Recently inherited a lot of jewelry from a beloved Aunt. She was 98 yrs. Young when she passed. She…read morehad married late in life and never had children, so my sisters and brother were her unofficial children. In the mid 1930's she began her career as an executive secretary and later took classes in accounting to widen her breadth of experience. She was a thrifty woman but also loved being a sort of fashion plate. Growing up in New York City she had been well respected in the company's she worked for and because of that and her skills she was always paid a fairly good wage. My Aunt worked officially until she was 85 yrs. old, where she volunteered for many worthy causes. Because she earned a good wage she often splurged on herself and bought real gold or silver jewelry. When she did finally get married in her mid 40, she married a wonderful man who wanted to spoil her with fine jewelry. When I received my items, I had no way to know their value. Hence how I ended up walking into Tyson's Watch and Jewelry Exchange. We were helped out by Kevin who was absolutely wonderful. I explained how I had come into these items of jewelry and since some were made as far back as the 1930's I did not know if they were worth anything. Several items I brought along did not have any markings which was standard until the mid 1960's when markings stating sterling silver or 14 karat gold. He examined them briefly, told me what he suspected and then asked to X-ray the items to verify what he thought was solid gold and silver. His suspicions were right and told me I had some very nice pieces and that if I ever wanted to sell any, they would be happy to give us a fair price. In fact on one item they even gave me a 30 day offer to buy price should I would want to sell that particular item. He explained that it being vintage and very well crafted would be very interesting to several of their customers. I thought I had been very professionally and curiously treated the whole time we were there. Kevin was a big help suggesting places to sell some of the other pieces that they would not be interested in. I felt Kevin was honest and put me at ease of having assessed all the pieces of jewelry I brought in. I could see from their display cases that they only carried the very high end jewelry and for them to make an offer on a few of my pieces made me feel I had made the right decision to go to Tysons Watch and Jewelry Exchange. I left there with some decisions to make and eyed a few pieces I would like to add to my jewelry box. For right now all these items have been put into our safe deposit box until I can make some rational decisions about selling because right now I am still too emotionally attached to them. Thank you Tysons Watch and Jewelry Exchange for all of your help.

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews. Surprisingly it was an absolutely delightful…read moreexperience. Karen was very knowledgeable and she answered all of my questions truthfully and respectfully. I had some gold that I didn't wear anymore and a couple of purses that I haven't even taken out in years. They quoted me a great price and didn't try to low ball me. Karen was kind and patient and they actually give good returns on my items. You have to understand, this is a business, they also have to turn a profit. Sure, you can sell your items on another platform, but you will have to still pay fees and shipping costs. Karen was amazing to work with. After cleaning out my jewelry box, I surely will return again. Thank you, Karen!!

So you actually do not buy anything from this store. You make an appointment to go in and try it on…read morebefore buying online. If your sales person was helpful in helping you make a decision to buy a certain piece of jewelry, they will send you a link that you can buy from and that way they get credit for the sale. It threw me off a bit but it kind of makes sense. I do like the service here and the non pushy atmosphere because of this business model. If you're looking for quality above costume jewelry, but also below fine jewelry, this one hits the spot.

We set up an appointment to look for engagement rings. The shop had a nice atmosphere. There were tons of mirrors and the lighting was great! There was a decent amount of ring styles and inventory options to try on in store. This was very important to me as I am a visual person. They sell both natural and lab grown diamonds. The items in store are just for display. Once you decide on your ring they can customize/order it for you. The prices were fairly competitive. They also have a GIA Certificate they can give you. My favorite part of ring shopping here was the customer service!! Nikki assisted us and she was so helpful. I felt truly cared about I also love that she gave me little tips from a woman's perspective. For example, how to choose my ring size so that it's comfortable but not overly snug because my finger may swell throughout the day or if we plan on having kids in the near future. She was also super patient and even assisted with taking picture so I can get a feel for how the ring looked on me. Overall, I love this shop and I highly recommend it. Tips: You can save money if you buy your ring in Delaware (tax free) If you buy your ring in store you get 15% off Book an appointment in advance rather than walking in. They'll reach out and ask for your cut preference so you're ready to go upon arrival. They'll do a finger measurement in store

I have purchased several pieces from this Tiffany's store over the years and still return from time…read moreto time to get my jewelry cleaned. It's too bad it takes at least 48hrs to have the pieces cleaned and picked up on top of having to pay for it now if it's sterling silver. The customer service here is exceptional and I love how helpful each associates are. Parking is free right in front of the store entrance too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone who is interested to purchasing a Tiffany's piece.

Although I left empty-handed, it was a wonderful visit…read more The sales associate, Marie, was so warm and welcoming. She was able to point me in the general direction of what I was looking for. I came in search of a specific tea set that I have not been able to find for sale at any Tiffany store I've visited anywhere in the world. I've only seen it in videos of the Blue Box Cafe in New York City and I've been searching for it for well over a year. Marie showed me a few other tea sets while trying to help me find the one I was looking for. They were pretty, but not my taste and couldn't compare to they set I was looking for. After a bit of research, she informed me that the specific set I'm looking was created exclusively for the Tiffany Blue Box Cafe and is not for sale to the public. I resisted the urge to shed a tear, but I was grateful that I could now end my search. Personal disappointment aside, the store is absolutely beautiful. Aside from the jewelry, this location also has a small collection of dishes, flatware, miscellaneous decor items, a small collection of glassware, a few baby gifts, and a decent collection of bags and wallets. And of course, the staff is polite, professional, and very welcoming. Even though I didn't leave with the tea set I wanted, I still enjoyed my visit.

Made my dreams come true!!!!!! I cannot believe I have my DREAM Diamond engagement ring!…read moreElite Jewelers is by far the best place to buy fine jewelry. I've done ALOT of shopping and research, and Elite has TOP QUALITY heirloom quality jewelry at unbeatable prices. I will always be a loyal customer because there really is NO other reputable jeweler where you can get such beautiful, high quality pieces for such great prices. This is a jewelry store for customers who KNOW jewelry and know what value means. If you're looking for cheap junk that is overpriced, go to Kay's. Everyone who works here is fabulous, and they will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. I designed a custom bridal set with them last year that is simply breathtaking. I just upgraded the stone to an EXCELLENT cut 2 carat Diamond, no visible flaws whatsoever, D color (the rarest and most expensive). It's absolutely breathtaking--my DREAM ring-- and I got it for HALF the price of any competitors. It came GIA certified with the serial number and paper certificate for my records. How do they do it? They leave their customers so thoroughly satisfied with each purchase, that you WILL come back again and again! I've already bought 2 necklaces and a pair of earrings in addition to my rings, and will definitely return the next time I want a new piece of jewelry. Treat your customers right, give them high quality goods for great prices, and you will win repeat customers for life. That's their business model. Don't think twice, just go to Elite Jewelers. They are second to none!

A female manager quoted me a very high price of $650 due to labor costs, without even measuring the necklace or counting the beads, said that's the cheapest in the mall and how another shop wouldn't give me the same price. She also pressured me by saying today was the last day of the sale. Nonetheless I walked away, did not feel like it was an honest or professional experience.
