I am amazed by the excellent customer service I received from Alicia at this location. I had attempted to start a business line with another carrier I had for my personal phone and they gave me the run around with their customer service since I wanted to do a separate account for a business. Finally, I ended up coming to Verizon, and I am SO thankful she was the representative that came to assist me. She went far and above her job description to ensure I left with not only my business cell phone but a unbeatable bundle with a new phone, internet and a new iPad! A total of four hours was spent to ensure I was satisfied. I'm going to say that again. She spent a total of four working with their customer service over the phone, their business approvals team, and the business sales agent. Give her a raise, let her know she is just amazing! I went to the Apple Store to buy a new iPhone. No luck. Not available. I went to the Verizon authorized store in the mall. The Go Wireless store. Adriana assisted me when I came into the store. They not only had the new iPhone but they had all the accessories I wanted. Adriana spent so much time with me to ensure everything was transferred to the new phone and the old phone was erased. The trade in value I got for my old phone was a lot more than what I was going to get from the Apple store. I getting my next phone from Go Wireless Verizon store in the mall. read more

She didn't have an answer to any of my questions. She also looked like she did not want to be there and she also continued to check her phone as well. If i could give 10 stars i would because of Juan. I had such a bad experience at the corporate Verizon by In and out burger. I happened to stop in this store and ask if they would help transfer my date to a new phone as i was a long time Verizon customer. He said yes we can, i said i dont have the new phone with me he told me when he would be working that week. I came back he spent over 2 hrs with me transferring the data. He made sure all my pictures and emails and texts came over to the new phone. He was also able to help other customers while things were transferring and i was waiting each customer he helped seemed very happy and satisfied. Thank you Juan read more

We picked up two new phones the day after Christmas and were helped by Vanessa. She was fantastic! There was one little hiccup, but she handled it professionally and thoroughly. She knows her stuff and could multi-task. The other employee working there at the time was, well, slow and definitely NOT able to multi-task. My only complaint is about the management. They rarely have more than one person working in this store. That might save money, but you lose customers. There were two employees working the day after Christmas and it should have been four. I have been with Verizon for many years... and sadly I would say this location has the WORST and most INACCURATE service I have ever encountered. A tall young man with dark hair who did not have a name tag ( he said his name was Nicholas) provided such terrible customer service. I came into the store to upgrade my phones on my plan. I can tell he was fidgety since there were customers waiting outside. I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone to the next iPhone and wanted information. He blandly explained the plans but I can tell he just did not want to help. He even told us we didn't have to pay out of pocket today. I asked a couple of questions and eventually decided that I wanted to upgrade. Then he said we DID have to pay fees and taxes. He kept telling us how high our bill will be over... and over...and over... I said that's fine I still want an upgrade. He said the color I wanted would take 3 weeks. We were fine with that. Then I said I wanted to see the colors they did have in the store, maybe I can get another color. He said he couldn't show me because it was in the back sealed in boxes.... ok??? By this time I started getting annoyed. I decided to just get a color they had in the store without looking at it. Then he said because the iphone12 was popular, that his district manager ordered customers to purchase a protection screen AND a phone case in order to get the iphone. He then pointed at the people outside waiting, saying there is a big line. It sounds like some scam rather than upselling items. It felt as though he didn't want to take the process to upgrade my phone because there were customers outside or because he just didn't feel like working. I'm warning customers, turn around, don't waste your time here and visit another friendlier Verizon location ! read more

I was experiencing horrible customer service at AT&T so I decided to switch to Verizon. I went in the store on Tuesday I was in the store over three hours and left with three new phones that didn't work yet. The two lines that I transferred from AT&T didn't start working until 30 minutes ago. My business line. I went in today and was treated worse than AT&T had ever treated me. They told me it was AT&T fault my phone wasn't working and to call them. So I did, but I told one of the employees to take some responsibility and she did not like that at all. This was a short African American woman with short hair and looped ears. She was so disrespectful, at one point she told me "F" you in front of the store manager and they asked me to leave. I had to drive to a completely different Verizon to correct a mistake that they made. That place looks like it's ran by kids and I would not recommend this place at all. If I could I would give them 0 stars. The managers name was Juan, it seemed as though he was afraid of the woman. But can I blame him? I mean she did aggressively approach me and after they pulled her away she started texting someone. Probably her back up. How am I to know, and these people have access to our personal information? No wonder fraud is running rampant in this country. These phones that we pay for today are expensive, and if I'm going to be spending thousands of dollars with a company the least they can do is not tell me "F" you to my face. Completely unacceptable. I would personally choose to give no stars. But I gave one star because when I intially walked into the store June 16th Miranda's service was decent. Mind you my husband and I waited 45 minutes for her to assist us. I was adding a line and getting a new phone for my daughter as a birthday gift for July 12th and getting an upgrade for myself. At the time they only had my daughters phone and I had to wait for mine to come in. We asked if we could just get hers for now but for whatever reason they said we couldn't til my phone came in. I was reassured not to worry because my phone would come in before my daughter's birthday. So a week past we call about the phone and they said it hasn't come in. We wait again and call back the beginning of July because it's getting closer to my daughter's Birthday. No phone!!!! Asked again if I could just get my daughter's phone. Was told no. I was still patient. Call July 19th regarding phone...still no phone...Beginning of August my husband receives a text saying the phone is on the way. I call the store still no phone. So I go on vacation come back I call August 17th. IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 MONTHS. Now I'm upset. I call the store Miranda answers, I asked about the phone and all of a sudden a phone appears. I ask her when did it come she said some time last week. And I tell her when were you going to notify me?!?!? She said to be honest I'm not even sure if this is your phone. She then tells me my PO was canceled. I tell her what does that even stand for. She said my Purchasing Order was canceled. Now I ask for the manager. Juan is now on the phone.. So I ask the manager what is going on let me just say the conversation between he and I didn't go well. He lacks customer service skills and thank goodness calls are recorded there was ALOT more words exchanged. What upsets me the most was the deal that they offered intially(buy one phone get one phone) was canceled because my phone didn't come in!!! Now how is that the customers fault?!?!?!? I asked him with a firm voice about having transparency to let us know what was going on. At that point he said "you're not about to tell me how to do my job!" Verizon hasn't handled this matter the best to their ability. Maybe because its Go Wireless but they still represent Verizon. I don't know what happened to the customer service within the few years, as I was in the same store and gave credit where it was due.. Unfortunately this incident led me to transfer carriers after 17 years with Verizon and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well for the poor service I received. read more

My husband I have lucked out and been able to be served by a young gentleman by the name of Jake multiple times now. (At his old location and NEW one in the Valencia mall!) so grateful for his guidance. Getting us on the right plan and purchasing the right accessories for our busy lifestyles. Tried to upgrade my wife's phone to the new iPhone and they tried to scam her into buying a bogus case and screen and protection plan that would be in addition to our monthly bill. Horrible customer service and major deceptive vibes from everyone except Gilbert. And to top it off, when we cancelled the upgrade because they couldn't apply the trade in value towards the new phone cost, they deactivated my wife's current phone. This has to be one of the sketchiest stores I've even been in. I came in trying to upgrade my iPhone and sure enough I was told I was qualified, I then asked if there was going to be an OTD charge for my upgrade and I was told no. After picking the plan I wanted to upgrade to and ready to do the swap I was told I needed to pay the taxes and fees before proceeding... "ok, I thought i was not going to pay anything".. but I agreed to that and then I was hit with another surprise charge to which Nicholas the guy helping said that his district manager had imposed a rule for iPhones because of the high demand I had to purchase the screen protector and case if I wanted the phone!!!! This is the second time this store has played me dirty and will be filling a formal complaint. Please make your self a favor and be on the look out for any sketchy surprise charges they may want to hit you with. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. Walked in to the store on Saturday mid-day, only 2 people working there. One had a couple he was helping at the counter & the other guy was chatting (flirting) with 2 girls. We were not acknowledged at all by either employee. We waited patiently as my daughter needed a new phone since hers was water damaged. Another man came in after us & proceeded to ask the guy flirting a question which he answered! Still ignoring us! I was ready to leave at this point but as he was now available to help I decided to stay. He was so distracted looking out of the store into the mall he barely looked at me. He asked what had happened to the phone then went to plug it in to a power source. He was having a hard time figuring out my account, he had to call someone to ask questions...still couldn't figure it out, still incredibly distracted by the mall patrons walking by...had to ask him to go get phone that he had plugged in & return to me. His name was Ricky. Also not that when we went into another Verizon store they have a machine for water damaged phones but you cannot have plugged in your phone!!!! Way less than 1 star!! My husband and I went in at 4:30 this afternoon to upgrade our phones. Juan, the manager helped us decide at the same time walking away to help other customers. Rude, but fine. He then handed us over to another employee to finish up. She was great... aggressive sales person insisting on upselling us on everything...again, annoying but fine. We were told it could take up to 30 mins for our new phones to sync with with our old phones. It had already been an hour at this point. We return 30 mins later to be told rudely by Juan that "it hasn't even started yet and we have no idea how long it will take. He is of course with another customer at the same time instead of trying to solve the issue with our 2 phones that we had just paid $550 dollars for even though we were getting a "free upgrade". 8pm still not working. Juan, the manager had left a aong time ago and Armani tried her best to help us. Couldn't get it to work. We left with our old phones and no reimbursement even though we were told we had been. Do not waste your time and money at this store! Verizon has lost 2 customers they have had for over 20 years. Worst store I have ever been to. read more
