Super Impressed!…read more Stopped by today to pick up something I was looking forward to getting a shelving unit Costco had it on display, but there were none available to be purchased. I asked an employee if they had any available he quickly escorted me to the front desk and an associate immediately checked to see if there were any located in the store I was then taken to the manager and he also checked to see if there were any available for purchase ,in the back He said there were seven available and asked if I could wait about 10 minutes while he had his team locate the shelf I returned to the aisle to also look myself to see if the shelving unit was perhaps on a top rack, and I noted two employees scouring the immediate location, and I assumed they were looking for the shelf as well I was impressed that they were on it so quickly and earnestly At about 10 minutes, the manager came over himself to the aisle and informed me they weren't able to locate the seven that were in stock and let me know that more were coming in tomorrow and urged me to take a picture of the price sign with the order information so that I could call in to see if they had placed them out as opposed to making a trip down here again At that point another associate engaged with another team member and was informed that they knew where they were located in the store The store manager asked me to stay in the aisle and they would bring it to me Within a few minutes and associate approached me, asked me if I needed help and thanked me for my patience Wow! How professional and courteous and efficient from the manager and his team ...Outstanding Customer Servive! Thank you! Costco Business Center, North Hollywood

Do you own a condo or townhome and need some do-it-yourself parts for some simple repairs? Then…read moreCWH is your place. There's another location on Sepulveda off Saticoy in Van Nuys as well. Having managed residential properties for a long time now, this is definitely the place to go for condo or townhome replacement parts, as this place specializes in apartment-fixing hardware. Unlike Home Depot or Lowe's that's geared more towards home repair, the fixtures and parts here are more specialized for multi-family housing, so it's much easier to look for a faucet cartridge or garbage disposal.

Sometimes they don't, but that's typical since Costco rotates items. I like how this location is organized. Things are usually easy to find, and the placement is consistent enough that after a while you kind of memorize where everything is. The store is easy to navigate, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful when we need assistance. I also like that the food court is indoors, although that whole area between checkout and the food court can get super crowded and hectic. Parking can be tough, and sometimes you have to park far from the entrance or closer to the Home Depot/Best Buy side, but again, that honestly feels pretty typical for Costco lol

Extremely disappointing experience at the Costco Tire Center. What is the point of making an…read moreappointment if you still have to wait in an extremely long line just to be helped? To make matters worse, the employee working the counter was rude and started yelling at customers that he was alone and that everyone needed to get into one line. I understand being short-staffed can be stressful, but customers shouldn't be treated poorly because Costco failed to schedule enough employees. The entire operation felt understaffed, disorganized, and poorly managed. When customers take the time to schedule an appointment, there should be an adequate system in place to handle those appointments without making everyone wait in the same massive line. I've purchased tires from Costco because I expected better service and convenience, but after this experience, I won't be buying Costco tires again. Saving a little money isn't worth the frustration, long waits, and poor customer service.
