A five-star experience that turned a meaningful purchase into a moment we'll cherish forever. We had a fantastic experience at Liljenquist & Beckett buying a push present for our second child. Rebecca made my wife's first luxury watch purchase feel truly special, walking us through the Cartier Panthère options and making sure she was completely comfortable with her choice. Since my wife is pregnant, they even added an extra link to ensure the perfect fit--such a thoughtful touch. Seamless service from start to finish. We'll definitely be back. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Allie. I went into the Rolex Boutique at Tysons Galleria (Liljenquist & Beckstead) hoping to surprise my husband with a very specific watch he had wanted for a long time. I knew it was a huge ask and that there were no guarantees. Allie listened to the whole story, could not have been nicer and genuinely seemed to care about helping me pull off the surprise. Somehow, one week later, she called and had made it happen. I was honestly shocked. I know she went out of her way for me, and I am so incredibly grateful. Beyond getting the watch, she made the entire experience fun and personal. She is one of those people you meet and immediately like, and I felt as though I had known her much longer than a week. My husband is going to lose his mind when he opens it. If you visit the Tysons Galleria Rolex Boutique, ask for Allie. She is wonderful at her job and just a genuinely lovely person. I will absolutely be going back to her. read more

Big shout out to Mark Nunziato for finding me my perfect Rolex sports watch, the Seadweller 126600 in steel. The glide lock system makes it a breeze to adjust for warm and cold days when my wrist size shifts a little. 43mm looks awesome for a big guy like me! I thought the "list" was a joke at first, but after over a year of patience, Mark came through for me. Would recommend this establishment to others looking for that perfect piece.... read more

Liljenquist & Beckstead has consistently delivered superior customer experience and a delightful engagement with clients time and time again. I have worked with Norman Raslan and can say that he exemplifies the highest levels of customer service and strives to delight in each interaction. Worked with Matt on selling gold jewelry. He was so personable, knowledgeable, fair. Have recommended L&B (& Matt) to a number of people.

I bought a Rolex that was too small, they bought from me and sold me a Datejust that I am absolutely obsessed wit. Megan helped me out and I only take it off to sleep and work out. I love the 18k gold and the size is perfect. I will be back to buy more. if you're looking for a place to buy or sell a Rolex this is it. look no further. Warning Discriminative & Deceptive Practices: if you patronize this place Do Not Deal with the Manager Seth or Salesman Jason. Very Unprofessional and very bad experience with both Salesman. l ordered a Rolex Sea Dweller from this place over a year ago. The watch finally came in Jason called to let me know. When he called I was out of town on business. When I got back in I went straight to the store with $7000 looking to finance the rest. Jason happen to be on mini vacation, so a sales women name begins with a M helped me and advised me to finance the rest through Synchrony. I filled out the application and the bank was unable to process the application at that time. I waited over a week to get a letter from Synchrony saying that they just needed to verify my identity they approved the loan. I called Liljenquist to confirm I had all the information needed from Synchrony Bank to come and pick up the watch. I give the person my information over the phone and they tell me that my watch is already sold. At this point I'm on total shock. I remember when I initially came in to pick up the watch I asked the sales lady can I put a $7000 deposit down for the watch until Synchrony Bank comes back with the approval and she asked the manager and he said I could not, she said but you don't have to worry your watch will not be sold. Because you've waited so long over a year to receive it we will call you anything changes. I asked to speak to a manager I spoke with Seth and he didn't have a care in the world very nonchalant about this issue trying to rush me off the phone talking about he has other customers to deal with. He even had the nerve to tell me you're going to have a heart attack what's the big deal telling me he will let me know when another watch comes in like I can trust his word after he sold my watch and gave the okay to sell my watch without even calling me as a client to let me know what his intent, atleast giving me the option to pay with my two credit cards or waiting for Synchrony his Finance Company.. He acted as if It didn't matter that I waited over a year to retrieve the watch that I ordered and someone else was just able to walk up in there and buy my watch with no wait. The man has No Courtesy No Kindness No Nothing. He made me feel as though my order and waiting meant nothing as if I was window shopping, I feel profiled as a African American I'm not afforded the right of courtesy and common communication while waiting on the store preferred bank to finance the rest of the purchase... Bad Business On Every Level and needs to be rectified... I would never recommend anyone to this place. I thought this place was reputable turns out it's a circus act...A Total Waist of Time! Don't Trust Anything They Tell You Because None of them are on the same page. read more

3/21/21 Rolex Watches sold here, but only Tagheur got my attention. I like the look of the simple watches with the numbers and date. The Tagheur watch is nice, but I have gotten to use to pressing a button in the dark and seeing what time it is. Something I hand a problem with when I first started wearing watches...oh, and a lot of watch I had then were not water resistant. Nevertheless, I did not get the watch, because I like my Baltimore Ravens digital watch. I also love the twenty four hour mode. Aaron was helpful with showing me the watch I liked. She also said most of the spokespeople for their watches are dead. Some by the profession they choose...like race car driving for example. I will keep this place in mind. read more

This boutique has been my favorite place to visit whenever my family hangs out in the Tyson Galleria mall. I bought my dream Rolex Milgauss, which I thought I could never ever have had a chance as it was discontinued. But Marjan surprised me with the wonderful watch, and there I had it. I could not thank Marjan enough for her kindness. I highly recommend this boutique and Marjan for your future dream watch. read more

Been on the waiting list for a a steel submariner date over two years. I stop by the Tyson's II store in person every few months to speak with Jonathan or Erin and they say all the right things, but no proactive communication - not even an automated text/email that says, "we still have you on the list and are working hard to get your watch." They'll say things like, "let me talk to the manager," "you've been patient," "we should have it for you by the end of the year," etc. but nothing has materialized. At this point, I have to believe they prioritize requests from customers, who spend a lot of money with them. If you want a Rolex, you may be better off dealing with a larger AD, even if it is out of state. An AD with several locations across the south got one for my uncle last year in 8 months. read more

A couple years ago, I dropped by L&B to check out the latest Rolex product line, but their new inventory was limited to a few arbitrary display models. Having no relationship yet with an AD yet in the area, I registered and expressed my interest in buying an OP. About a year later, having not heard anything back, I dropped by the other AD in the area, Lenkersdorfer, and registered there as well. Within minutes, I received a text from L&B insinuating I was *their* customer. That was about a year ago, and crickets since. I have no issue with ADs being territorial, but if they stake a claim, they should deliver. It was ultimately simpler to purchase an OP from an AD while overseas than deal with the type of artificial scarcity propagated in the US market. read more

Diego and Kay were very welcoming and took the time to introduce me to the available selection despite me being a walk-in. This place sucks. I've been trying for 3 years to get a Rolex for myself after buying one here for a co worker. Sherelle has told me for 2 years she's working on it and before that Vasco perked me around for a year. I am so tired of following up and getting bad news. Have gone into this store 5 times inquiring. I'll never buy anything here and the service is terrible. Thanks Sherrelle you suck! I'd return the Rolex here if I could out of spite. Bunch of clowns! read more

I've purchased several pieces of jewelry from here over the last couple years out of necessity and convenience with their location but never again. 'Say anything to get the sale' type of salespeople. Pushy, uneducated about their products, and disrespectful. Inflated prices and terrible selection. I don't recommend coming here at all. Go to Lenkersdorfer at Tyson's or literally ANYWHERE else. read more

I had the loveliest experience at L&B Jewelers this morning! I brought my platinum and diamond engagement ring in to be polished and checked for security of the stone at the Shops at Fairfax Square location at Tyson's and Michael Canson had me in and out in less than a half hour for $25 with a ring that now looks like new. After trying several other high end jewelers in Northern Virginia to size and fix my jewelry, I thought I was hearing wrong when he told me the price. The store is also beautiful with an amazing range of jewelry and watches. I can't recommend highly enough and will most certainly be back! read more

This L&B is my local destination for watches, and the one I recommend to folks that are looking for watches and who find value in forging a relationship with your local dealer. I haven't found another store that is more consistently staffed by folks who know and love watches, and that extends beyond what they sell in store. Sadly these days I actually try to limit my dropping in because I know it will lead to some lengthy discussion about the latest watch, some new article on Hodinkee, something being discussed on watch forums, or the direction of the watch industry. It's always a thrill when I do though, and once they get to know you a little, they can start pushing your boundaries and proposing things you may not have considered. Adam is fantastic, but he only works on the weekends. He and Marc (one of the managers) have not only been great on the academic side of watch collecting, but helped me grow my collection with meaningful pieces. Also of note, they can handle your servicing as they have done for me several times. Just drop off your watch, and they will handle the packing, insurance, and mailing. They then let you know what service options you have, and will contact you again once it's ready for pickup. Couldn't be easier. read more

Bought my first Rolex DJ watch through Jonathan last year and he has been looking for my second watch since then. I would love to recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a great and personal watch-buying experience! read more

I worked with Michael Canson at The Shops At Fairfax Square Liljenquist & Beckstead location in Tysons. He was so very kind and the ultimate professional fully committed to unsurpassable customer service. His follow up and follow through provided total satisfaction in every respect. He introduced me to the watch maker at the beginning of process and at the end. I was very impressed with the explanations of the needed work on the front end and very impressed with the final review of all the workmanship and restoration work he had completed. He had good interpersonal and customer service skills as well. I highly recommend L&B Jewlers. Theodore Miller read more

Mike was amazing to work with from the start. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what to look for when buying jewelry. I gave Mike my budget and the type of stone I was looking for and when I came in, he didn't try to up sell me, more importantly, he tried to educate me on what to look for when selecting the perfect stone within a budget. Watch enthusiasts know how difficult it is to get your desired watch in 2023. I've been to countless AD's over the past few years and this past weekend I dragged my wife into lenkersdorfer for another attempt at finding my grail(s). Paul M. Attended to me and I can say that it was the most pleasant interaction with an AD I've had in my recent memory. He showed me their collection of tudors, pre-owned Rolex's, and I even got to try on the coveted blue Royal Oak that I've only had the pleasure of seeing on Hodinkee or any one of the thousands of watch platforms I study on a daily basis. Paul explained the rich history of his shop and we discussed the current state of the global watch economy in which we both agreed - who could have predicted the current flow of supply and demand that we currently are witnessing? I am proud to be a watch geek and always excited when I meet someone with a similar passion and more importantly, a deep level of knowledge when it comes to appreciating the art of collecting (not just Rolex!). All in all, it was a great experience and I'm looking to going back. read more

His attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring customer satisfaction truly sets him apart. He made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable that I will definitely be going back to Liljenquist & Beckstead and working with him again in the future. I have visited this store a couple times before and have always had a great experience. They have a wide selection of Cartier, Patek, Tag Heuer, JLC, Rolex, and Hublot just to name a few brands. It is a very nice location and no appointment is needed in my experience. Everyone is super helpful and nice. They make sure your watch buying experience is amazing. One thing though is that they do not do watch authentications. I have sent in a watch to get serviced here and they have made the process super smooth. Very happy with my new purchase from Abraham at this location. I knew him from their other store, and was glad he could help me out with a Tudor sports watch. Good service, no pressure, and good advice which is really nice for these larger purchases. Would recommend and use again. Unrelated to this specific watch purchase, the Rolex/Tudor certified service tech they have locally is great and WAY better than the alternative of sending the watches off to NYC, etc. I'm happy to support a family owned business with long-tenured staff in a no pressure environment. Cant say enough good things about Randy Basuel and my experience at L&B. Brought in a Breitling I had purchased from another retailer that wasn't working and Randy, without hesitation, offered to help me, both testing its movement and assessing the issue and providing options for repair. He spent about 15 to 20 minutes with me explaining the different movements and how they assessed the problem and provided his professional opinion on how he would handle the situation.
