    Make an appointment! *No public restrooms I came here with my sister to upgrade our phones after 4 years. I did make an appointment online a few days before. Sam helped us out and he was great. We had a lot of questions as we haven't gotten a new phone in so long. He didn't mind all the mindless chatter. It did take a little over two hours however which is understandable as the systems were on the fritz. The safe with the iPhones were acting up as well the iPad it. It made things go very slowly. I don't understand all the low stars. Seems like people are just walking in and expecting to be help right away. Highly recommend calling/going online and making an appointment and having all your information ready to go. Overall 4/5 stars.

    Literally the least ineffective, rudest, laziest ATT store I've ever seen. If I could give no stars I would. ATT has a paid off phone locked and I can't transfer it. I was told today there may be no hope and they will never unlock it. It's an iPhone X. It's been paid off since 2020. I was told today I may never get it back. Then I said I guess then the next step is to sue ATT. The unhelpful 'manager' that was too lazy to help when we walked in, told me if I say the word lawsuit she can stop helping me and I had to leave. They are holding my phone hostage, I've been trying to get it unlocked for two weeks. The first time I went in, the guy was completely rude, unhelpful and uncaring. To be honest, today I watched them ignore every person that walked in that wasn't Hispanic. I recommend avoiding this waste of space and time of an ATT store. Especially do not go in if you are Caucasian. You will not be acknowledged at all. I even brought a witness with me this time. It was shockingly bad. Leave ATT at all costs if you can. READ your bills. They are ripping everyone off and we have no recourse.

    My family and I bought 4 phones & a 5G plan in September, 2020. Needless to say, it was VERY pricey. While the phones were being programmed, I bought some accessories including a phone charger for my car as it wasn't set up for Bluetooth mapping. The salesperson stressed the charger had a lifetime warranty, just bring it back any time for a replacement if anything went wrong. Needless to say, I'm back and the current employees know nothing, can't find a record of the sale (purchased directly after the phone purchase) , and can do nothing about it. Although they were polite, I am extremely unhappy about the lack of a resolution to my problem. We have been happy with the phones, although the 5G is spotty at best, and slow more frequently than I would expect.

    Believe the low reviews in regards to customer service. They wait until one hour before closing to rotate lunches.

    ZAGG IS NO LONGER ZAGG…read more I've always ran ZAGG screen protectors and loved them and the assurance they offer... Recently I upgraded to the iphone 16 and knew instantly who I wanted to trust to protect my screen. Went directly from Apple to zagg and had a new protector installed. I chose the option that provided protection along with privacy from the sides A $75 protector.... (My girlfriend has one from Amazon she paid 20 dollars for and has never had any breakage on it and it's also a privacy one, hers is impossible to see from the sides.... The zagg offers no privacy unless your brightness is entirely down with True Tone off.FYI) 2 days later on the first drop from under 2 feet... it broke across the entire screen... I went back and had it replaced hassle free with the same style protector. (This is when they informed me about their new policies that ZAGG will not cover cracked protectors now and that really made me sad because that's what really made ZAGG stand out) now it had air bubbles so I had returned around an hour later, I thought they would push the bubbles out. I was in disbelief that they took it off threw it away and replaced it entirely! This made me feel relieved, I thought wow they really want me pleased! LOL this screen protectors has broken 4x in 3 days... it's got hair lines all through it!!! I will definitely never use another zagg protector on one of my phones. The employees were super chill, they did not like the policy changes themselves so they say. Regardless for me to pay 75 dollars for a screen protector and it be breaking on impacts of less than 2 feet... absolutely not! But will definitely not ever refer a friend to buy a zagg product again.

After the new service was installed, I went to the store to cancel my AT&T home internet service. First the store can't cancel service but can certainly setup new service. This is the first warning to not use AT&T services. I went home and called the AT&T customer service. The second warning is the link to cancel service is not clear. waiting on hold for what seemed more than an hour I talked with a representative. The representative when through the steps to cancel my service. In reality it wasn't cancelled at all. I went to the store very upset. The representative named Sophia looked at me with a chip on her shoulder and did nothing but be a bobble head. Third warning, the AT&T representatives don't have the education, do not want to help, or can't help. As of this writing I'm still attempting to cancel my service 30 days after calling and having a representative confirm my cancellation. No matter the reason don't use AT&T services. If you do, you will have a lot of problems when you want to cancel anything.

At 7:45pm I called the store several times to check the order before they closed. No one picked up the phone. Tuesday morning I called back no one answered again, I waited until noon, a man answered the phone didn't apologize just said the store was busy yesterday . He didn't take my name or number just put me on hold to "look" for my order. Not sure how he would do so without my information. After being on hold for over 25 Mins I hung up. Will cancel the order and just place one online. So much for trying to give a local store business.
