I'm really glad that I gave Sacramento Jewelers my business today. It's a family owned jewelry store and I was greeted with a warm smile at the door. When I asked about replacing the batteries in my watches, instead of disappointment for such a small request, I received a very cordial and friendly response. Both batteries were installed in under 20 minutes and it was a total of $30. $15 each, and these were not inexpensive watches. I couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended and I'll come back to have a look at their jewelry and gold collection in the future.

When I got engaged and wanted to transform some additional jewels into a necklace, I immediately thought of him. Mory collaborated with me on the design, providing thoughtful recommendations that truly prioritized my vision without any pressure to upsell. You can tell he takes immense pride in his work. When he called to tell me my necklace was ready, I couldn't contain my excitement, I'm not sure who was more thrilled, him or me! Mory even went above and beyond: one of my older, cracked jewels couldn't be used, but he took the time to find a stunning emerald replacement for me. I cannot recommend Mory enough as a jeweler. With years of experience and a strong connection to the local community, he is the perfect choice if you're looking for exquisite jewelry or need someone creative to design a piece from your own stones. I contacted Cameo Coins when preparing to sell a family member's coin collection and some stamps…read more The store personnel advised me on my options (appraisal, sale, etc) and recommended a time to arrive. At the store, numerous staff efficiently looked through all the different items I brought in and tallied up what they could offer, and let me know what items they could not take. I did not have a specific amount in mind of what I hoped to be offered, but Cameo's offer seemed extremely fair and they carefully clarified how the check should be made out to meet the requirements of my family member's estate. It was amazing to watch an assembly line of store personnel efficiently sort items and document the running sale total. I had approximately four bankers boxes worth of coins and a bin of stamps, and the entire process took less than an hour. I highly recommend Cameo Coins if you are looking to sell coins, collectables, or stamps or have those type of items appraised.

I figured since…read morethe link was so small maybe they just needed to charge a little more than other prices I have seen quoted for this place. When I came back to pick it up, the link they put in was not the same size as the other links on the necklace, which is noticeable because it sits on the front of my neck and also they didn't take out a small knot in the chain. I would've hoped for that price they could have done that. I asked the person checking out if they could try to do that and she couldn't figure it out. So now I'm out $30 with a mismatched necklace with a knot in it. They were done in about an hour.

For this reason I visited M&S to see if; one, they could make a duplicate & two, if it would be cost effective. I met Nasir & asked him if he would clean the pieces for me. Nasir was so informative, inviting & entertaining that I knew this would not be my last visit. After he cleaned my jewelry we spoke in detail about it how replicating the jewelry would be cost effective for both of us. Seeing that the pieces were heavily detailed. Nasir was so accommodating I decided he would be my jeweler going forward. Fast forward to yesterday evening. I pulled up to M&S at the very last minute in need of a birthday gift for very dear friend & Mohamed was pulling down the gate to close. I told him in my kindest voice that rushed over to pick out a very important gift. Being the sweet older gentleman he is. He unlocked the doors & let me in.
