I kept asking why so much and was told the prices listed near the phone don't include the phone an activation etc. I said that makes no sense, I should have just said no and walked away. Figured I was in for a penny at that point. I have post paid cell service and it's a very good plan with a decent price but I wanted to explore ATT. Now I am having buyers remorse. If it doesn't work on my vacation I'm going to be really upset. With all the hidden fees and costs I wasn't expecting I definitely will not go with them post paid.

Even though Zamira could not assist to complete the transaction, Stephanie picked right up where she left off! I was able to have all of my questions answered, even the ones that they could not assist with, they both were able to provide more information on how I could get the answer. Also when I discussed my plan with them, they claimed I would be charged a higher cost if I changed my plan but I used the T-Mobile website chat later that day and the chat agent offered a lower priced deal for the same changes. This specific store does not offer the best prices that T-Mobile offers. I am very disappointed in the service this store provides.

But after Cox repeatedly called me about the cancellation of services after I told them the service was for my father who passed away and they still didn't stop the sales calls, I didn't want to provide them with any other means of data collection off me or my family by using a credit card.
