(3) they asked for a death certificate to close my father's account which made sense, but when I brought it to the store, they never asked for it or looked at before closing the account, and (4) the store is unable to accept payments in cash unless you round up to the next dollar because payments are only through a kiosk that doesn't give change. I know, who pays cash anymore, right? But after Cox repeatedly called me about the cancellation of services after I told them the service was for my father who passed away and they still didn't stop the sales calls, I didn't want to provide them with any other means of data collection off me or my family by using a credit card.

Taylor was able to help me and was genuinely attentive when I needed assistance even enlisting help from others to ensure that they resolved every aspect of my problem. They eventually fixed my issue but I would have been okay if they hadn't because they put alot of effort into it and listened to my concern. Now my second experience, there was a wait which I do not mind because they were busy and we've all been there, but when I sat with a different representative was a different experience. When I expressed my concern about not getting attachments on my phone, he asked me what kind. Now I understand there are different types but he made it sound like I should have known. He then brought up different facts about texting which was not my problem. His mannerism was a bit pushy and it seemed as though he was reading from a book. He kept cutting me off and anything I said didn't seem to be getting through. Overall, this is still a good location, but I would probably not go out of my way to come here.

My experience at this T-Mobile store was completely unacceptable. Ahmed initially claimed he was…read moreunaware of any T-Mobile phone promotions or deals. After I contacted T-Mobile customer service, I confirmed that promotions were available, which directly contradicted the information I had been given. When I questioned the discrepancy, the interaction became increasingly unprofessional. The process was unnecessarily delayed, and the price I was quoted increased instead of reflecting the available promotion. Rather than addressing my concerns, Ahmed's behavior was dismissive and disrespectful. Customers deserve honest, accurate information and professional service. My experience reflected the opposite. I left feeling misled, frustrated, and without confidence in the integrity of this location. I strongly encourage T-Mobile management to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.

A water treatment guy came to my house for maintenance and i asked him if he knew of anybody for cell repair. He pointed me to Alibaba's after a good experience he had there. A little later it was determined that the new screen would actually cost more but he kept the price the same. He told me he had the new screen in stock and he would call me later on the day with a status. He called me. The new screen did not work but he said sometimes nes screens are defective. He ordered a new screen which came the next day. He called me to let me know he installed the 2nd new screen and that i could pick it up anytime. I did an hour later. The phone was in great working condition. He did not budge on his original price. I will definitely take any repairs to Alibaba's again in the future and spread the word to anybody else i need. My phone died on me and I decided to either come to the Fairfax location or the fair oaks mall location..let's just say I chose correct. The support team were all nice and welcoming to each and every incoming customer. They joked around and still were professional when they needed to be. Let me give a big shout out and recognize Frank T there! He provided excellent customer service and support! I had question after question and Frank had answer after answer. The store's traffic was picking up and a disgruntled customer came in already in a mood and ready to pick an argument. Even while working on my phone issue, Frank multitasking and assisted the gentleman as best as he could. The guy felt so bad for his unnecessary attitude, he was apologizing before he left!! Frank took care of my phone and left great notes on my account so when my replacement came in, anyone could assist if he wasn't available. Speaking of, I came back to follow up on a possible account upgrade, he followed up about my phone. With his knowledge, he was able to get all of my contents back! Yea, excellent job! You won't be ignored here.
