I gave Najia the specs for my watch (which is discontinued), and she quickly tracked down the correct strap at a reasonable price. No runaround, no nonsense, just straight service. Because of that experience, I'll never bother with the Cartier boutique in Tysons again. My loyalty is with Lenkersdorfer moving forward.

After a bit of research, she informed me that the specific set I'm looking was created exclusively for the Tiffany Blue Box Cafe and is not for sale to the public.
