I have been taking my watches here for battery replacement and to be repaired for many years now. The owner, Haji, is incredibly kind, sweet, and very good at his craft. Going into his shop is like going back in back in time. There are not many true honest, mom and pop businesses left out there and I hope people come and support him. He can fix any watch and he's very fast and the prices are the best anywhere. read more

Highly recommended shop! We stopped in to replace the battery in my dad's Bulova - the gentleman inside was courteous and very knowledgeable. He also informed us that my dads jeweler had incorrectly replaced the previous battery, and therefor broken the watch stem and crown. We left the watch to be fixed (my Dad was visiting from SC), and received a call that SAME evening, informing us it was ready! Pricing was fantastic, but even better, the gentleman sourced the parts, and repaired the watch within 6 hrs! We couldn't be more pleased! read more

I accidentally dropped my favorite wrist watch, causing the face to shift and display crooked from the inside. I brought it in to inquire about repairs, and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. He took time to explain what was damaged and how he would fix it. Luckily, the damage was only cosmetic; I had my watch repaired and battery replaced (at a fair price) within a few days. It looks and works great. Thanks so much! read more

I loved the expertise and knowledge of Mr.Haji. I took my Porsche Design. This was purchased in Germany and it was going to take 3-4 months to have it repaired. It took about two weeks to be repaired at his place. I took it to 3 different places and his was the best price and the time for repairs was the fastest. He also repairs eyeglasses and sunglasses on the spot. I highly recommend him for any watch repairs!!!! read more

I brought a watch with a broken band to be repaired and also decided to have it cleaned. When the watch was returned to me, I noticed moisture under the crystal (watch face). I returned to have the issue fixed. I was suprised to recieve a $10 charge to resolve sloppy work. The repairman stated "You shouldn't swim with your watch!" I don't swim with this watch.....In 7 years of ownership I'd never swam with the watch or seen moisture under the crystal. After clearing up the moisture...the clasp would not connect when returned to me. The repairman stated "Oh you have to use the two buttons to unlock the clasp!" I've had the watch for 7 years and know how to put it on and take it off. I felt I was being hustled when the repairman stated he could repair my clasp for $15, although it wasn't broken when he took it to resolve the moisture issue. I have to chalk up my loses and in the future go to a more reputable watch repair shop or jeweler. The shop offers a variety of watches, many appear to be second hand. I saw several watches made by Citizen and Seiko as well as two Rolex watches of the same model. I can't confirm authenticity of the watches being sold. I would not recommend bringing a high end watch to this establishment to be serviced, based on my experience. read more

$15 battery replacement $35 to replace the crystal (glass) He seemed kind and smart. Watch was ready the day before he quoted me and looks great. I asked him to clean it and it's clean. He even held the door open for me because I was carrying a car seat. Will use again, hopefully for just the battery next time. read more

The owner was very nice. He was able to change three batteries for my watches while I waited. Did not take long at all. Cost $30 and change to replace the batteries. read more

Went in with 80's hand me down timex mechanical watch with busted crystal, asked to just replace it with no other work. Could have picked up same day but chose to swing by few days later and found the dial was cleaned, case had a quick clean (looks sharp) and replaced a broken pin on the metal band (even after mentioning I'd be swapping in a leather). So happy with work I took in a second citizen with stripped case crown threads and said new case and cost to repair worth more than watch so good advice to not blow all my money on a loosing proposition. Medium shop, big service will not cut corners to satisfy and very up front with repair options and great cost! read more

My Omega need a new crystal I called several places and went to few different shops they all wanted to charge me an arm and leg, I came across Time Square on Yelp and decided to to check it out! Mr. Haji replaced my crystal same day and he charged me half from the previous quotes I had received. He's very fair and knows what he's doing,. He's got my business for life!! read more

I took 2 watches in for batteries. One took 15 minutes and cost $20, the other I had to leave because the perpetual calendar had to be reset. I was told that would be $40, which seemed high to me, but I left it. When I returned to pick it up, I was charged $50. After paying $70 for 2 batteries and a calendar reset, I got home and noticed that the calendar was changing at noon instead of midnight. Not sure if I should bother going back. read more

Excellent service! I needed to find a new stem and crown for my watch, and nobody in the area had what I needed, or if they did they were asking for an outrageous price. Him and his wife were very friendly, they had what I needed, and even fixed it on the same day even though he originally told me it wouldn't be ready until the next morning. He knew it was a timely issue for me, so he fit me in! Highly recommend!! read more

Great customer service, fair prices, and they complete their work in a timely manner. I brought my watch in to have the battery replaced, ran a couple of errands, and when I came back, it was ready to go (and the lady who fixed it even set it to the right time!) read more

Called same day brought a watch in for repair the gentleman was extremely kind and had me on my way in no time! Thank you

I have been working with Hadji for over 5 years. His prices are low, his friendship is real, and his skills are 30+ YEARS THICK. He has seen it all. So, it is a little 1 man shop and he just remodeled the store and modernized it. He always charges me $20 or less for cleanings, batteries are 5 to 10 bucks installed, and he does it while you wait. No ticket to lose...he fixes it right there unless he has to order a part. I His wife stays there with them and they talk and lagh...you can see the love. It shows in his work. He loves what he does, and he does it right. read more

I have used this store several times to have my clocks and watches cleaned and/or repaired. I have quite impressed with the owner's ability to understand the problem, state clearly what needs to be done, set a reasonable price, and perform excellent work. read more

Very nice couple that owns this place. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be back.

My oh my! What a nice business this. I had 6 watches that needed batteries, and two of them also needed repairs in the watch bands. The owner waited on me and said to have a seat while he did the work! When does that happen in this day and age?! It took about 5 minutes to do all the needed work and the price was very reasonable. I also want to say the shop was very neat and clean. A delightful experience all the way around. They also do jewelry repair which is good to know. Highly recommend this place!! read more

Took analog quartz watch in today for battery replacement and they were super fast, friendly, and fairly priced. Highly recommend

I've had a Rolex fixed and cleaned here, and they are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very meticulous. Their prices are better than other stores in the area. I am very satisfied and would recommend them for any watch work. read more

After filing a complaint with Fairfax County, the owner called me and offered to let me exchange the defective band. Nevertheless, I still do not intend to return to this store in the future. First, both times I was in the store, I was shown three or four bands that would fit my wife's watch and was told those were the only ones available. I like supporting small businesses, but I also need to have options from a larger inventory when shopping for something like a watch band. Second, when I returned for the exchange, the gentleman behind the counter did not make me feel like a valued customer but rather seemed to be begrudgingly giving me what I wanted. He also went out of his way to keep explaining to me why he thought I was wrong to insist on an exchange. (The owner did the same to me on the phone.) There are plenty of other watch shops in the DMV to which I have been that make me feel like a valued customer, and those are the shops that will receive my future business. read more

I walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon needing my two MK watches repaired. Haji the owner greeted me upon my visit and took care of my watches in a timely and efficient manner. As I was waiting for my watches I browsed their selection of antique watches and jewelry. I ended up buying one of their antique silver and turquoise ring. He told me the stories behind most of the jewelry which all had one thing in common. Beautiful unique designs brought to America from all over the world. I really recommend this place for any jewelry or watch repairs and even purchases ;) 10/10! Amazing service amazing people and wonderful stories read more
