This is what manager responded not once have they called me or resolved my issue

WORST experience ever -- Verizon is a scam. Stay away from this store and Verizon!! I deeply regret switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. I was promised a lower monthly bill -- instead, I got more than double what I used to pay. I signed up for 5 lines, but Verizon fraudulently added 7 lines without my knowledge or consent, plus insurance I explicitly declined (I already had AppleCare). Clearly done to boost commissions or get credits. I was also told connection fees would be waived -- they weren't. My first bill was nearly $400, compared to $269 with T-Mobile. Coverage? Horrible. I rely on my phone for business and was told service would be strong. The internet is painfully slow, and calls constantly drop. I called to cancel within the first week. The rep convinced me not to because I'd get back my 3 trade-in devices. Weeks went by -- no devices. When I called again, they admitted it was a mistake and that my devices were gone, but they'd offer market value instead. I returned Verizon's devices, canceled within 3-4 weeks, and bought new phones to return to T-Mobile. Now Verizon wants $3,200 in cancellation fees. For two months, I've been calling customer service. I can't get a supervisor on the phone. No one will help. If you're experiencing the same -- please reach out. Consumers deserve the truth, not empty promises and deceptive practices. It's been 2 months and as unheard of I have not being able to get in touch with a supervisor or manager.

Service in Valencia is not the business, this happened from 8:00am until 5pm-ish. This happens way too often.

If you work or live in Santa Clarita Valley and you are thinking about switching to Verizon Wireless, DO NOT switch! I moved to Santa Clarita 2 years ago and I have been having on-and-off service issues. It's especially noticeable in the Valencia area, by The Promenade Shopping Center or the mall. I never had these types of service issues when I lived in the San Fernando Valley or Hollywood area. At first, I thought these issues were because of a defective phone or that it was too old, but even when I updated my phone to the latest 5G I still had the same issues. I even went to this store/location to talk to the sales representative, and he was more focused on upgrading the plan that I was on (to the "5G play more") rather than really trying to figure out my concerns. The guy at the store asked me to upgrade three times when I was there. I was not convinced that switching was going to help, and I was right. I ended up getting the play more 4 months later because I received a discount, but even now that I did that, my service has not improved much. Yesterday, I spent from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm trying to get service on my phone. It would constantly cycle through "No Service" - "4G" - "5G" and then again back to "No Service". During this time, I was not able to make or receive phone calls, text message, check emails, go on social media, etc. Every time I call or message Verizon about this matter, they say there's a "signal issue", but this happens way too frequently. It's extremely frustrating. Lastly, I have some friends in this area who said they changed carriers because of how unpredictable and inconsistent the service is out here. So much for "the most reliable network".

Every day, I am constantly bewildered by incompetence with seemingly simple tasks. Paid online to upgrade my daughters' smart watches to pick up via an Express locker. I entered both daughters' numbers in the locker, and I was unable to retrieve the phones due to an 'error'. I had to go in the store to seek the help from a cohort of around 8-9 associates congregating with idle time. The sole female representative kindly came to my assistance. Instead of seeking why the numbers I entered didn't work, she asked for my ID. She was a tad older, and like any millennial, I always run out of the house with my phone (including digital copy of ID) and car keys. She then proceeded to berate me for "driving without a license", and made it seem impossible to retrieve these phones. Her manager saw the debacle from a distance and gave her the "OK" to provide me these watches from this treasured locker. Low and behold, I get home to activate- the store activated NEW numbers instead of upgrading the EXISTING numbers- hence, why the locker would not open when I input the existing numbers. This associate wanted to spend more time questioning me on my ID than realizing WHY the lockers wouldn't open. Frankly, I am used to getting racially profiled in SCV and would not typically care. But this paired with the store's blatant incompetence has left me speechless.

ZAGG IS NO LONGER ZAGG…read more I've always ran ZAGG screen protectors and loved them and the assurance they offer... Recently I upgraded to the iphone 16 and knew instantly who I wanted to trust to protect my screen. Went directly from Apple to zagg and had a new protector installed. I chose the option that provided protection along with privacy from the sides A $75 protector.... (My girlfriend has one from Amazon she paid 20 dollars for and has never had any breakage on it and it's also a privacy one, hers is impossible to see from the sides.... The zagg offers no privacy unless your brightness is entirely down with True Tone off.FYI) 2 days later on the first drop from under 2 feet... it broke across the entire screen... I went back and had it replaced hassle free with the same style protector. (This is when they informed me about their new policies that ZAGG will not cover cracked protectors now and that really made me sad because that's what really made ZAGG stand out) now it had air bubbles so I had returned around an hour later, I thought they would push the bubbles out. I was in disbelief that they took it off threw it away and replaced it entirely! This made me feel relieved, I thought wow they really want me pleased! LOL this screen protectors has broken 4x in 3 days... it's got hair lines all through it!!! I will definitely never use another zagg protector on one of my phones. The employees were super chill, they did not like the policy changes themselves so they say. Regardless for me to pay 75 dollars for a screen protector and it be breaking on impacts of less than 2 feet... absolutely not! But will definitely not ever refer a friend to buy a zagg product again.

Michael B took the time to address my issue to the fullest extent and provided guidance in resolution without hesitation. Michael B showed empathy with my frustration and took every step he could to help and I walked out feeling pretty confident in the issue being fixed. However. During my encounter that same useless redheaded manager...fully knowing I was irritated at the situation...decided to come out to the sales floor and make small talk with another female worker and then proceeded to do a little dance while playing on his phone. He is the least professional manager I think I have ever encountered. What an embarrassment to AT&T to have someone so far detached from customer service representing them. He is a joke and should be demoted at the very least! Michael B should be that store's manager!

Ordered a new iPhone 17pro online at 3pm on a Monday. Received an email that I will get a pick up…read moreemail in approx 2 hours. At 7:45pm I called the store several times to check the order before they closed. No one picked up the phone. Tuesday morning I called back no one answered again, I waited until noon, a man answered the phone didn't apologize just said the store was busy yesterday . He didn't take my name or number just put me on hold to "look" for my order. Not sure how he would do so without my information. After being on hold for over 25 Mins I hung up. Will cancel the order and just place one online. So much for trying to give a local store business.

After the new service was installed, I went to the store to cancel my AT&T home internet service. First the store can't cancel service but can certainly setup new service. This is the first warning to not use AT&T services. I went home and called the AT&T customer service. The second warning is the link to cancel service is not clear. waiting on hold for what seemed more than an hour I talked with a representative. The representative when through the steps to cancel my service. In reality it wasn't cancelled at all. I went to the store very upset. The representative named Sophia looked at me with a chip on her shoulder and did nothing but be a bobble head. Third warning, the AT&T representatives don't have the education, do not want to help, or can't help. As of this writing I'm still attempting to cancel my service 30 days after calling and having a representative confirm my cancellation. No matter the reason don't use AT&T services. If you do, you will have a lot of problems when you want to cancel anything.
