This is a bit late but my family and I went into Verizon on black Friday and an employee named Shayla hooked us UP! My mom, dad, and I all got new Galaxy's and my sister (who had an early upgrade) got a new iPhone. 2 galaxy note 4s, 1 galaxy s5, 1 iPhone, 4 chargers, 4 car chargers, 4 styluses, 4 glass screen protectors, and 4 cases later, plus shaylas magic (& abt 4 hours later) and we end up getting money back. Julian helped me and did not push me (like those annoying car sales men) to get a bunch of stuff. I chose my phone got my case. Liars. All the numbers they quoted me were wrong. They said my trade in was worth $72 and I asked for it to be credited to my new purchases. They they said the credit was only for instore purchases so then I asked for cases and they suggested I buy those on amazon and said they could do screen protectors. All of the quotes were wrong and I called Verizon corporate later that night because I was confused by everything. Verizon said they could have let me use my trade in value for my purchase. I ended up returning all the devices and got my receipt that said the trade in was worth $110.00. I wasn't reimbursed for the screen protectors or the phone they took...even though I returned the protectors. I payed the restock fee and now I'm free to go to another provider. If you are feeling bad about your purchase...I suggest returning it ASAP. The restock fee is worth the sense of freedom of not being tied to a bad deal. read more

Verizon - iPhone display - Mobile Phones Near Me - Temecula, California

A couple months ago my widowed mother in law (age 70) went to this store to see if she could get some help with her galaxy note that had a broken speaker. She had insurance on the phone and replacement coverage. Instead of helping her with a replacement claim they sold her an upgraded phone ($70 down and $30/mo until paid off $500-600) The replacement through insurance would have been $100. And to top it off they did not make it clear that IF she did not send in the broken phone within 14 days Verizon would add an equipment fee of $471 (which they refuse to remedy) Mom has tried to send the device twice to no avail. After multiple efforts, speaking with supervisors and corporate store mediators they simply continue to stiff mom. Total grounds for small claims court but we are exhausted. Proceed with great caution when buying here. Overall Verizon as a company very inflexible costumer service. read more

The worst customer service I have received period. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been a Verizon customer for over 10 years. I went into the store to simply buy a new phone for one of my 5 lines. I was helped and I use that word loosely, by Justin. Apparently from other reviews there are two Justins at this place so to be clear it was the Justin with the black beard. I knew the phone was not eligible for an upgrade and I let Justin know that and I understood I would be buying the phone outright. Anyways, Justin looked over my account. First sales pitch he gave me was that I had an old plan and that I should move all my lines into a new 10Gig plan so I could get the cheap phone for free. I told him I was not interested and that I only wanted to buy a cheap phone for an elderly member of our family. At this point he raised his voice a bit and said "Well you don't like to save money then". I replied once again I was not interested in changing my entire plan, I have unlimited on my phone, one of my other lines has 8Gigs, another 6Gigs and the others have 2Gigs. I proceeded to show him on his screen that the 8Gigs phone averages around 6Gigs per month and one of the 6Gigs averaged around 2Gigs so that already put us at 8Gigs just leaving 2Gigs for the remaining 3 lines. He then told me to change to a 15Gig plan for about the same price that I'm currently paying. I told him it didn't make sense. Now he started talking to me in a loud and condescending tone saying once again my plan was old, that I didn't need my unlimited plan and that I didn't want to save money. At this point I noticed that another associate starting looking at us in disbelief at how loud Justin had become and how he was talking to us. Whether he believed my plan was a bad one or not I should of not been talk to in that manner. I understand he works for his commission but if you have given your sales pitch and if the customer does not bite then move on. Help then with what they came into your business in the first place. Treating me in the manner Justin treated me is not going to equal a sale. I looked at my wife and told her lets leave. We headed down to the local Best Buy and the associate who is non commission treated us with respect and was extremely helpful. I will never go back into this store. read more

I am very unhappy with my experience at this store. I was told my upgrade was free and all I would only pay was the tax when I would return to pick it up. When it was delivered to the store, a day later, the bill was $98 !!!!!. I needed to pay a $50 rebate which comes as a Visa card!?!? Many hidden fees that do not exist on line. Alyssa B. was very unprofessional, coughing, yawning and bouncing to the music while more interested in the other employees than customer service. They have terrible customer service, unethical practices, and refuse to correct their mistakes. I went in September to add a line. Their sales rep, Jordan, lied about how much I was getting to exchange a smartphone, it was $100 not the $300 that he had stated. He told me it was $24 more per month for the extra line. It wound up being $60 more for that extra line. I went back to return the phone after Verizon clarified what they were actually charging me. Jordan took the phone and said that he canceled the added line. He did not cancel the added line. After receiving my following bill it showed that I still had the added line. I talked to Verizon and they said they couldn't help because it wasn't a Verizon store, it was an "authorized dealer". I went back to that store and I dealt with their manager, Hana first. She said it was taken care of. It wasn't. I returned to the store a few weeks later and spoke with Elias. Supposedly he had taken care of it. He didn't. Finally they did cancel the extra line, but had not given me the credit that is owed to me. I returned again a few weeks after that and spoke with Elias again and supposedly he had taken care of it again, but nothing had changed. I returned another time and there was no management there that day. Supposedly he talked to Elias on the phone and he assured me that it had been taken care of. I went back one last time two and a half weeks ago and spoke with another employee and she assured me that it was handled and I would have the credit that they owe me in a week. It still hasn't shown up. What can I do? read more

Giving five stars because of the Manager, Marlon. I had a poor experience and left feeling very angry about my interaction with an employee concerning a guarantee of a purchase I had made. Within minutes I had a call from Marlon inviting me back in to rectify the situation. Sadly, poor customer service handled by uneducated employees seems the norm these days, we almost expect it and seem to have to accept it in too may places of business. But Marlon acted in a way I have RARELY if ever seen in the marketplace. Not only did he call immediately (not just in response to a bad Yelp review) after hearing the interaction from the back, but he made me feel welcome and comfortable when I came back to the store. In addition, the young lady who had originally misspoke came and offered a sincere apology. Completely genuine. Hats off to you Marlon. I usually go to version store but decided to try go wireless Verizon for the first time and first of all I want to say..right when I walked through the door I got a warm greeting and said they be right with me even though they were busy with other customers . Daniel happened to be the person to help me and WOW! Is all I can say. He went way and beyond with helping my son and I with our new phones and mini I pad. My son moved to Hawaii a week later and had issues with his mini I pad and Daniel went way and beyond out of his way to talk to my son on phone and even called the Hawaii Verizon store on his own to talk to the representative there to solve this problem. Daniel did not have to do that but he happily did with such a positive attitude, smiling , willing to help with no hesitation, no doubt at all but to solve the problem.They are all great there. So my boyfriend & I went to 3 different Verizon's today because my phone had broken & he needed an upgrade. By the time we had gotten to the 3rd store you can imagine how much patience we had left. The other 2 didn't do much for us. This guy named Demarcus comes out & helps us. He's super friendly & easy to talk to. We get my boyfriends phone no problem, but for some reason the phone I was getting was causing all these issues to properly activate. Now Demarcus is doing all he can to get the problem fixed & I mean giving all the effort he can. Let's just say this issue went on for almost 3 hours. By then I'm starving & really have to pee & want to go home since I was in school the first half of the day. All I wanted was to leave already with this phone & I'm sure the guy did as well. What surprised me though & to why I'm writing this was how much he kept his composure. I'm more then sure he was stressed out by then. Not once though did he get pissed off or irritated at us by how long the process was taking. He was calm the whole time. I would assume trying to fix someone's problems for an extended period of time gets frustrating & you'd just want the customer to leave, but anyways what I'm trying to get at is that I appreciate the excellent customer service he provided us with. Not the typical asshole rushing to get you out of the store. This guy literally went above & beyond for Ryan & I trying to get what we needed done. It's just nice to see people out there being kind. My 2mo. new phone locked me out and said I would loose my data if it did a factory reset which I still would have to wait for 72 hours to have access. My Aunt had passed away 14 hours prior - I needed my phone numbers and was awaiting phone calls. Moe and Elyas were able to retrieve my phone data, pictures, numbers, etc. and transfer to a different phone. When I thought all hope was lost, they found the key to make it work! if there is negative star, this is what this store deserves. if you are looking to come to this place, please do yourself a favor and find a BETTER & TRUTHFUL store. i agree with all the low reviews for this shop, the names consistently matches those we have encountered, that is hanna, sal & michael. they are the most dishonest representative, once you give your password to do updates on your account, they will start manipulating your account in a way that they will earn whatever commission they can get from you and when you get your bill later on, it will just be too late to complain. there is no way you can reverse the changes they made because now youre in a contract that they will NOT HONESTLY & NOT COMPLETELY explain to you.
