Make an appointment! *No public restrooms I came here with my sister to upgrade our phones after 4 years. I did make an appointment online a few days before. Sam helped us out and he was great. We had a lot of questions as we haven't gotten a new phone in so long. He didn't mind all the mindless chatter. It did take a little over two hours however which is understandable as the systems were on the fritz. The safe with the iPhones were acting up as well the iPad it. It made things go very slowly. I don't understand all the low stars. Seems like people are just walking in and expecting to be help right away. I stopped in at the AT&T phone store at 24236 Valencia Blvd, Valencia. I was hoping to get a new battery put into my iPhone and a new protective case for it. When i walked in it did not look busy. There were three customers and two customer service reps. I was told by one that "someone will be with you soon". About five minutes later a rep took my name and said someone will help me soon. Approximately thirty minutes went by and I wasn't even updated with how much longer it might be before I could get some service. What a horrible store! Came in to see the new iPhones and the sales person asked one question, "do you already have AT&T?" When I said I did he proceeded to walk away and go watch the game on the TV. When I asked to look at the phones, he pointed me to the area and when I asked if I could hold one he told me to go to Apple, twice. When I saw some phones you could actually pick up I said what about these you can pick up. What about the Air. That's the one advertised as lightweight. He told me no and to go to Apple. The worst customer service EVER! Wanted to add our father to our account. Simple, right? Oh no...no it wasn't. The inept employee screwed it up so bad. So bad they don't even know how to fix it. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with AT&T and they don't even know how to fix it. They can't give us any answers and don't even know. That was their answer...they want us to pay money we don't owe for their screwup. Computers have rendered these people stupid. They have no solution and no help. We are switching him over to Verizon. Horrible customer service. We did a drop in, only two techs serving other customers. No greet, no "I'll be with you shortly, nothing." Always been an issue with AT&T. My phone has been having network issues & I was able to verify it was not Apple after I confirmed it wasn't the issue. I was later seen after an hour & they stated that I was not an "authorized user," yet I know the passcode to my account. Shortly afterwards, I went to AT&T in Winnetka, CA. They handled my issue in a matter of minutes. They advised I had a block on my data since I took a trip out of the country, which caused my network or iMessage to not function properly. They advised as long as I have the passcode to the account, I was golden, what a waste of my time. read more

Literally the least ineffective, rudest, laziest ATT store I've ever seen. If I could give no stars I would. ATT has a paid off phone locked and I can't transfer it. I was told today there may be no hope and they will never unlock it. It's an iPhone X. It's been paid off since 2020. I was told today I may never get it back. Then I said I guess then the next step is to sue ATT. The unhelpful 'manager' that was too lazy to help when we walked in, told me if I say the word lawsuit she can stop helping me and I had to leave. They are holding my phone hostage, I've been trying to get it unlocked for two weeks. The first time I went in, the guy was completely rude, unhelpful and uncaring. To be honest, today I watched them ignore every person that walked in that wasn't Hispanic. I recommend avoiding this waste of space and time of an ATT store. My family and I bought 4 phones & a 5G plan in September, 2020. Needless to say, it was VERY pricey. While the phones were being programmed, I bought some accessories including a phone charger for my car as it wasn't set up for Bluetooth mapping. The salesperson stressed the charger had a lifetime warranty, just bring it back any time for a replacement if anything went wrong. Needless to say, I'm back and the current employees know nothing, can't find a record of the sale (purchased directly after the phone purchase) , and can do nothing about it. Although they were polite, I am extremely unhappy about the lack of a resolution to my problem. We have been happy with the phones, although the 5G is spotty at best, and slow more frequently than I would expect. read more

We came into the store multiple times seeking help with our account. Features on our Apple watch were not working because of the AT&T plan was set up correctly on ATTs side. All in all, mistakes happen. The regular employees were helpful, but the assistant manager needs some serious customer service training. We came in several 3 times in the same week, and on the last visit we had an appointment. We showed up on time and still waited 30 min. When the assistant manager asked how we were doing and we said we were frustrated, he started arguing with us. Considering the poor leadership, I see why there are so many 1 star rating, and with that the employees at good people so I see why there are a few higher ratings. I have been with ATT for at least 20 years, and the overall service just keeps getting worse and more expensive relative to their competitors. It's about time to jump. read more

I went in to upgrade my daughter's phone. The person who helped me was very nice and even helped us by signing us to a new plan which he said gave us better storage and also an extra line.. I asked over and over again if I was going to be charged for this line since I do not need another line and only needed 2. He said absolutely not, I would not be charged for the extra line. Fast forward to my bill which states that I now owe $166 extra for a line I don't have and don't even have a telephone to go with it. And, late fees because apparently this extra line is over due. I am absolutely furious. Now, I have a line I do not need and a ton of extra charges. I've been on the phone with AT&T now for 45 minutes trying to fix it and no guarantee. read more

Probably the worst AT&T in all of the city of Santa Clarita, they literally can't even accept payments. Not even via kiosk, which was created too help improve situations such as this: They cannot contact customer service. They cannot adjust extended or alter your payment (which makes sense considering they can't even TAKE said payment) dates etc etc. Basically there a building with the logo and that's about that. If you live in SCV I suggest going too the Pico canyon location as well as the bouquet canyon but not Valencia. Rude store manager who is actually quite incompetent and always lines out the door with angry customers left & right. Horrible customer service! They have absolutely no customer service skills at this location and not just one of them. I dealt with 4 different employees and 3 out of 4 were just awful. They told me none of my lines were eligible for an upgrade yet they were and sent me to Apple. Had it not been for them being too busy and no appointments I would have bought my 2 new phones there. I called AT&T and they told me we were eligible and ordered my phones on the phone. The other issue is the case I bought with a coupon, the same uninformed retail AT&T employee told me we were not eligible despite a coupon sent from AT&T for 40% off so we overpaid. I went back and explained the incorrect information the employees had told me previously about the upgrade and that they would not take my coupon. Well he was less than helpful and outright disinterested and rude and told me they don't take QR code coupons from AT&T which was untrue. He also had nothing to say about me being turned away for the upgrade in error. His only response was what part do you want me to respond to!? What an a-hole. So I asked for a manager-none there. I asked to speak with someone else. Then another clone appeared and was equally as unhelpful and disinterested. I don't know who does the hiring at this store but honestly if their goal is to turn away business they have that on point. Last April, my wife and son decided to surprise me with an upgraded iPhone for my birthday (iPhone 7 to 11). They had a good experience at the time and of course got suckered into buying the accessories including a screen protector that comes with a lifetime warranty at $45. I was humbled that they did this for me and have enjoyed the phone and service for 4mo now. It took getting use to the larger size and ended up dropping it a couple times cracking the screen protector and case, but the phone was fine. I read on AT&T's website that you can either visit the store or use the manufacturer's website to process a replacement screen protector. So, I grabbed my original receipt and made my way to this store near Kohl's. A store representative reviewed my information and said that because the receipt shows that it is a Zag product, I had to go through the manufacturer. He suggested I go across the street to the Zag kiosk in the mall. Because AT&T's website said I could do it at the store, my frustration meter rose to 3/10. So, I headed over to the Zag kiosk and explained my situation to a kid behind the counter as well as showed him my proof of purchase. He proceeds to examine my phone and tells me "this isn't our glass". What??? I asked him to take another look and he said the same thing adding that their glass doesn't have a black edge. Some choice words later, I stormed out of there to head BACK to the AT&T store with a frustration meter now at 7/10 as I feel like a complete idiot for being in this situation. I explained what had happened to the same AT&T store representative that suggested I use the Zag kiosk. With a puzzled look on his face, he reviewed my account, the receipt, and came to the conclusion that either the AT&T sales rep that sold us the screen protector screwed up and scanned the wrong bar code or that I've already replaced and trying to defraud AT&T by replacing a different screen protector. I was livid at this point that he would even suggest this!!! I'm a grown-ass man at 49 years old and I've been a loyal customer of AT&T for 20 years! Look, I can afford a new screen protector - $8 for 3 on Amazon. It's the f'in principle that my wife and son bought something in good faith and now that has been totally undermined and we've been made to like like fools. So, the AT&T representative had no solution for me and said because it says Zag on the receipt I have to go through Zag. Frustration meter broke at 10/10! OMG I loathe AT&T and the robotic drones they train at the store. Negative Star Horrible Service I purchased a Iphone Xs and had to return to the store because the phone didn't work. I received horrible customer service. I requested assistance from the manager and manager replied he wasn't available to assist me that a store representative would assist me shortly. As a representative was freed I ask for his assistance and once again informed they would assist me shortly... 45 minutes later no assistance was given when I demanded help because it was late (past 9pm). A manager came out with an aggressive tone of voice asking what phone I needed. Talked to one of them while I watched another playing Solitary on one of the computers. I told the guy we were with T-Mobile and if the price was right we would switch. He took a few minutes to run the numbers and came back with an amount that would be $80 more a month than what I am paying, granted part of that is the new phones, but still I could buy an IPhone 6 for what the increased amount would be in around 6 months if I just put that extra aside....and when the guy gave the number he didn't even try to negotiate a better cost. I guess they don't need another customer, must be why they have so many people just standing around since they have all that business right?
