    Michael B was absolutely phenomenal in helping navigate a frustrating and complex mishap on AT&T's…read morepart. Even despite the useless redheaded manager sitting in his office and loudly joking around with fellow workers and not coming out to offer any assistance to his customer or his associate. Michael B took the time to address my issue to the fullest extent and provided guidance in resolution without hesitation. Michael B showed empathy with my frustration and took every step he could to help and I walked out feeling pretty confident in the issue being fixed. However. During my encounter that same useless redheaded manager...fully knowing I was irritated at the situation...decided to come out to the sales floor and make small talk with another female worker and then proceeded to do a little dance while playing on his phone. He is the least professional manager I think I have ever encountered. What an embarrassment to AT&T to have someone so far detached from customer service representing them. He is a joke and should be demoted at the very least! Michael B should be that store's manager!

Dean was very welcoming for an early morning release and I really appreciated his enthusiasm to help find items for me and answer any questions I had! Not sure about the other guy's name, but I was helped by another gentleman and he was a ball of sunshine to talk to. Management is great, they're open to listening to the general public's concerns about early morning Pokemon drops as they get way too hectic, but I see they're trying their best to find an adequate balance for the PokeCommunity and employees.

Despite hours trying to do it myself (locate the key), it clicked into Best Buy which took me to a bot followed by being transferred to an agent but only online. Hours later I still have not been able to renew the subscription. Never received any codes. Instructions are made in jargon. I've been a member of GEEK Squad since they started. No longer. There is no room for people: Only bots and faceless, voiceless agents which. If you've ever seen the skit from SNL about Spectrum, this is exactly what happens only without the faces of real people.

I went to store and they ignored me. I officially complained to Better business bureau. I got my complaint partially resolved. I ask ATT president's office to take disciplinary action.     Be wary of AT&T. I've had AT&T services for a close to 10 years. My home internet service was…read moregreat except the speed became substandard. I went to another internet service provider. After the new service was installed, I went to the store to cancel my AT&T home internet service. First the store can't cancel service but can certainly setup new service. This is the first warning to not use AT&T services. I went home and called the AT&T customer service. The second warning is the link to cancel service is not clear. waiting on hold for what seemed more than an hour I talked with a representative. The representative when through the steps to cancel my service. In reality it wasn't cancelled at all. I went to the store very upset. The representative named Sophia looked at me with a chip on her shoulder and did nothing but be a bobble head. Third warning, the AT&T representatives don't have the education, do not want to help, or can't help. As of this writing I'm still attempting to cancel my service 30 days after calling and having a representative confirm my cancellation. No matter the reason don't use AT&T services. If you do, you will have a lot of problems when you want to cancel anything.
