I know, who pays cash anymore, right? But after Cox repeatedly called me about the cancellation of services after I told them the service was for my father who passed away and they still didn't stop the sales calls, I didn't want to provide them with any other means of data collection off me or my family by using a credit card.

Dropped off the phone about 1pm and by 4pm it was back working 100%. Didn't cost a us anything since it was under warranty. Appreciate how easy they made it and how quickly they got the phone working again.
