    I am amazed by the excellent customer service I received from Alicia at this location. I had attempted to start a business line with another carrier I had for my personal phone and they gave me the run around with their customer service since I wanted to do a separate account for a business. Finally, I ended up coming to Verizon, and I am SO thankful she was the representative that came to assist me. She went far and above her job description to ensure I left with not only my business cell phone but a unbeatable bundle with a new phone, internet and a new iPad! A total of four hours was spent to ensure I was satisfied. I'm going to say that again. She spent a total of four working with their customer service over the phone, their business approvals team, and the business sales agent. Give her a raise, let her know she is just amazing! We need more of this in this day and age!

    ZAGG IS NO LONGER ZAGG…read more I've always ran ZAGG screen protectors and loved them and the assurance they offer... Recently I upgraded to the iphone 16 and knew instantly who I wanted to trust to protect my screen. Went directly from Apple to zagg and had a new protector installed. I chose the option that provided protection along with privacy from the sides A $75 protector.... (My girlfriend has one from Amazon she paid 20 dollars for and has never had any breakage on it and it's also a privacy one, hers is impossible to see from the sides.... The zagg offers no privacy unless your brightness is entirely down with True Tone off.FYI) 2 days later on the first drop from under 2 feet... it broke across the entire screen... I went back and had it replaced hassle free with the same style protector. (This is when they informed me about their new policies that ZAGG will not cover cracked protectors now and that really made me sad because that's what really made ZAGG stand out) now it had air bubbles so I had returned around an hour later, I thought they would push the bubbles out. I was in disbelief that they took it off threw it away and replaced it entirely! This made me feel relieved, I thought wow they really want me pleased! LOL this screen protectors has broken 4x in 3 days... it's got hair lines all through it!!! I will definitely never use another zagg protector on one of my phones. The employees were super chill, they did not like the policy changes themselves so they say. Regardless for me to pay 75 dollars for a screen protector and it be breaking on impacts of less than 2 feet... absolutely not! But will definitely not ever refer a friend to buy a zagg product again.

You spent 4.5 hours on the phone with them two weeks in a row, with no resolution just broken promises. Called again today and was told again my order is delayed and they have no answers for me except it should be there tomorrow which is what I keep being told day after day.. hard to believe at this point. Every-time I request to speak with a supervisor they find a way around transferring me.. or the supervisor I speak with makes promises that don't come true or transfer me without telling me to a different dept. I've never in my life experienced such bad customer service. I will be canceling our lines and never going to go back or refer anyone to Verizon. that's for sure.

He is the least professional manager I think I have ever encountered. What an embarrassment to AT&T to have someone so far detached from customer service representing them. At 7:45pm I called the store several times to check the order before they closed. No one picked up the phone. Tuesday morning I called back no one answered again, I waited until noon, a man answered the phone didn't apologize just said the store was busy yesterday . He didn't take my name or number just put me on hold to "look" for my order. Not sure how he would do so without my information. After being on hold for over 25 Mins I hung up. Will cancel the order and just place one online. So much for trying to give a local store business.

Hours later I still have not been able to renew the subscription. Never received any codes. Instructions are made in jargon. I've been a member of GEEK Squad since they started. No longer. There is no room for people: Only bots and faceless, voiceless agents which. If you've ever seen the skit from SNL about Spectrum, this is exactly what happens only without the faces of real people.

After the new service was installed, I went to the store to cancel my AT&T home internet service. First the store can't cancel service but can certainly setup new service. This is the first warning to not use AT&T services. I went home and called the AT&T customer service. The second warning is the link to cancel service is not clear. waiting on hold for what seemed more than an hour I talked with a representative. The representative when through the steps to cancel my service. In reality it wasn't cancelled at all. I went to the store very upset. The representative named Sophia looked at me with a chip on her shoulder and did nothing but be a bobble head. Third warning, the AT&T representatives don't have the education, do not want to help, or can't help. As of this writing I'm still attempting to cancel my service 30 days after calling and having a representative confirm my cancellation. No matter the reason don't use AT&T services. If you do, you will have a lot of problems when you want to cancel anything.
