I always take a very long time deciding what to get and he is always patient, giving his own opinions as well on what would look good on my phone. I recently switched my phone from an iPhone to the new Galaxy, and since he didn't have any cases yet for the new Galaxy, he offered me the previous Galaxy's case for temporary use until the new cases come in the following week. I went back to the store thinking I could just trade in my devices when another sales associate gave me the wrong shipping label, so I am glad that I caught that before mailing my devices. It has been very frustrating just trying to trade in devices and part of me regrets ever switching service to this provider. Less than a week later, it cracked again, even though it was protected by a sturdy case. When I returned, the technician refused to take responsibility and insisted that I broke it myself, rather than admitting the material or sealing was defective. When I asked to speak to the manager, he called someone on the phone who claimed to be the boss, but I highly doubt it. They spoke in another language, repeated the same dismissive comments, and offered no help or accountability. I never write bad reviews. Usually, if I don't like a service, I simply don't go back. But I feel compelled to warn others about this atrocious customer service. The level of disrespect was unbelievable, and the workmanship was clearly substandard. I've been trying to fix my phone for three days now and all they do is give you the run around probably until you don't show your face anymore. Seems like they have too many claims to handle for 2-3 employees. Mind you I pay monthly for insurance so I expect way better service and quicker service. I'm not too sure if it's a census issue, but it feels like nowadays Genius Bar has twice the customers with only 2/3 of the available team members. Doesn't matter if I show up 30 minutes early for my appointment, somehow I'll still get somehow 30 minutes past my appointment, sometimes even behind walk-ins who came after me. Time for service also seems to have gone up. When I'm dropping off stuff for repairs, doesn't really matter to me if it takes days or weeks. But simple things like battery swaps have somehow gone from 1 hour waits to 3 hour waits for first time morning appointments, it's insane. I'll keep going cuz I have Apple Care and often times it's more free than not. But if it weren't for this location being in a mall, I wouldn't be a frequent flyer at all.

I came here on a Tuesday afternoon after what seemed like a ton of unsuccessful experiences with Verizon (via the online customer service tool and another Verizon location). Due to prior Verizon customer support not being able to determine a successful resolution to my issue, I was essentially without a workable phone for almost three full days. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted by Craig who asked what brought me in. After I explained what my issue was and explained my experience thus far with Verizon regarding this issue, he immediately assured me that it was a quick fix (which it was). He quickly learned that the last step of setting up my eSIM was unfortunately not completed successfully (which was activating the eSIM) which caused none of my calls, text, and internet services to work without WiFi. With his knowledge and expertise, I was probably at Verizon for all of 15 minutes, if that, and left with a working phone. Big props to Craig, who allowed me to leave as a satisfied customer.
