Seamaster diver 300m 007 edition (No time to die)

Stopped by on a slow Tuesday afternoon. The whole mall was quiet and not a single person was in the Omega store. As soon as I lined up Jerry greeted me and warmly welcomed me into the store. I am new to the brand, so I don't know much about Omega, but Jerry gladly explained the various collection with me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He offered me various drink options (still/ sparkling water, or coffee/ expresso). He made the whole experience amazing. He treated me with respect and attention and as a younger individual I don't always get that. If you're looking for an Omega watch and a wonderful experience, I highly recommend you come to this store!

Most of the stores in the Galleria are roped off to limit capacity due to C-19. After being let in by the security guard. Your greeted and everything. Everyone is dressed in full business attire. Very friendly employees. Highly professional & social. The store was nice and warm. Also very good ventilation. Th staff were wearing masks and there was sanitizer available which is a plus. The stock is fully stocked with watches inside the cases. Trying them on was very easy. The staff never seem bothered or anything. Always calm. They clean every watch you try on which was another plus. Service: I had to take my 90's Omega in for service once and it was truly amazing. Very friendly customer service. Highly professional. It did take a few weeks but it had to be sent to Switzerland because it's a rare James Bond model. Came back a few weeks later. Everything worked perfectly and it was polished so it looked brand new despite being almost 30 years old so that was a major plus. The general crowd in the store is middle to high class. Mainly adults. No kids really. Also the noise level was normal for a very high end store. Quiet & Relaxed. Overall A++++++ , I'll SWEAR by Omega.

3/21/21 Today I wanted to check out some watches, but The Seamaster caught my eye. I also saw some nice bracelets that I would mind buying separately. Not sure if this can be done. They may come as a set when you buy a watch. It was one of the questions I had. One of the associates was helping a guest. I don't remember her name, but she has helped me before. Another dude came out of the store, but he was on his phone and didn't seem to be in the mood to help anyone. The lady in suit who seems to be the gate guard only, was unpleasant to be around. Couldn't...no...would answer a simple question. By they way she responded, I decided I don't care anymore about the products sold here and will go elsewhere. The gate guard could have heard my question and then say, "I don't know." As The Rock would say, "IT DOESN'T MATTER!..." He's right about that...

Had my little bro drop off my Omega Seamaster for a battery replacement on 3/9/19, he was told watch would be ready in 2 weeks. Fast forward to 3/23/19, my wife and I with son in tow came by to pick up the watch after receiving confirmation email stating watch was ready. The store seems clean and organized with professional staff. Will def. return for repair or new watch in the future. Battery replacement cost only $31. Thanks Omega!

Of the luxury Swiss watch brands, I find Omega to be the highest quality and especially best value (having several Breitling and Rolex watches).

My Seiko watch after battery was replaced someplace else wasn't working…read more In November Took watch to this place thinking they have integrity and are established in Vienna. When I dropped watch off explained battery isn't the issue. Got a text a few weeks later watch is ready. Picked up asked him what work did they do and again pointed out the battery wasn't the issue. He couldn't explain and had no notes to explain what had been done. Watch worked for couple hours and stopped that night. So far charge was $45 for no one knows what they did. Took watch back to him reviewed everything again and he said he will "check it"!!! Not to be heard from again! Today, January 28 not having heard anything from them stopped at the shop, the assistant who is a kind innocent man pulled the watch and ticket written on it $350!!! I had zero notifications, no one called or texted to ask if it is ok to repair a $200 watch at cost of $350 plus $45 already paid. Assistant called the owner by phone, the guy yelled and screamed at me and ranted on... gave phone back to assistant , the owner showed up and proceeded to yell and shake his finer at me. My contention was why didnt anyone contact me first to ask if it is ok to charge and repair at cost of $395!!! first he said he made a mistake then accused me of lying about receiving text notification. The owner took my watch cussed me out and told me I was as old as my watch while shaking his finger at me. I was yelled at and abused verbally. He opened the back and removed something. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!

We are incredibly sad and upset; it was a family heirloom originally from another country. It's irreplaceable and we are heartbroken that we trusted this place.

Recently inherited a lot of jewelry from a beloved Aunt. She was 98 yrs. Young when she passed. She…read morehad married late in life and never had children, so my sisters and brother were her unofficial children. In the mid 1930's she began her career as an executive secretary and later took classes in accounting to widen her breadth of experience. She was a thrifty woman but also loved being a sort of fashion plate. Growing up in New York City she had been well respected in the company's she worked for and because of that and her skills she was always paid a fairly good wage. My Aunt worked officially until she was 85 yrs. old, where she volunteered for many worthy causes. Because she earned a good wage she often splurged on herself and bought real gold or silver jewelry. When she did finally get married in her mid 40, she married a wonderful man who wanted to spoil her with fine jewelry. When I received my items, I had no way to know their value. Hence how I ended up walking into Tyson's Watch and Jewelry Exchange. We were helped out by Kevin who was absolutely wonderful. I explained how I had come into these items of jewelry and since some were made as far back as the 1930's I did not know if they were worth anything. Several items I brought along did not have any markings which was standard until the mid 1960's when markings stating sterling silver or 14 karat gold. He examined them briefly, told me what he suspected and then asked to X-ray the items to verify what he thought was solid gold and silver. His suspicions were right and told me I had some very nice pieces and that if I ever wanted to sell any, they would be happy to give us a fair price. In fact on one item they even gave me a 30 day offer to buy price should I would want to sell that particular item. He explained that it being vintage and very well crafted would be very interesting to several of their customers. I thought I had been very professionally and curiously treated the whole time we were there. Kevin was a big help suggesting places to sell some of the other pieces that they would not be interested in. I felt Kevin was honest and put me at ease of having assessed all the pieces of jewelry I brought in. I could see from their display cases that they only carried the very high end jewelry and for them to make an offer on a few of my pieces made me feel I had made the right decision to go to Tysons Watch and Jewelry Exchange. I left there with some decisions to make and eyed a few pieces I would like to add to my jewelry box. For right now all these items have been put into our safe deposit box until I can make some rational decisions about selling because right now I am still too emotionally attached to them. Thank you Tysons Watch and Jewelry Exchange for all of your help.

Karen was very knowledgeable and she answered all of my questions truthfully and respectfully. I had some gold that I didn't wear anymore and a couple of purses that I haven't even taken out in years. They quoted me a great price and didn't try to low ball me. Karen was kind and patient and they actually give good returns on my items. You have to understand, this is a business, they also have to turn a profit. Sure, you can sell your items on another platform, but you will have to still pay fees and shipping costs. Karen was amazing to work with. After cleaning out my jewelry box, I surely will return again. Thank you, Karen!!
