Ok so I'm giving a little background my parents kicked me out when I turned 18. So I'm on a budget. Before I was kicked out I had Sprint for 6 or 7 years. Don't get me started about them. then I had metro for a month before I walked in to Verizon, metro was cheap but I was paying for unlimited 4g data speeds. Which seems great but when speed on Sprint 3g was faster then metropcs 4g speeds we have an issue. I walked in to Verizon with a coupon for a lgg2 for 2 years for free they were out of stock. And my budget was 135 out the door for a phone. They gave me option but those options were not even equivalent to the LG g2. After Colleen talk to a manger they were able to get a LG g3 for 135 out the door. They were nice polite And understanding of my budget. This made me really happy. I have heard all the horrible stories of Verizon. It makes me think are those rumors? If they are that's in the past. Keep up the good work Verizon. I'm very happy with the service so far. Then a week after opening my service the lady that helped me called and made sure it was going smoothly if I had any questions and such. read more

My friend and I went to this store on January 26, 2018. We were greeted by a young man by the name of Nick Walsh. As usual, we had some questions about our phones and other miscellaneous Verizon products that needed answers. Nick was very patient and cheerfully answered all of our questions and explained how everything worked. He took his time, spoke clearly and not like the other people we've dealt with in other stores; many of whom are in a big rush and treat the customer as an interruption. Unfortunately, as we age, with all the modern technology, it is difficult for us to keep up and understand these devices. A patient and kind salesperson is hard to find! No sooner do we know about our devices then they change the way things work. Nick was wonderful! In the future, we will return to see Nick. Excellent customer service, with a smile, great attitude and a knowledge of the products. Thanks Nick for your superior service. It was a pleasure doing business! Sincerely, Christina from San Diego read more

I had previously given this store a great review because I had received great service when they were doing what they do best: sell. However, if you actually need help with a problem, go elsewhere. All they will do is try to tell you that you are doing something wrong and try to sell you more stuff. After several attempts to fix a broken phone with this location, I ventured across the street to the Verizon Store and received great service. They did try to upsell (I know it's their job), BUT they agreed that my phone was a lemon and secured a new/refurbished one for me. They were vey helpful in moving over contacts, music, etc. to the new phone. And my new phone works perfectly! Bottom line: if you want to buy something, this store will provide great service, but if you actually need help with something, go elsewhere! read more

I went her to upgrade my phone, and I cannot believe how helpful everyone was here. I came maybe three months ago, and everything was quoted and positioned correctly. Steven really helped me save all of my information off my broken phone, and the reviews of his expertise our absolutely true! I saw some of these negative reviews, but I cannot say I have had a single issue. During each visit I have seen Steven multitask like an octopus assisting as many people as effectively as humanly possible. I really do appreciate him walking me through my new phone and taking the time to ensure that each customer walked away fully aware and informed of their new device. You really don't see this kind of customer service anywhere else, so I have to recommend this store. Thank you to Steven and staff for the help! read more

I was very impressed with the service I received here, so I asked the ladies who helped me if there was a survey I could do, but they directed me to yelp. The first young lady who helped me was very sweet and really helped me out by being patient with my indecisiveness. She explained all of the options available (more than once at times when I didn't understand lol) and helped me come to decisions I am happy with. The other lady who helped me may have been her superior... she had a more serious and unsmiling disposition, but she was just so bound and determined to help me get my phone properly activated even though it was late and they must have wanted to go home. Great service from both of these lovely ladies... I will definitely be back if I need anything else. read more

Very friendly when BUYING a phone. Awful and rude when you have issues. Wanted to return the case they said was complimentary only to find out it is $54. Power out in the store, no one to help me return OR learn how to use the new phone. Went to La Verne to return the case. He did all the paperwork and after 2 weeks the return is STILL not on my credit card statement. The Verizon stores have young people who ONLY use iPhones and know nothing about Androids, or they pick and choose who they will assist with the workings of the new phone. No one told me anything and charged me $54 as well. On the phone with Verizon Wireless right now and they don't know how to simply return the $54. Why can't we hire mature adults with adequate training to help customers?????? read more

No wait to walk in and I was immediately greeted by Steven. What a fantastic experience. I could not believe how easy it was to get everything set up. Every other store was an abhorrent nightmare. I would rather eat broken shards of glass than go into a Verizon store, but Steven, you changed my mind. Wonderful service and commitment to go the extra mile to help me out. Obviously some experience for once!! Showed me the applications that he himself makes for phones. I will be coming back and thank you for being honest and upfront with all the charges. read more

After having two negative experiences in the past month dealing with rude sales reps at the Victoria Gardens location and then at the Terra Vista Town Center location, I was ready to switch over to T Mobile. I have to say, Jared restored my faith in Verizon. He is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He guided me to a phone that best suits my needs and also took the time to show me all of features I could not have found on my own!!! Thank you Jared!!!! read more

Her name is Colleen. she even helped put my screen protector on. she was patient, kind and very helpful. I am a senior citizen and so appreciated her assistance. I always use this store for my Verizon services because I find them so much more friendly then the one at Terra Vista. thanks i love Verizon...chris read more

You guys rock. STEVEN YOU DESERVE A RAISE. Way too good for this store. Perfect service, and walked me through my phone. Mr. Steven is a God in my eyes, took the time to recover all my forgotten passwords (no clue how he managed to do it) and saved all my passwords on my notes AND printed it out. This Covid 19 sucks, but I'm glad Steve is so positive in these times. Bless this store! read more

Absolutely amazing service at this store. Steven really is a blessing to behold. Walked me to my car just to make sure my Bluetooth connected properly. Amazing customer service from Steven and Shan. Bought my phone maybe 6 months ago and really needed some help understanding the functionality. Couldn't get into other Verizon stores, or they flat out refused to assist me. That you guys for being so benevolent and patient with an elderly woman as myself. Thank you kindly. read more
