set up. I went to the Verizon on Barranca because it was in my way home. The young guy looked at my phone and decided to tell me that's how my phone is and that there's nothing that can be done. So I chose to come back to this store. I walk in and see the the same young man from Sunday and ask if he's available to help me. He kindly said yes. Tell me what's going on. I explained and showed him my phone maybe 15 minutes later my phone was back to normal. I told him I requested him because kindness is important. I'm an older lady and patience and kindness is all I need. I don't want to be told I have to accept something because either you don't know or your to lazy to figure it out. So THANK YOU Carl...If you're treating all customers this way Verizon is lucky to have you on their team... be bless young man. read more

I'm very thankful and impressed with the level of customer service I received from Kheli. My family signed up for a phone plan that was offered online but after spending many hours on the phone and on the chat with several online representatives, they couldn't complete the signup process. Thankfully, I met with Kheli the day before and she followed-up with me; and suggested I come into the store so she could provide assistance. Finally, we were able to open a new account in the store and port our phone numbers over from another carrier. Thank you, Kheli, for your time, patience, and expertise! read more

This is the worst store and service I have ever been to or had. We signed up and switched carriers mid March for the promotion and were told the wrong information ultimately. We wasted over 20 hours not getting a resolution. Don't waste your time at this location or Verizon in general. The manager at this location also doesn't care about customer support at all. He hides in the back most of the time while all of his associates make offers that they can't fulfill. read more

Horrible service!! I came in today and was completely ignored by all five sales people. The people who walked in before me were waited on as soon as they walked in, so I assumed I would be next since I was right behind them! Wrong!! People came in after me and one sales guy with black slick hair looked my way, and then ran to them, another saleswoman in a wheelchair sat chatting with some people after they seemed to be done. I guess no one wants to wait on someone who isn't 20/30 years old. Too bad for them they lost out on a big sale!! I wanted to upgrade my phone and buy an iPad, and phone accessories.
