Absolutely the friendliest, most professional customer service ever received in a Cellular store…read more I arrived without an appointment to see if I could have a defective SIM card replaced in a brand new (1 day old) T-Mobile 5G Gateway. I was lucky enough to be served by Delonte' W. who quickly confirmed the issue and not only provided a new SIM card but also replaced the old one, tested it out and set up everything on the T-Mobile Life app so it would work as soon as I got home and plugged it in. I highly recommend going to this store for your T-Mobile needs and after only a few days of use of the 5G Gateway, can strongly recommend considering it for great speeds (even where I am using it in the mountains) and reliable connectivity at an excellent price.
