Went into get my son's phone screen fixed and we were suckered into a buy one get one free promotion at this location. That was in JULY (7 months ago) and we are still paying for both phones! We went back a month later to question the bill and they said we had to pay for a few months and then it would be credited back (weird because they didn't mention that at the time!). We've been several times after that and been given the same "line". We have called Verizon every month ( for 7 months) to get someone to straighten this out. I have the paperwork from July with the manager's handwriting on it explaining how our new bill would work. WE ARE STILL BEING CHARGED FOR THE PHONE!!! Completely unsatisfied. This place is a joke! You're better of going to an actual Verizon store directly, or switching providers They are nice because they don't want you to know all the little extra add-ons they charge. I recently went to them for an upgrade then took my phone back and they ended up charging me a ridiculous restocking fee, in addition I'm still waiting on my refund for returning my phone, which came out to be way less then what my total bill was when I purchased the phone. They waste no time at all taking out the $ you owe them, but take their time giving you back what they owe you. Oh did I mention too that they still charged me an upgrade fee. They maybe less expensive, but will get you with all their little extras. I spoke to my carrier (Verizon) today and they did mention, they may follow their rules(Verizon's) but have their own hidden fees. Justin who help me when I first bought my upgrade was great and told me all the things, as a customer I wanted to hear, but when I went to return my phone Anthony, who help me with the return was very unprofessional and so rude! If you do decide to go, DO NOT have Justin help you, he got both my husband and I, to buy their "promotions" and Anthony is just poor customer service! After accidentally dropping my phone and shattering the screen I was obviously pretty bummed out and upset, especially because I was under the impression that I wasn't eligible for a new phone for a few more months. On a whim I stopped into the HWY 79 Verizon just to see if I had any options at all. Upon entering the store I was warmly greeted by their sales associate Nolan who instantly looked into my account to see what he could do about my phone situation. Turns out I was already up for a phone upgrade and Nolan truly made the process easy and fun! As I am completely not tech-savvy in every way possible he made great suggestions on phone types and sizes and ways to make my contract work best for me. To be honest, I usually dread going to Verizon. Long wait times, sales hungry employees, and usually not the greatest customer service. I was proved completely wrong with my experience at this Verizon location. I truly felt like my best interests as a customer were a priority and I left feeling super excited and confident in my purchases. I have already recommend a few friends and colleagues to go to this location and to ask for Nolan. You won't regret it, he's awesome! read more

If you like waiting for 30-45 min to be helped, get a salesman who speaks double speak so you really don't understand what plan they are selling, this is the place for you. I have an iPhone 6 Plus I purchased at this store and have been a Verizon customer for a decade. I wanted to add a flip phone for my husband to my plan. The salesman told me it would cost $30 a month. We're talking a phone just for calling...no data. An hour wasted. Went to the Verizon store at the Temecula Mall across from Edwards. The young man there, Tyler, analyzed my plan and was able to improve it at a much lower monthly price. My extra line will cost $20 a month and my phone bill WITH the extra line will be $50 cheaper a month. THAT, my friends, is. customer service. Go Wireless is off my list. read more

I would agree with Carol regarding the service and attention to the customer given by Joe. I have been struggling with this store for over 6 weeks now. Joe doesn't explain any of the services or programs available, upgraded me to a phone that has many more amenities and expense than I needed, (which I have since returned for a less expensive phone but still shows on my bill), throws chargers in for free but then charges you for them, pays no attention to the customer right in front of him. No one is empowered in the store to change or correct an error other than Joe who is often not there. It took me three visits to the store to meet with him to try to rectify his error and although assured the problem was fixed it is not to date. I loathe this store and kick myself for frequenting this location. This is not the first time but will be the last. 7/21/15 I received a call from Elyas and the Director of Sales regarding my previous experience. Met with them both today and found a resolution that satisfied me. Both Elyas and the Director of Sales are the consummate professionals. It was a pleasure working with them. I can't vouch for the other staff members at this store but Elyas was honest, attentive, listened and apologized for the previous errors. All is well that ends well. read more

We previously had T-Mobile and switched to Sprint for a few years until we were fed up with text messages rarely sending and calls constantly dropping! We had always heard Verizon is the best so we thought we would check it out... upon arriving we were greeted by Employee Javier Hernandez. He was so patient and kind and was genuinely invested in finding out which plans/phones would work for our needs/ finances. He sat us down and thoroughly explained all options available to us. He went over numbers so there weren't any hidden fees but was clear about exactly how much everything would be. He spent time helping us with the entire process making it the easiest phone/ plan purchase we have EVER had! Another bad experience with Verizon. We were suckered into a buy one get one free promotion at this location. That was six months ago and we are still paying for both phones! The deal was that you had to add a new line to your account for the deal. The manager and employee "manipulated" my account to make this happen. I went back in a month later to question the bill and they said no problem. You have to pay for a couple if months before it kicks in. I went back in the next month with the same response. The kicker is that they ask for your account information and password so they can access your account. You have to give it to them right? Then they add protection onto your phone without your permission or knowledge so they can hit their quota. You find out on your next bill. We are on out third call directly to Verizon now with no resolution because the store manipulated the program. Completely unsatisfied. Be careful with this store and the employees. read more

Went in this past weekend because my phone was going crazy and would not read the sim card. Wanted a new phone but did not want the ridiculous costs that usually come along with that. Sal helped me get the phone that worked for me and accessories without the high cost another store was trying to quote me. He was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with getting everything moved over properly. Even showed me some tips to get the most out of my phone since he had the same one. He even worked with me the next day when I had more questions. Liars. All the numbers they quoted me were wrong. They said my trade in was worth $72 and I asked for it to be credited to my new purchases. They they said the credit was only for instore purchases so then I asked for cases and they suggested I buy those on amazon and said they could do screen protectors. All of the quotes were wrong and I called Verizon corporate later that night because I was confused by everything. Verizon said they could have let me use my trade in value for my purchase. I ended up returning all the devices and got my receipt that said the trade in was worth $110.00. I wasn't reimbursed for the screen protectors or the phone they took...even though I returned the protectors. I payed the restock fee and now I'm free to go to another provider. If you are feeling bad about your purchase...I suggest returning it ASAP. The restock fee is worth the sense of freedom of not being tied to a bad deal. read more
