After doing follow up reviews with our customers last year, we found that our sales and customer support was not where we wanted it. So for 2013, our focus is on improving it. After about a month of research we decided we needed better tools for tracking and responding to our customers. This is what Ringio is designed for! We ordered ip phones for each employee and together with the Ringio desktop app, it allows us to document each customer contact. Ringio offers integration with several CRM systems and we started using Highrise. Both of them work great together and everything is synced. It was a little hard to get a few employees to embrace the new system, but after a month, everyone sees the improvements and even those employees who didn't think they would like it, now do. I recommend Ringio to any business who needs better customer communication. Call quality is very good. Price is less then we where spending with the local phone company. There is no other business communication system for small business that has the same features as Ringio. Your businesses needs this. read more

Unprofessional and untrustworthy from the top. When our company was giving a presentation by the CEO of ring.io, (I believe his name was Stan or Sam), we asked direct questions regarding processes for using their software. The question was when would we be able to deploy the voicemail drop, the CEO said once the voice mail begins you can deploy the voicemail drop (avoiding having to wait all the way through to the end of the voicemail and beep before deploying). Turns out he was wrong, and after months of using ring.io and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on marketing, we were made aware that only half of our voicemail would be recorded because we did not wait until the beep. The fact is the software is glitchy, we consistently had problems, and when we asked for a refund (of our fees, not our lost marketing spend) due to the CEO making such a huge mistake, we were offered $150. Trust me, do not waste one precious second of your finite time on earth dealing with this organization--they are not ready for prime time. As I've previously stated, the customer service bar in the telecommunications industry is quite low, but these schmucks couldn't reach it with a 10 foot pole. To top it off Daniel (they list him as head of the sales dept but in actuality he constitutes the entire sales department) called me "racist" because I had asked a member of their tech support team if they were based in the US or overseas and basically told me things didn't work out because I was too stupid to understand and had a "bad attitude". Well Danny boy, being over 50 I must profess that I am not a "digital native" and some of these newfangled concepts can be somewhat difficult to grasp at first but my middle-aged brain still retains a modicum of plasticity and, with some initial hand holding from a knowledgeable tech support agent, is still capable of learning new tricks. If I be the stupid one here, why did it take three days and several calls before you could even get me the correct log in info for my free trial? And as for having a "bad attitude" I suppose that stemmed from the fact that I called you at about 11am and you promised to personally call me back by "early afternoon" but I did not hear your voice until I called back at 430pm only to get a lame "Oh, I thought the tech department had already called you back" excuse. Oh, and my Asian wife might get upset if she finds out I'm a racist. It would be mighty white of you if we could just keep that between us. But seriously--small business owners--please think twice before you port your phone numbers to any Virtual PBX company. read more

We had Ringio for 2 years and appreciated having our calls linked through our CRM so that all our calls automatically logged into our customer data for easy tracking. We had an issue what ultimately now appears to stem from a previous carrier not fully releasing our phone number which caused some of our calls to not go through. When I tried to communicate this to Ringio's support team, they didn't understand and it was difficult and frustrating. After attempting to explain the issue to our new carrier, I will say that it's not a super common issue, while it does happen. The new carrier was able to let me know a tip that has us pointed in the right direction to getting things resolved. On Ringio's behalf, the CEO, Sam, made an effort to try to help us and was very fair in the end. read more

After making the decision to switch our Dialer and some extensive research on other dialer solutions, we decided to go with RingIO. While we are still in the early stages of our implementation, I must say that the folks at RingIO have been top notch. Their training was comprehensive, their support every step of the way has been superior to other companies that I have worked with in the past. Sam and Mehrtash have been there every time we have had questions or issues. I can reach someone usually within minutes of my request. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 Star is because we are still tweaking the system to our specific needs. However, I anticipate updating this review in a month or so. Yelp the owner answer all the call and pre screen to see if the customer is a good fit within a 5 minute phone call it was awful expereince to be such judgemental base on email address. Ringio system doesn't accept any encrypted business email such as protonmail it like a small business who is extremly" butt head " there was no reason to mistreat a lead who just was try set up the account use the 14 day trial it not a legimate company. Maybe he washing his clothes in the next room during our conversation but in the past the service was great but today it was a terrrble experince I hung up in the jerk face so unprofessional I was better off calling up Marth Stewart asking what color is your painting on the wall and how to redecorate my daughter room. RINGIO maybe going out of business soon with this type customer service experince I was not on a phone interview just a simple question the owner is extremely rude and insentative just a joker on the end determining how long will she stay using a crystall ball and fake psyhic abilities to make a decison.
