Horrible service. The regular employees there are always on their phones. (Tyler, Marlena and Julio) I went to the store a days ago and after I left I noticed there were extra charges on my account; when I called Verizon customer service they couldn't believe that Julio had added extra charges! Luckily Verizon took care of it. I already let the better business burrow of this location, I'm appalled and shocked that these people were hired to work there. Julio was quick and very knowledgeable. Got straight to the point with my Samsung switch. I purchased the note 7 and it was recalled with flight restrictions being placed on it. I decided to purchase a note edge and get the benefit of the $100 credit for staying a Samsung user. The worst customer service. They lied to me and said their having a promotion if I got the hot spot I can get 10GB for $60 they charged me $180 and only gave me 5GB. I was out of town and used the internet thinking I have 10GB but service was cut off the second day. Then they said I can get 10GB for $60 if I want to use the hot spot within 3 months and that was a lie they wanted to charge me $60 for 5GB. Now I'm stuck with the hot spot and pissed off for being lied to. read more

I was absolutely amazed at how generous Taylor was with her service. She stayed an hour and fifteen minutes over her time to help me and while I was there she even answered the door to a desperate client who showed up after hours and tried to help her as well. I broke my iPhone on a run this morning. Went to the store thinking it would be a huge headache since I have no insurance and 3 months left on my contract. Taylor made it sooooooo easy. I got a great phone, even after I told her I wanted a iphone7 and she started setting everything up and I changed my mind and wanted a 7plus. She didn't mind changing the phone and was super cool about it. I got everything I needed and got my screen protector installed. It was a great start to my Sunday. I went in today to get a new phone charger because the one that I bought from Verizon just a few months ago broke and it has a one year warranty on it. The two people working there said there was nothing they could do to help me...they were unwilling to honor the warranty and exchange my charger or give me a new one. They told me to call the manufacturer and I explained that that would take too much time and that I needed a phone charger today. Their suggestion...buy a new one. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!??! I JUST BOUGHT THE ONE I HAVE BECAUSE IT HAD A ONE YEAR WARRANTY AND YOU WON'T EVEN EXCHANGE IT FOR ME!!! WHY WOULD I BUY ANOTHER ONE FROM YOU????? WIRELESS PLUS is a TERRIBLE!! AVOID! The purchase began at the Studio City store where a sales person misinformed me about a new iPhone purchase. i went in on a Tuesday with a promise the phone would be available by Saturday. By Saturday - No such luck. Called the Van Nuys store to see if they had a phone and if they would work with my order and they said they could. Drove there to be told it would have to be taken care of Monday but "don't worry". Helena had my number and promised that with the delay I would get a discount on a case. Arrived after work on Monday and instantly was told that there was nothing they could do and i would have to continue to wait for my phone to be delivered. I demanded a refund. The manager was completely unhelpful and walked outside on his phone while Helena tried to manage a refund on the computer. She fumbled about for several minutes and I had to return to the Studio City store to process it. (I still don't know if I have a credit yet). Helena initiated the tangled up mess and had no explanation why she even thought she could be helpful. I drove down the street to A REAL VERIZON STORE and got the same phone $100.00 CHEAPER and had it set up and ready to go in less than 20 mins! read more

I really wish I checked yelp before I went to this place. I went to finally upgrade my phone, was falsely advertised a core prime, told that it was just like a "mini galaxy s5." Took it home and it's a piece a crap. A phone that maybe my grandma would use. Long story short they wouldn't recognize their error. I had to spend 3 hours on the phone with Verizon to rectify a easily avoidable mistake. I still can't get a new phone for a few months and stuck with this POS. read more

I can't say anything is done right at this location. I have a warranty purchased on my phone and they were not willing to honor the warranty because it was purchased in washington. I had to buy a new phone in full as my only option. I got a cheap one until I was eligible for an update in a month. My wife went in to purchase me a Samsung Galaxy s6 edge in cash for our anniversary and they wouldn't let her just buy the phone without putting it onto a plan. They forced her to leave without a phone. She bought it somewhere else and when I went in to get it turned on they wouldn't return the phone that I had used for a week due to it was the last one available. They force you into buying the most expensive options available! read more

Kudos to Helen and Ernesto for working at this store, they are very patient with the horrible Verizon computer systems but know exactly what they are doing. I picked up my new Galaxy S5 last weekend and I love it. My boyfriend's iPhone C 32 took a few days but they made sure to let us know when it came in and again dealt with the crappy computer system. I highly recommend this store over the one on Ventura in Sherman Oaks, they may be nice but they do not have the knowledge level of Helen and Ernesto! Happy Customers! read more

I have bought many phones over the years and have gone through the achingly agonizing and often confusing process of waiting and guessing and waiting some more. I don't often take to Yelp but I just had to get this out. I just bought an iPhone 11, which I normally would purchase at the chaotic Apple store. I was helped by the sweetest, most knowledgable woman, Aracelli, who gave me lots of information, explained it clearly, saved me lots of money on a special I was unaware of, and I left there feeling taken care of in a way that is highly unusual, not just in a phone store, but in any store. Her supervisor is to be commended on running a great operation and I have already recommended her to my son and his girlfriend who will be going there tomorrow. I bought a Key tempered glass for my iPhone 7 plus that the employee installed on 7/29. The next morning, the corner around the button was all cracked (Where he pried it up to re-install it straight) Contacted both Wireless Plus and Key and have had no response from either. We dropped by last Sunday to upgrade our old iPhone 5s's. We were helped by Araceli S. She was fantastic! We upgraded to Apple Xs-max. She answered every question we could come up with. She also covered every option to save us money. After we decided on a phone she transferred everything from our old to new phones perfectly. Before we left several other customers came in.
