I like a little bling bling on my cases, and they have the exact styles I want. The service here is relatively cheaper than other places like other reviewers have mentioned, and I actually appreciate Ahmet for asking exactly what I want with no pressure. I said I wanted a pretty rhinestoned ring on the back and he took the time to glue it on for me. I always take a very long time deciding what to get and he is always patient, giving his own opinions as well on what would look good on my phone. I recently switched my phone from an iPhone to the new Galaxy, and since he didn't have any cases yet for the new Galaxy, he offered me the previous Galaxy's case for temporary use until the new cases come in the following week. He even said if I need a case right away, I don't need to buy from him and he wouldn't mind. I sincerely appreciated the no pressure aura. He's not selfish, and he gets the job done.

BEWARE! DO NOT GO THERE!…read more Defective Repair and Disrespectful Service I paid $140 to repair the cracked glass on the back of my phone. Less than a week later, it cracked again, even though it was protected by a sturdy case. When I returned, the technician refused to take responsibility and insisted that I broke it myself, rather than admitting the material or sealing was defective. When I asked to speak to the manager, he called someone on the phone who claimed to be the boss, but I highly doubt it. They spoke in another language, repeated the same dismissive comments, and offered no help or accountability. I never write bad reviews. Usually, if I don't like a service, I simply don't go back. But I feel compelled to warn others about this atrocious customer service. The level of disrespect was unbelievable, and the workmanship was clearly substandard. Save your time, money, and patience, go somewhere else.

They've even hooked me up with some pretty friendly discounts with school and work over the years without me asking, so I've appreciated the heads up. From a service perspective, this location definitely has gone hill a bit. I'm not too sure if it's a census issue, but it feels like nowadays Genius Bar has twice the customers with only 2/3 of the available team members. Doesn't matter if I show up 30 minutes early for my appointment, somehow I'll still get somehow 30 minutes past my appointment, sometimes even behind walk-ins who came after me. Time for service also seems to have gone up. When I'm dropping off stuff for repairs, doesn't really matter to me if it takes days or weeks. But simple things like battery swaps have somehow gone from 1 hour waits to 3 hour waits for first time morning appointments, it's insane. I'll keep going cuz I have Apple Care and often times it's more free than not. But if it weren't for this location being in a mall, I wouldn't be a frequent flyer at all.

This is not based on one interaction -- I have worked with him approximately four different times, and on every occasion his professionalism, patience, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help have been outstanding. During these visits, Brian has assisted me with multiple needs, including technical support, plan questions, billing and account issues, and general account assistance. No matter what the situation has been, he consistently takes the time to listen carefully, understand the issue, explain everything clearly, and find the best possible solution. Most importantly, he always makes sure the issue is fully resolved before I leave. What truly sets Brian apart is that he consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. He is never rushed, dismissive, or impatient. He is respectful, attentive, solution-focused, and genuinely committed to helping the customer. His level of service has been consistently excellent across every interaction I have had with him. I have been a customer of different wireless companies over the years, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of consistently excellent customer service with any other wireless provider. Brian has completely changed my perception of what outstanding customer service can look like. Verizon should recognize Brian for the exceptional level of professionalism, service, and customer care he consistently provides. Employees like him are a major reason customers remain loyal to a company. He represents Verizon extremely well and truly deserves recognition for going above and beyond every single time.

Let's first start by saying that Craig (I sure hope that was his name as it's the only thing coming…read moreto mind) was a phone saver! I came here on a Tuesday afternoon after what seemed like a ton of unsuccessful experiences with Verizon (via the online customer service tool and another Verizon location). Due to prior Verizon customer support not being able to determine a successful resolution to my issue, I was essentially without a workable phone for almost three full days. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted by Craig who asked what brought me in. After I explained what my issue was and explained my experience thus far with Verizon regarding this issue, he immediately assured me that it was a quick fix (which it was). He quickly learned that the last step of setting up my eSIM was unfortunately not completed successfully (which was activating the eSIM) which caused none of my calls, text, and internet services to work without WiFi. With his knowledge and expertise, I was probably at Verizon for all of 15 minutes, if that, and left with a working phone. Big props to Craig, who allowed me to leave as a satisfied customer.
