Figured I was in for a penny at that point. I have post paid cell service and it's a very good plan with a decent price but I wanted to explore ATT. Now I am having buyers remorse. I was able to have all of my questions answered, even the ones that they could not assist with, they both were able to provide more information on how I could get the answer. Also when I discussed my plan with them, they claimed I would be charged a higher cost if I changed my plan but I used the T-Mobile website chat later that day and the chat agent offered a lower priced deal for the same changes. This specific store does not offer the best prices that T-Mobile offers. I am very disappointed in the service this store provides.
