When I confronted them about using thermal paste, they said the used "thermal compound" and never said paste but it's "probably too much of a technical term for you" I want to inform you, thermal paste and thermal compound are the same thing. Go to Wikipedia, for either, it'll showcase half a dozen terms used interchangeably for the same thing. The fact that they DO NOT know this say you do NOT want to use them for any repairs.
