After David took a look, he was honest and said he wasn't sure if he could fix it but he'd try. That was good enough for me because to replace them would cost a lot more than to fix. After a few days, he called and said they were fixed and I could come pick them up! Sure enough, they now work again. The price was fair and the turnaround was better than I expected. My only recommendation to other customers is that if you plan to go to the shop, call ahead to make sure he's there. He does house calls and is sometimes out and about. However, he's very responsive and realistic about expectations and timelines. Very happy with this place and highly recommend.

I the screen protector did get damaged after about 6 months of use. I went in to get it replaced and paid the $12.99 copay. After a a few days the replacement protector started to bubble. I worked it back down a few times, but bubbling got worse. Believing it was still under warranty I took it back in well before the 30 days. The clerk tried to work it back down, but was unsuccessful. I told him to replace it as I was leaving town for several months. He replaced it and advised me it was $12.99 copay. He confirmed that I just had it replaced, but replacement protectors are not covered under the 30 day warranty. This made no sense to me as I just paid the copay and now they are charging me again for their workmanship. Not a good value!

I came in here recently during the Best Buy anniversary sale that was going on. I needed something…read morebut it was locked up below the product displays. I walked over to the cashier area, no one, there wasn't a greeter and no one that I could see on the floor until I saw someone walking through and flagged him down. He was able to get my item for me and rung me up front right away. Super friendly guy but didn't catch his name. Upon checkout I gave him my number, confirmed my info and he mentioned that he sent a digital receipt to my email (apparently they don't give out physical receipts anymore; they don't even have bags either). Now this is where things took a turn and I know it's not his fault however two accounts popped up under my name, I only have one. I confirmed my email via the checkout counter. When I got home the receipt was never sent to my email. Reached out to customer care and it was sent to an email I don't even have (hence the account name coming up twice). I then had to call customer care to fix the issue. So my concern is if two accounts come up in store can the cashier double verify which one is yours so this doesn't happen again?? Def a hassle since I added apple care to my purchase and needed proof incase something happened in the future.
