From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with smiles and were incredibly accommodating. They answered every question I had without hesitation or attitude and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I've been coming to this location for years, and Brian and Joe truly provide top-notch customer service. uBreakiFix should be very happy to have these guys on their team. Highly recommend!

Formal Customer Complaint…read more I arrived at ubreakifix at 6:45 p.m., while the store was still open and scheduled to close at 7:00 p.m. There were two customers ahead of me who were waiting to pick up their phones. When it was my turn, I informed the person working there at the time by the name if Jose that I wanted to purchase the $40 phone protection plan and only had a quick question regarding what the coverage included. Before I could ask my question, Jose told me that he "didn't have time" to answer it. His overall demeanor made it seem as though he was in a rush to get everyone out of the store before closing. I explained that I already knew which protection plan I wanted to purchase and only needed clarification on the coverage. I also assured him that my question would only take a moment. After that, he reluctantly allowed me to remain and complete the purchase. I later learned that he was trying to leave early so he could make an 8:00 p.m. movie. While I understand that employees have personal plans outside of work, customers who arrive during normal business hours should still be treated with professionalism, patience, and respect. I arrived before closing, knew exactly what I wanted to buy, and was simply asking a reasonable question about a product I was purchasing. I was disappointed by the interaction and felt that I was being rushed instead of assisted. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers receive the level of service they should expect during posted business hours. This review gets two stars because I understand we all have our bad days and those don't normally reflect who we are as people in the long run. I genuinely do think Jose would have provided better customer service if he didn't have a movie to catch.

The Device Lab

Let me share with you an awesome experience with the founder and owner of The Device Lab, Austin,…read morewho is calm, cool, collected, down to earth, and who impressed me so much that I feel compelled to share my story here. I would like to express my appreciation of Austin's professional ingenuity and get the word out that he is head and shoulder above Genius Bar in what he does-- device repair. Price is reasonable. Here is the quick story: Last Saturday (08-15-2026) I took my 2016 Apple MacBook Pro to Apple Genius Bar for diagnostic and repair, where I was received with utmost courtesy, waited there patiently for 1.5 hours, witnessed my computer given all kinds of diagnostic tactics by the receptionist, who did with all her earnest effort to revive it. Unfortunately I had to leave Genius Bar with the announcement that my MacBook Pro is "beyond repair." Unconvinced, I tried my luck on another store from online search and found The Device Lab, and Austin fixed it! Well, an old computer is an old computer and there is no need for much fuss or excitement about this triviality. But Austin left me with another impression: his sincerity and ability to do what he sets out to do, which is to repair. What can be cooler than a man who delivers his promise by doing what he likes and is good at? I spoke to Austin and found his business philosophy reasonable and truthful: doing what he likes, helping people, figuring out the cause of problem, getting things fixed without having to resort to replacement ( a favorite recommendation from big companies...). Behind this work ethic and principle is another guideline that directs his work: trust from his customers. I like that! O, by the way, there is another reason that urged me to write this review for Austin. He told me he started this company over a year ago, and I see in him what I had to go through back in 2004, when I started having my own tutoring center. I understand how a small business like his lives on word of mouth among customers, as it was with my own company. I also understand how negative comments tend to travel ten times faster than good, appreciative feedback. I think it is fair and natural that I share my thoughts with those who may be viewing his website for selection. One more thing: I live locally, and I love supporting local small business! I had such a great experience at The Device Lab! They fixed my daughter's iPhone 11 Pro screen and…read moreit works perfectly now. What really stood out to me was that they actually had the screen in stock, every other place I called had to order it and told me it would take a couple of days, plus they were quoting me $20-$40 more. Not only was The Device Lab able to do the repair the same day but their pricing was super fair. On top of that, the vibe of the shop is honestly amazing. The moment I walked in, I noticed how warm and welcoming everything felt. I even complimented the owner because it's so different from the typical plain, white-wall repair shops. It felt chic, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. Love how he immediately gave the credit to his wife, you can tell he is extremely proud of her work and rightfully so because I would hire her to make my business look as cute as The Device Lab. Great service, great pricing, and a beautiful space. highly recommend! Thank you again, I know my Daughter needs an upgrade but the IPhone 11 will do for now.

I researched multiple electronic/computer/laptop repair shops and ended up bringing my gaming…read morelaptop to Victor and his team. He was incredibly responsive on Yelp messages, phone calls, and texts. Unlike most shops, Victor doesn't charge for a diagnostic. He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my laptop and even ordered another separate power brick (on his own dime) just to see if it was that. He found the problem, called the manufacturer for the replacement part and gave a fair price for the part + labor. I ultimately did not go through with the repair as I decided to buy a PC. When I went to pick up my laptop I asked what I owed and Victor said everything was complimentary. Now that is top tier service right there. Still gave him money for his/team's time, effort and phenomenal service. If you have anything you need repaired, do not hesitate and bring it to Victor. He will absolutely take care of you.

I highly recommend them!
