I worked it back down a few times, but bubbling got worse. Believing it was still under warranty I took it back in well before the 30 days. The clerk tried to work it back down, but was unsuccessful. I told him to replace it as I was leaving town for several months. He replaced it and advised me it was $12.99 copay. He confirmed that I just had it replaced, but replacement protectors are not covered under the 30 day warranty. This made no sense to me as I just paid the copay and now they are charging me again for their workmanship. Not a good value!
