I ordered the S22 Ultra 256GB in black and I was excited that I could have the return kit mailed to my house. Even though Zamira could not assist to complete the transaction, Stephanie picked right up where she left off! I was able to have all of my questions answered, even the ones that they could not assist with, they both were able to provide more information on how I could get the answer. I went back to the store 09/14 and they claimed they still don't have any in stock and they don't think their shipment will arrive. So they basically lied to me and wasted my time. Also when I discussed my plan with them, they claimed I would be charged a higher cost if I changed my plan but I used the T-Mobile website chat later that day and the chat agent offered a lower priced deal for the same changes. This specific store does not offer the best prices that T-Mobile offers. I am very disappointed in the service this store provides.

But after Cox repeatedly called me about the cancellation of services after I told them the service was for my father who passed away and they still didn't stop the sales calls, I didn't want to provide them with any other means of data collection off me or my family by using a credit card.
